I found Dr. Cua while planning a trip to Las Vegas. I had been experiencing significant pain and structural issues with my body, and the other treatments I had tried were not helping. Reaching out to her was the absolute best thing I could have done. Dr. Cua is not only an amazing therapist, but also a beautiful, caring human being. Her gentle, relaxing sessions have given me relief that I did not think was possible. I will be forever grateful to her. She also gave me contact information for therapists closer to my area so I can continue treatment as needed. In addition, she provided exercises and stretches I can do at home whenever needed. I will continue to make appointments with her during my annual trips to Las Vegas. She is amazing! read more

Immediate Relief & Lasting Results Rosemarie Cua resolved a back pain issue that had plagued me for years--in just two sessions. She is an incredibly perceptive and gifted. Before seeing Dr. Cua, I had consulted numerous healthcare providers, undergone extensive imaging, and tried multiple treatments without relief. Dr. Cua explained why I had developed many of my movement limitations. For the first time, I understood the role long-standing fascial tightness had likely played. Her hands-on treatment was remarkably effective. She taught me simple techniques I continue to use at home. Within days, my posture was noticeably better, my back felt the best it had in years, and I was moving with greater ease and confidence. Dr. Cua didn't just resolve my back pain--she taught me how to understand and care for my body. I recommend her without hesitation. read more

I am very grateful to Dr Cua for her beautiful and caring presence, patience and kindness. Her skill set and knowledge are also very evident, as I've seen meaningful progress in our work together. It's not a quick fix by any means, but I've found tremendous benefit in this work for supporting me holistically. I've experienced a reduction in symptoms as a retired athlete with multiple complex conditions - which looked like me starting bed bound and now slowly increasing movement to where I've been able to take a short walk a few times a week, and reduce the amount of time in bed each day. Long way to go but I am so grateful Dr Cua is a member of my health care team! read more

As someone with severe nerve pain, myofascial release therapy was my absolute last resort before surgery. I had exhausted every option: traditional prescription medications, dry needling, acupuncture, strength training, etc. Nothing worked until I found Dr. Cua. For the first time, I am finally experiencing real relief. I'm incredibly grateful for her expertise and the genuine care she puts into every single session. read more

Dr. Cua is amazing! In just a few treatments she was able to resolve a chronic TMD pain that had rendered me unable to eat non-soft foods without running to ice packs and pain relievers. I'd just about given up hope after multiple specialists said they couldn't find anything wrong. Dr. Cua quickly recognized an alignment issue that was dragging down the entire side of my body! The fascia-release technique is very interesting - almost like a slow-mo massage, but the results are undeniable. And the customized at-home exercises she gave me also really helped speed up my recovery. Overall I am very impressed by the turnaround I experienced, and how quickly I saw results. Thank you Dr. Cua! read more

I'm very grateful to have found Dr. Cua! I was hoping my lower back pain would get better, but over time, the pain started spreading from one area to another. I tried various treatments--physical therapy, medical massage, chiropractic adjustments, diet changes, and more--but I didn't feel any real improvement. However, when I tried Dr. Cua's treatment, I noticed changes after the very first session. My feet felt more connected to the ground, I felt more cushion and comfort when sitting, and overall, my body felt better. After the second and third sessions, I noticed I could get up from the ground without much pain after working in the yard, and I can even run a little with my dogs now. Dr. Cua also showed me at-home care and body-awareness practices. What I learned is that with Dr. Cua's treatment, you don't need much force to relieve pain and correct the problem. I would highly recommend her services to others, and I look forward to seeing even more improvement as I continue working with Dr. Cua. read more

My partner has been going to Dr.Rosemarie for the past year, and she has been having positive results and breakthroughs after every session, so we booked me a handful of sessions to help with my pain and flexibility. I have multiple past injuries with two big surgeries (screws & rods in my Ankle and Shoulder). I had mobility limitations that caused me to be unbalanced and uneven, resulting in other body parts taking on more work causing more pain and discomfort. Knee pain, back pain. After my first session, I immediately felt better more balanced, strong, and level. I felt my heel touch the ground like I hadn't felt in at least a decade. Lol, my ankle has more mobility, my knees have been pain free and I'm doing leg workouts at the gym pain free. My back has been less tense. My shoulder and bicep are loose and flexible. My range of motion is increasing. Only after 3 sessions, I feel better than I have in decades. Highly recommend Dr. Rosemarie Cua read more

Dr. Rosemarie's practitioner service is a life changing therapy service. I could not recommend it enough. I am a music entertainer that has sung and played piano for 8 years professionally. My line of work calls for constant hours of practice alongside the performances. For years I have had numerous issues with back pains, wrist pains, neck issues, and tightness. It had become so bad to the point that performing was becoming hard to enjoy anymore. I wore posture correctors, saw massage therapists, endured months of strength training in the gym, and nothing was helping. After the first session with Rosemarie, I woke up the next day and felt like years of life had been given back to my body. The tension and pains were nonexistent. I could also feel when my posture seemed to be giving way and putting strain on my body; or when something I was doing was putting my body into bad alignment. I had multiple alignment issues that I could have never diagnosed on my own and that massage therapists never mentioned or diagnosed. A rotated and high right hip, a twist in my abdomen, pulling on my right pectoral muscle, and a dip in my right shoulder. Dr. Rosemarie diagnosed, treated, and came up with prudent solutions for my line of work/lifestyle and keeping my body in a supporting/natural alignment. 5 stars is not enough. I could not be more thankful for what she has done for me and my life. read more

I have loved my experience with Dr. CUA. She makes me feel so at ease and I can tell my visits are making a huge difference!

I've had lower back issues for about 3 years now. I've tried traditional physical therapy which didn't help and injections that were only temporary solutions. The doctor suggested back surgery but I declined for now because that is something not to take lightly. I just kind of lived with daily pain after that. I found Rosemarie through a mutual friend on IG. I seen the other results on people she has helped. I don't like to put my body in a lot of medicine because of the possible complications when I get older. Rosemarie being holistic caught my interest. I also seen the reviews and pictures of the people she has helped and they look so good and convincing. Upon our Telehealth session, Rosemarie was very welcoming and informative. She taught me many things I didn't know about, I didn't really have any questions for her in the end because that's how good she was. After she educated me on many things I was inept from, she taught me exercises and meditation that I can do for my back issues. I learned that you have to take care of yourself from the inside out and that no therapy or massage will fully heal you. I felt a huge relief just after the first session. A few days later, Rosemarie also offered me a Reiki session. I didn't expect that and I thought that was a really good deal to her package. After doing the exercises and meditation for a few weeks I noticed a huge change in my posture and I feel more relieved! Thank you so much Rosemarie, thank you for dedicating your time to me. You truly are a gifted person and more than what I expected!. I hope to do another session with you in the future!. read more

I went in to see Dr. Rosemarie due to sciatica in my left leg and glad I made the decision to do so! I was in extreme pain, bed ridden, and could barely walk or stand. She was able to alleviate the pain and after the 2nd session I was able to move around and get out of bed. Her treatments are gentle, soothing, and relaxing. You can feel your body get better and better after each treatment. She was also able to address other issues I had like chronic pain on the left side of my neck. I haven't had the urge to crack my neck and the on and off pain has gone away! Dr. Rosemarie is kind, genuine, and will make you feel comfortable from beginning to end. Her treatments healed my body and soul and I'm so thankful I found her. read more

What else is there to say but heaven sent. If there was more stars it still wouldn't be enough she is that good. Dr. Rosemarie was amazing. I suffered with lower back pain for years and after one session the pain was gone. It's hard to explain but she knows what the source of the pain is and how to heal it. I used tens units, rollers, massage guns and pain pills for years and all were temporary fixes but if you want to feel amazing for months after she is just what the Doctor ordered. When I'm in Las Vegas, Dr. Rosemarie is the only person i go to. I also suffer from vertigo which she also fixed in one session. Her healing hands are next level, if I lived closer I would definitely be a regular. Truly an angel in the city of sin. read more

"I received treatment from Rosemarie after not being able to move my neck for 3 days. My shoulders were completely misaligned and crooked. She worked on me for an hour and a half. The treatment was so gentle, patient, and effective. I woke up this morning and took a picture! Wow! A huge difference in my posture! Our bodies are so important and must carry us through years of use. I'm so glad I found someone that can help me treat it right!" read more

Mindfully Align Physio - Physical Therapy Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I've been having knee pain recently. Being in the restaurant industry, working in a kitchen for over 10+ years and frequent board sports on my spare time it finally gave in. I've tried using knee braces but they don't cut it nor is that considered a solution. I couldn't give up so I went on a search and after countless therapist hunting I stumbled across Rosemarie's services. In a nutshell, after the first session I felt like I was on cloud 9 and didn't even need to brace my knee again for work and I can move more freely with my eboard. I even took a Reiki session and I felt super relieved. I highly recommend Rosemarie, she definitley has the magic touch, her advice is very well explained and detail oriented. You can tell she prioritizes her clients to the highest level. It's like everytime you have a session you instantly feel peace of mind. You won't regret. read more

I fractured 2 vertebrae in my back during a motorcycle accident years ago. My back healed, but my pain never went fully away. I tried everything from traditional physical therapy, to medication, to seeing a chiropractor. Nothing seemed to work. I thought that living with pain and stiffness was just going to have to be my new reality. But Rosemarie did an amazing job educating me on the benefits of MFR. She was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. She fully explained everything she was doing and the principles behind it. And her calming presence made me feel far more comfortable than I have ever been with any other medical practitioner. After the first session with her, I already felt dramatically less stiff and lighter. After multiple sessions, I noticed significant improvement in my pain levels and my range of motion was far better than it had been in years. My biggest hope for treatment was to be able to do day to day activities without serious discomfort. After a few treatments with Rosemarie though, my entire mindset shifted. Not only could I do normal day to day activities, I was able to get back into the gym and training martial arts - things I was unsure I would be able to do again. I am now a believer in MFR. But even more than that, I am a believer in Rosemarie. You can feel that she truly cares about the patients she treats. And her positive healing energy is powerful. It changed my life. I would highly recommend Rosemarie and Mindfully Align Physio to everyone! read more

After spending the last few years in extreme discomfort due to bad posture, I finally came across Rosemarie at Mindfully Align. I have tried everything under the sun and nothing has worked long term so I was open and willing to try something "different". Living in the Midwest it was a big commitment to fly to Vegas for the week (I spent five days straight in treatment). The transformation in my mind, body and soul was worth every penny. Rosemarie is a very special soul that puts everything she has into the treatment. I highly recommend this treatment for anyone that is looking to feel better with alignment, digestive tract issues (yes she was able to help my digestion) and mental health. read more

Going in for any type of therapy or doctors visit can bring anxiety, but with Rosemarie's calm and welcoming demeanor, those feelings are quickly ushered away. While in her capable hands, she worked on my hip alignment, as well as posture and some cranial work. I went into the therapy a bit skeptical but came out of it feeling like a weight had been lifted off of my hips (as well as my head). She provides an atmosphere that is calming, soothing and safe. I would recommend her services to anyone, as I think anyone could benefit from the treatment. Thank you Rosemarie! read more

It's rare to have someone like Dr. Rosemarie who can successfully integrate her scientific training in PT with MFR. She has not only treated my family in person but during this pandemic, she has been able to help us - especially my mother who suffers from lung disease and autoimmune conditions - through virtual treatments. She is confident and kind, and her energy is incredible. I give her my complete and total trust. Thank you, Dr. Rosemarie for the beautiful work that you do. Godspeed! read more

My husband has had back pain since the day we have met. He works hard, on his feet all day long and at times has to lift heavy equipment. After the first treatment with Rosemarie he said he felt the best he had in a long time. After the second and third he said it's the best he has ever felt! I was in awe because it is gentle, all natural and showed the best results we had seen from any of the previous options we had used. My daughter who had been having GI issues and was recommended to a chiropractor for other issues went to a session with Rosemarie after seeing such amazing results from my hubby's first session. I was helping my husband move a couch to get ready to host Thanksgiving. I must have lifted with my back because all of the sudden my lower back hurt. I reached out to Dr. Rosemarie and she was able to get me in. As I entered the treatment room I felt a warm and comforting feeling based on the ambiance. Prior to starting the treatment, she of course, asked additional questions and analyzed my posture to ensure proper treatment. She made sure that I was comfortable. I usually get sports massage but if you've not had MFR treatment before, it is totally different. No pain, felt relaxed, and at ease. She knows how to work the body using gentle techniques and releasing the tightness not just in the specific area but all the parts of the body since it's all connected. Afterwards, I felt very light, taller, and not so hunched, and overall, better. She gave me a ball so that I can keep working at home on releasing the tightness and additional tips on stretching my specific problem area including sleep positions. It's been a week since I saw Dr. Rosemarie and I am progressively getting and feeling better. read more

Over the years, I've been fortunate enough to be treated by Rosemarie several times for a variety of issues - mainly my lower back and hips.
