Maxon Paving offered us a very reasonable price compared to other competitors including a 1 year warranty. Jeff was very professional on the phone and when coming in person to survey the area. After researching and reading many great reviews, we decided to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, on the day of our project, the forecast predicted rain. Jeff was very flexible in rescheduling for a different time. Jeff and his team arrived promptly in the morning. We confirmed what we wanted for our patio. Him and his team got to working. In less than a day, they removed debris, rocks, and sand with the tractor to level the ground. They installed rebar and were able to cut the bottom step of the stairs and dispose of it for free. Jeff and his team poured mixed cement and gave the patio a clean brushed finish. The process went really smoothly and clean up was very tidy. We are very happy with the result! It was better than what we have pictured. It is worth the investment and we look forward to using our new patio!

Few contractors are willing to take on an unfinished job someone else has botched, but Paul was "excited by the challenge". We hired him on the spot. The next day, his crew cleared all dirt and debris from the neighbor's yard that contractor #1 left for 6 months while blaming another company. We were so glad to have Paul and his energetic and happy crew go to work! He fully excavated after building a safety wall and mono-poured the entire foundation in one day! We recently bought our house and the roof is made of tile, which we have since found to be…read moreproblematic when trying to find a vendor to clean and work on it. Fortunately we found Rainier Roof Restoration. While I generally never give five stars because I believe there is always room for improvement, they did a great job and were very respectable towards the house, the items surrounding the house, and overall clean-up. They worked us in at the last minute when another job canceled so we had the work done inside of a week. Our roof was a mess, it didn't look like it had been cleaned since it was installed in 1999. The gutters were black (they are actually white), and there was so much moss on the roof. Now, after their service it looks brand new. The gutters are white, no moss, and they were even able to fix a number of cracked and damaged tiles. My only concern, when we originally reached out to them back at the beginning of the year, we never heard back. The owner did apologize for doing so, and once we started texting him about this new job communication was quick and efficient. Their prices are a bit steep (pun intended) but you do get what you pay for!
