Located along Lafayette, it has decent parking, but you will need to cross an access lane. You can't park immediately next to the entrance. I didn't check handicap access, but I didn't notice anything obvious. We ordered take out. The person taking the order spoke clearly and repeated the order back. I wish more places did this. She got it right, by the way. They also label the containers so you don't need to guess what is inside. There is seating for maybe 12. It looks set up mostly for take out, and only one person was eating inside. There were four people ordering take out besides me. Our order only took 10 minutes to get ready. The crab Rangoon are good. They have a good amount of filling with a noticeable amount of crab. It may be imitation, but the flavor is definitely there. The egg rolls are fine. I think there was less filling than other places have. Still, they were cooked well and not greasy or tough. The hot and sour soup was a disappointment. Too much corn starch thickener made it gelatinous. The flavor was nice and there was a little heat, but the texture was not pleasant. The sweet and sour sauce came in a container so you could add the amount you wanted. It must have been heated in a microwave in the Styrofoam container because the bottom of the container was soft and the sauce was noticeably thicker on the bottom The spicy shredded beef was not what I got. It was some chicken dish. It tasted fine, but had no heat. I can't say if what they gave me was supposed to have heat. I was surprised it was wrong since the cashier repeated the order back over the phone. They must have switched this one dish with another customer when bagging the orders. The remaining dinner specials (D6, D7, and D10) were fine. Everything was cooked properly, just nothing special. If you're craving Chinese, this place is fine. The prices are good for the amount of food. I would make a special trip for the crab Rangoon. Just don't have great expectations for anything else and you'll be fine. read more

There's isn't very much good Chinese food in the Chattanooga area. This scratches the itch. I had egg rolls, won ton soup, and beef with broccoli. All were good and what you'd expect for Chinese takeout. It's clean and has a few small tables, but it's more of a take-out place (you can order ahead online). read more

This is my go to Chinese in Fort O. Jimmy is super nice. The food is always fresh. The store is small and unassuming in old strip mall. They have lots of combination specials. I love the shrimp and veggies. The crab Rangoon is the Best!!! They make a mean shrimp eggroll too. I haven't ever had anything bad. You get tons of food for the price. I love that it comes in nice to go containers that I can use to reheat. They have a 100 on health inspection. We always get our food to go. You never have to double check order. It's always right. Don't eat here. I am new to tech but, over the years of not having yelp, I have worked at a variety of restaurants. Do not eat here. If you don't believe me, order the sweet and sour chicken. Eat a few pieces and think, menthol and cigarettes. Yes, they smoke and prep food with their bare, unwashed poop hands. The owner rolls back the electrical meter and the tips go to him because his dad takes all the profits. I respect hard working immigrants but, not greedy people who are willing to cut corners, lie and steal from people when they don't deserve to pay for trash quality food. Ordered take out from Ming Moon yesterday . If it weren't required to leave one star to add the review I would have given zero stars. Food was literally not edible . We threw away half of what we ordered because it was just that bad . I didn't expect 5 star Chinese food in North Georgia but I at least expected to be able to eat it . Save your money and pick up some dozen PF Chang's dishes at Publix. As sad as that is , it's better than this place . read more

Have eatin here multiple times throughout the years. Stopped eating here about five years ago because it made me and a friend really sick. Tried it again and the sesame seed chicken was a good 6/10. So a few weeks later I returned starving and ordered orange chicken with rice. The rice was cold and literally every piece of chicken was nothing but fat. Will never return id rather go to soho. Cheap, Fresh to order and satisfying. My family personally enjoy this little hole in the wall. Sometimes, the flavor and spice is missing from the dishes. I have been a customer here for many years and have never had an issue until 3 weeks ago. They left out some of my order and when I called they said give me your number and they would take care of it next time I placed an order. When I called to place my next order they acted like they never said this...it was not written down and they did not know my number. It was like, if I don't have it written down... it did not happen. They are nothing but common thieves. I paid good money for food I never received and in return I got treated like a lier. I remember eating here a lot when working in town, after they first opened. The food was awesome and a great value. After quite a few years not eating here, my husband decided to bring home some takeout. I was happy to have Ming Moon food but was soon disappointed. The sesame chicken had little flavor and the lo mein was overcooked, with very few vegetables. My husband's honey chicken was also tasteless and same overcooked, barely there veggies lo mein. Food is awesome and service is fast. 3 dine-in tables in a small eating area typically host waiting take-out patrons so plan on carrying out or eating with a crowd.
