Been suffering with SUPER tense neck and trapezius muscles, to the point where my nerves were so inflamed and my whole arm would go numb. I cannot sing enough praises regarding Andre who I believe is a PT assistant but if he went off and made his own practice I'd be there in a heartbeat. He's incredibly knowledgeable, funny and has magic hands. Honestly, I was going to quit going to Achieve at some point because I didn't feel like I was getting any benefits but then he saw me one day and only after ONE visit I immediately saw and (more importantly) FELT the benefits. He's amazing and he's what makes Achieve incredible. The smartest thing Achieve did was hire him. read more

Highly recommend, been going here for years, staff and owner are very friendly. We use the red light and physical therapy

The Staff at Achieve is awesome. I am looking forward to continuing treatment and progress. So happy I was referred to Achieve

Physical therapy is not usually on my list of top places to visit, but I actually look forward to my appointments and say "I get to go to PT" at Achieve! Every staff member from the top on down has been caring, gracious and helpful. I've never seen any member of the entire staff decline or avoid any person there to get services. Everybody pitches in and makes sure your time is well spent and effective. Although I'll soon "graduate" from my PT regime with a therapist, I'll be taking with me the tools I need to continue and improve the process they've taught me. Fantastic experience. read more

Since I've started PT with Achieve Physical Therapy, I have have been slowly moving towards ridding myself from my walker. Although, I use a can for short distances, I keep my wallet for the longer distances. Balance seems to be the hardest. Passion from my legs have diminished quite a bit, yet my pain level is at a 7/8 level. The staff, Steve, Jim, James, Eric, Arlette, Blake, and the front office staff are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. In my next phase of treatment, we should continue with positive results. The ultimate goal is to return back to work. Working smarter and staying healthy, while being consistent in my everyday health workouts. read more

i'm in las vegas because I am part of the calamity of the fires burning in southern california. I was given the phone number of achieved physical therapy by my insurance company, blue shield of california. I was told I would be able to use my in network benefits even though I am out of state and out of network. But when I contacted achieve, they told me that they would not honor what blue shield had told me in that they would allow me to pay full price on out of state and out of network benefits. NO HEART OR COMPASSION read more

Can't say enough on how the girls in the front and the therapists are so kind and professional. They work hard to get to where you're back to normal before the injury and you can see it in the progress of your therapy! Kudos to Steve and team. You've put a great and welcoming team together and can't thank you enough for being such a kind person! Of course can't forget about Jim! One of most knowledgeable and professional therapist IMO! Thanks guys and keep up the great work! read more

Everyone at Achieve PT is friendly and helpful. The ladies at reception always have a smile and a bit of conversation to greet you with. The PT assistants are on top of their jobs. The Physical Therapists know their stuff. I would highly recommend Achieve PT to anyone seeking help for rehabbing any area of their body. It is impressive to have so many talented and kind people working with you! read more

I've tried almost everything under the sun to help relieve my back pain, such as acupuncture, massage, chiropractor, acupressure, rolfing, Thai massage, cupping, etc. They provide relief but only temporary and I'm looking for a long term solution so I don't need to be faced with the idea of surgery later in life. Funny that no one, including my doctors, has ever suggested physical therapy for back pain. Like me, I had a perception PT was mainly for sports injury or post-surgery recovery only. A PT friend finally suggested it after I mentioned my back pain, so I made an appt to one of the highly rated yelp places near me. I've gone for about three weeks now and I can see improvement. It helps that I also continue doing the exercises at home. By the end of my program, I should be relieved of pain, and be able to manage any recurring pain at home. Once in a while, I'm sure I will need to go back, but not at the same frequency I was for the chiropractor. The front staff are friendly and welcoming, my PT and the other PTs I've seen are engaging and nice to all patients. Scheduling is flexible as they open at 7a, so I can go in before work. I'm achieving at Achieve, lol! read more

Steve Edwards is simply the best physical therapist in town. And his entire office staff is just remarkable. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and kind and caring. Everyone at this facility goes above and beyond their duties. I cannot recommend this place more. My recovery has been amazing because of their knowledge and dedication. They are also the nicest and most personable staff you will ever meet. read more

Steve and staff are great and very informative with an abundance amount of knowledge. Friendly, clean, seems fairly new. I'm glad my lawyer recommended this company to me! read more

I've tried several PT offices in my area and so far this has been the best. I felt the staff were very approachable, scheduling was always a breeze, and I enjoyed seeing the same physical therapist for all of my visits. My PT specialist was David and he was really laid back. I went about 3x/week for the first couple months after my neck surgery and they all helped me to feel a lot better both physically and emotionally. I was there at the start of quarantine when things were almost still all closed and the office wasn't really that crowded. Masks were enforced as well as exit/entrances. I felt comfortable here as there were not that many people. I enjoyed the tens-unit that they used as well as the manual massage. I did the exercises and the stretches afterward. They were great about keeping me informed about insurance coverage etc. I made some nice connections here for future visits and I look forward to returning for more treatments. read more

Achieve Physical Therapy - Very nice service here - Physical Therapy Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

When you find a great physical therapist, he can seem like a magician. The magician observes you, listens to you describe some mysterious injury or strain that has been bothering you for weeks/months/years and diagnoses a solution that had eluded you the whole time. I went into Achieve Physical Therapy with a reoccurring running injury--shin splints on long runs. I'd tried stretching and most of the well-worn solutions from running magazines and books. But I couldn't shake the tight muscles and aching shins. On a doctor's recommendation, I went in to see Chris at Achieve Physical Therapy. After watching me run, he broke down the mechanics of running for me. After teaching me about how different parts of the body work and strain while you're running, he designed a simple, but effective method of strengthening the minor muscles that were causing the aches and pains. Seems like common sense, but I hadn't seen the exercises he prescribed in any running publication. Now, weeks after starting physical therapy, my minor muscles are stronger, my running style more fluid (on advice from Chris) and aches are muted and/or non-existent. Like I said: magic. I recommend Achieve Physical Therapy and Chris for any of you endurance runners out there who have been in pain while pounding through the miles. He can really help. read more

I tried so many alternatives for my pain, but with Henry Tran its the best $ i spent, i can actually climb our stairs with no pain today!!! Can't wait till my next appt. read more

I have to give 5 Stars here after 4 visits. This is a result of the entire process at the location. Upon pulling into the parking lot the journey begins. Easy parking is followed by easily finding the building after a short walk. When I walk in I am greeted with a "welcome and a smile". Payment is taken at sign in and I am able to sit down in a Cushioned seat in an empty waiting room. In less then 3 minutes I am always taken to the back room and immediately begin heating my shoulders as they are prepared for my visit. Note: Not waiting around in a doctors office makes this by far the best PT or doctors office I have yet to visit in vegas. Now to the treatment. Its great and affective. I have received massages, acupuncture and one on one stretching as I can not do these things at home. I am then "taught" exercises to do at home. I have been to other facilities for PT and all I did was exercises at the office which I could do at home anyways which made me feel like I was wasting my time. From my perspective the other patients in the facility feel the same way as conversations are flowing because of the TV and friendly environment since it's a positive recovery process where "the bill" is not on people minds since that process is seamless. It's very clean & well organized. What I liked is that there are private rooms as well so you can have the lights turned off so you can relax while getting therapy if you prefer not to me in the group area. When I leave I feel productive in treating my injuries but what I love even more is that I feel like I just got a massage. Thanks again for taking such good care of me and I am looking forward to the next 10 weeks of recovery here! read more

My experience with Achieve Physical Therapy was definitely a five-star experience. Not only was my physical therapist attentive and interested in solving my issues, but it seemed that the staff was also invested. I was always greeted with smiles and positive attitudes. Steve Edwards is not only kind but extremely knowledgeable in new treatments. I believe he was as eager to get me pain free, strong, and healed as I was. I have been completely satisfied read more

The sharp, excruciating pain of Sciatica led me to Achieve. Initially, I spoke to Nicki, who in one day received the referral, had the referral approved and scheduled an appointment to start treatment. I started the next day. Everyone there was amazing. Tanya and Caroline always gave me a warm greeting whenever I walked in the front door. The techs, Chansen, Eric, Arlette and Steven always ensured my comfort. Tara was my physical therapist. Her best quality is she's an excellent listener. She listened to my symptoms and plotted my treatment which included stretching, low impact exercises and light weights toward the end. I was pain free after the 17th of a 20 session program. As a matter of fact, I already had played two rounds of golf. I am still pain free three weeks after completion. I highly recommend Acheive. Thank you all for the TLC! read more

Let me begin by saying Steve Edwards at Achieve is the most kind and caring therapist who genuinely cares about his patients. He treated me through 3 major ankle surgeries. My surgeon said I would have limitations, but thanks to Steve and his treatments and encouragement, I've done it all. Zip lining, hiking and running and I'm in my 60's! He also treated my husband for a knee replacement. I am very grateful to them and I would recommend them 100%! read more

Staff is so friendly and good cash prices. Thank you Cory for all the amazing dry needling! Helping my pain stay at bay

Summary: Excellent, knowledgable, caring physical therapists. Friendly, courteous, and competent assistants and receptionist. Everything all the other reviewers say is 100% true. I'm part way through PT for shoulder impingement and it's feeling a lot better, not 100%, but I do believe I will get there. Henry's my guy, and I have full confidence Steve is equally amazing. He's a wealth of knowledge and the only person who has ever been able to get rid of some long standing, stubborn muscle knots using dry needling (which I love, and hate at the same time!) and other active release techniques. He's persistent in trying to get my my shoulder to a pain-free state and my body back to a healthy state. Ever so grateful to this team for their professionalism and their care. read more

Let me start off by saying how friendly everyone is in this establishment. I am having my 3rd session today and I waited to have at least a couple sessions before writing this review. The front desk ladies ( sorry I don't remember names) are so kind and makes me feel so welcome when I walk through their doors. So far I have worked with 2 different aides who were both also extremely nice and made me feel comfortable and answered every question I had being that I was nervous on what the whole process was going to be like. ( To be honest theres nothing to be nervous about ... Im just a nervous type of person when it comes to anything and everything lol. ) I was referred to a PT due to having heart attack symptoms. I was seen by PT Henry Tran and he is a life changer. He performed some techniques on me that "hurt so good" and dry needling that also "hurt so good". Just after a couple sessions with Tran I can feel a huge improvement and it just keeps getting better after each visit with him. I am so impressed with PT Henry Tran and his entire team. I am just sad that at the end of the month my insurance will no longer be accepted at this facility. Thanks everyone .... read more

From the first time I entered the door until my last therapy session I was treated as a valued client. The place is spotlessly clean, all employees smile and you see your physical therapist each visit. They are professional and compassionate while working with you to achieve the best possible outcome. Steve, Dave, Delilah and Caroline are professionals. I would definitely return if I need PT again. Achieve PT is the place you want to go for PT. read more

Every review has mentioned the staff and rightfully so. Everyone from the front desk to the therapist were phenomenal. My sister is currently going through rehab for her ankle injuries and has been praising the immense progress. With each visit another member of my family seems to enjoy this place a little more. When it was my mom's turn to take my sister, she was practically falling asleep in the waiting area. It was nice of the staff to take her to a private room and sleep while my sister went through treatment. I like how lively they are. Between the two gentlemen working, they both created a lively atmosphere by teasing Diana. As an older brother, I am all about torturing my younger sibling. The hour that she was there, she did five or six different exercises. This made her happy because she enjoyed the workout. What a gym rat. read more

Physical therapy is not fun BUT this place is awesome!!!! :) The staff from the receptionist to the actual physical therapist to their assistants are so friendly and helpful. You can feel their genuine concern. Since I have started coming here a few of the patrons have left after their physical therapy was over and you can see how much they are going to miss the staff here. Ok...that was enough mushy stuff. Lol :) Onto the actual nitty gritty. :) my physical therapist was Steve but I've also had Henry when my time did not match Steve's. Let me tell ya, no matter which one u get you are going to have someone that knows their stuff. After every round of excercise that goes through motions your body should be able to do normally....Steve stretches out my shoulder. Yeah it hurts but he doesn't push it past what your body can handle. I'm very inquisitive and he had answered my questions without hesitation. :) I've been coming here for about a month now and I see a huge improvement in my shoulder. I can move it better and my strength is slowly coming back. Let's just say that I can't wait for my shoulder to heal BUT I will miss the staff here. :) if I ever need physical therapy again I know where to go in heart beat. :) read more

Dr. Tran is the most patient and kind physical therapist we have met in Vegas. My partner has had severe trauma due to seizures and Dr. Tran was able to use an amazing technique with dry needling! The staff here is great starting the minute you call in with the friendly receptionist, then when you get here the techs who assist you are so caring & attentive and knowledgeable! The physical therapist's are incredible and have gotten amazing results for both my husband & daughter! I would definitely recommend this place over some of the larger therapy clinics in town where they just throw you out into the middle of the gym & leave you on your own! My only complaint is that they moved over a year ago to a new facility on Horizon Ridge but all of their listings still show Sunridge Heights so make sure you know where they are located before you go on a wild-goose chase (they are well worth-it once you find them though)! read more

I really recommend Achieve Physical Therapy the staff is knowledgeable and caring. This organization puts patients priorities and goals ahead of profit. Absolutely the BEST physical therapy around. Everyone from Kristin and Patty at the front desk to the staff to the therapists, Steve and Henry, are spot on professionals. Friendly, helpful, incredible! I have been going here for several months as a result of an accident, now I am in the recovery phase of surgery and could not be in a better place to heal. You really do feel like family. And the care and attention to your therapy is impeccable. Going thru therapy takes a lot out of someone and if there is a way to help ease some of the frustrations it is with a great physical therapy place like Achieve Physical Therapy.
