Cisco is by far the best contractor I've ever worked with. I got a couple bids for a large deck…read moreproject from other contractors and they had itemized the concrete portion of the project and it was out of my budget so I reached out to Cisco. His pricing was extremely fair and he never nickel and dimed or raised prices as the project became bigger than anticipated. They were versatile in fixing up drainage, downspouts, irrigation systems and they never cut corners and took their time to make sure everything was done right. They were meticulous in how everything was set up - the rebar, slope of the concrete, etc. They worked through terrible weather (heavy rainfall) and I know the removal and disposal of the sod and mud was much more expensive than anticipated. We ran into many situations that were outside of Cisco's control and he ate all the costs of that. He is incredibly responsive by phone, text, and e-mail at all phases of the project. He kept me updated on each step and what time they were working. They cleaned up each working day and spent nearly an entire day at the end of the project cleaning up beyond my expectations. The working area is cleaner than before they started and they worked until 10PM on the last day to beat the bad weather that was moving in the next day. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and highly recommend Cisco and his crew.
