This location is in the Centennial Hills area off of the 215/Durango exit. It's in a plaza with plenty of parking spots. When I arrived at the facility for my first PT appointment on a Wednesday around 3:00 P.M, it was a breeze to check in. I had completed all of the paperwork required online. There are only a few seats in the facility though. Kiana is an amazing physical therapist! She is constantly providing challenges and is knowledgeable! My first appointment focused on getting a clear baseline of where my hand was at. Kiana measured my hand strength, assessed my mobility, and talked through my goals so we could create a plan for the rest of my PT sessions. By the end of that initial visit, we had a solid game plan in place, and I even started some targeted exercises for my right hand to begin improving strength and movement right away. This is the place to go if you need PT! The team members here are outstanding!

We went to dignity health for a kidney stone that needed a scan for confirmation. We even called prior to arriving at the flamingo location asking if we could be seen for a suspected kidney stone and they said yes come on down. We ended up paying our ER copay for the first facility then got a bill to pay the same ER copay for the second facility! What a scam! We will never do business with Dignity Health again. We asked them if we would be billed twice and they said no we should be fine since it would be a "transfer". Apparently not. They don't know what they are doing and just tell you what you want to hear.

The girl who answered the phone was surprised that nobody called me. I guess nobody ever would have. Anyways I make a second appointment. The girl couch I got this time seemed annoyed to be there. She told me to do three extra quick exercises and told me that I was done. Next to me a woman with elevated legs who fell asleep and started snoring. Then there was a big loud announcement that someone was snoring. Then the girl couches ran over to her and were laughing telling the woman that she was snoring. They also told her that she was done for the day. I doubt a few minutes with her legs elevated helped her much for whatever her problem was....I also don't think the 3 minutes of exercise they told me to do was worth the trip or co-pay here. My take is that you can have a good experience here and it can also go no so well. The office duty can be improved. Also the care quality can be improved. After my last visit I have no reason to return unless I feel like deducting $65. there for my co-pay instead of losing it in a slot machine.

Very open, bright, clean and new. The check in process via their iPads is a bit clunky but staff were friendly and jumped in to assist when needed. Our therapist, Betsy, was FANTASTIC. The quality of care honestly hasn't been the best by none of the therapists working on me for my back. I now go for OT therapy and they finally have an amazing therapist by the name of Javon. I can say he is definitely getting my medical needs taken care of. This location facility is amazing when it comes to equipment. I like this location and the Henderson location for their equipment. This location is clean and bright with amazing views of the mountains. It has lots of windows for you to look out while you're getting your treatment. My office experiences have been fairly pleasant. However, if you need a good hand OT therapist. Please ask for JAVON. He will help heal your medical condition or just make things way better than they ever been before. For my back though. This has helped me to recover stronger. What a difference it has made in my balance and having looking forward to having "life" again. I am not there yet, but I am hopeful. I am at 99%. You wonder why not stop. Because the 1% can cause me to tip - fall over - lose balance quickly w/o warning. I have been dealing with this since November 2024. I went to a neurologist and then another. Including getting therapy with another facility - but it was more of a stretch exercise...however, it didn't resolve my situation and its strength. Basically, Fysical at other location did their best they felt and there wasn't much more to do. Last therapy was in 2025 and I was hovering 85-90% in control of my balance. If I get these episodes, it is out of nowhere, and I will lean towards falling. The therapists there were all kind...but not invested into my quality of life...I got really disillusioned...exercises were good to sustain, but that is it. However, I didn't give up, and now I feel much more confident and look forward to 100% and being Alive!

She entered the room and didn't even introduce herself so I didn't even know her name for this review until I got my patient paperwork. My primary doctor referred me to Orthopedic & Spine Institute concerned that I have spinal arteritis. I told this to Greenhalgh and she just scoffed and said that I was too young to have such a problem. I'm 41 with quite a few deteriorating illnesses since childhood there is nothing "too young" but my body or condition. She didn't ask about the background of my medical condition or family history. When I told her about the neuropathy in both of my legs she looked at me shocked and said "you had diabetes??" opening my patient file would have shown her that fact, my generational diabetes is the first thing listed in my patient folder. She tried to A1C shame me when I told her my A1C is 7.6 then back tracked when I told her my A1C was 14.8 and I've been working hard to revert my A1C. She told me my problem would go away if I loss weight and exercise. -Again- because she didn't ask me anything about anything she would have known that I work out everyday already and go to Physical Therapy for my frozen shoulder and am already at my target weight goal. I'm already the smallest and most fit me of my life and the back problem came after. She never examined me physically she only looked at the x-rays and she said that it showed that my spine bones are deteriorating but apparently the solution for bone loss is to stop being fat She told me I was too young for back problems at least 4 times and that I just need to lose weight at least 3 times. Complete waste of time and money. I went to see my primary today and told them everything and they're referring me to a pain management specialist and a different orthopedic place. It's too bad because I already go to UMC Orthopedic & Spine Institute to see Dr Iman for my frozen shoulder and he's great. I was really excited to finally be seen about my back problems and just throughly disappointed in Angela Greenhalgh lack of skill and treatment. It just goes to show that one bad apple can ruin a whole tree because I never want to go back to this establishment.

The gym is in excellent shape with every piece of equipment necessary. The gym has RC, Trevor, Sydney, Zoya and Betsy. They are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And always watching to make sure the exercises are done properly and that all of them are done. Jimmy and Mindy have been very helpful with all my ailments and have kept me as healthy as possible.
