Disappointed my doctor referred me here to manage pain. On multiple occasions I left after my session in such pain I was barely able to walk to my car leaving in tears due to pain is not helping me, I even brought in copies of my X-rays so they would know what my situation is but all but one therapist was bound and determined to insist on improving range of motion that cannot be improved due to the metal and new bone growth with my hip reconstruction In addition last 2 visits the heating pad was burning hot and my last visit with Teresa was the worst and final visit I had to call in sick to work because I could not walk due to the pain she caused me I cannot recommend anyone coming here read more

I was refer to this Jackson PT by my lawyer after I got in a car accident. I've been to multiple PT offices in the past and this one is the worst one so far. Their staff are so unprofessional. They are always chatting each other, and never really pay attention to the patients. I was just there a couple days ago and all the staff were looking at a computer screen, deciding what to order for lunch while their clients were doing exercises with little or no super vision. If you want to get better, this is the wrong place to seek for assistance. I have never experienced a business so out of control with laziness and incompetence. read more

I was diagnosed with a shoulder impingement as the cause of shoulder pain that was limiting my enjoyment of leisure time activities such as playing golf as well as being the cause of general discomfort. This is not my first go-around with PT, and not that I had bad PT's before because I did not, but I have to say I am very impressed and pleased with the help and progress I received from Jackson PT. I have a very busy schedule and things are always popping up as well, not to mention when you suffer from certain pains..., sometimes you can't do it, and JPT has always been so accommodating and understanding. I've never had a wait when I've had an appointment longer than 5 or 10 min., longest and everything is always neat, and ready to be used. I have never met one employee there as well that was not friendly, professional and ready to help you with anything. If I need to have PT again, which ever so often I have to go, I will be making JPT my go-to spot. read more

This place is ver disappointing all around!! Don't waste your time. Appointment time 8am - therapist starts at 810am or later. Cold table, no sheet to cover it or to cover myself. I always have to ask for a blanket. Therapies- tens and heat pack for bad neck pain. I told them I can do that home. They did not change modalities. They talk in the back all the time. Focus is not on their patients. Parking is great for an 8am appointment. read more

Staff is always super friendly and professional. Casey truly cares and is very attentive to your recovery to better health. I came to Jackson Physical Therapy because the doctor I really wanted to go to didn't accept my insurance. I saw one of the doctors there (maybe Jackson??) who was very nice. The office staff was lovely and got me in very quickly. I went through all the details of what was going on - it's a laundry list, so the fact that he listened to me and kept asking questions is much to his credit. He went through a couple physical tests (moving my body around in weird positions and such) and ultimately told me I was fine. He suggested I do some yoga, but didn't offer any specific advice to help solve the issue. I left feeling alright about everything, but then realized I should probably get a second opinion. I went and saw a second physical therapist (the one I was referred to by a friend, who doesn't take my insurance) and had a much more thorough appointment. That doctor helped me realize that my pelvis was mis-aligned and gave me specific stretches to do that will help. The team at Jackson is really nice and probably great for people who have had surgery or need rehab from accidents...but wasn't the right doctor for me. read more

I am very impressed with Jackson Physical Therapy. When I injured my shoulder I was told by many friends not to do physical therapy because it sucks and it hurts. I don't know where they went, but that isn't the case here. First off, every person that works here is friendly, amazinglll and extremely helpful. I can't say enough about there customer service. They listen to you and make you feel comfortable working at your own pace. I have had a handful of sessions here and my mobility has already increased. I am grateful that I chose them(based off there 5 star reviews) in the list of 10 offices my doctor gave me. I definitely recommend them for your road to recovery. read more

I went to therapy for my knee after an orthoscopic surgery for approximately 10 weeks and they did a fantastic job. I had a great experience at Jackson physical therapy after recent back injury where I was referred by my physician Dr. Rosler. From the first phone call I made, to when I walked out the door the staff made my visit easy and comfortable. I was offered paperwork e-mailed to me ahead of time, I was offered an option an appointment days and times, the receptionist was friendly on the phone and very kind upon my arrival. My future appointments were set up quickly, and even though my appointment time seem to be at 'rush hour' you would never have known. The main physical therapist taking care of me is Kevin Thomason. He takes his time and listens to what I have to say about my recent injury and was careful about what I could do and not do during the appointment and afterward at home. Kevin is personable and explains exactly how he relates to injuries having had injuries himself. So he knows exactly what you're going through. He always told me what to expect during the appointment and after I left, he informed me who would be seeing me on one of the days I was scheduled but he was off work. I guess if I have an off comment to make it would be that the front desk is a bit tall. I know that sounds a little weird, but doing businesslike payments and paperwork across the desk so high made me feel awkward. It was a bit like the places you go to where they have the window that they slide. Just kind of a strange set up for atmosphere upon arrival. read more

Easily one of the top physcial therapy offices in town. The staff is great and make you feel at home. They take the time to get to know you and have a great sense of humor. Private treatment rooms are available and they have a well equiped gym area. I can't recommend this place enough. I've been to a few other places in town but this place is the best.
