I bought my harp from Minda about this time last year. Stellar service. She took the time to work with me and identify the harp for me. It's a year later, and I love it. Minda also teaches lessons, so I signed right up. Great experience. She's patient, willing to explain things to my engineering brain, and brilliant. More, when it came time to change a string, Minda gave me a lesson. She even let me change a few strings on a harp she was working on. Telling me how to do it, showing me how to do it, then letting me do it but talking me through each step. Finally, doing it on my own but with her watching. Great way of learning. We were in town for my son's UNT audition and needed to look at the pedal harps for a recording. We made a visit to MindaMusic and Minda was the absolute best. Even though we didn't have an appointment, she invited our son in to practice some and gave some excellent feedback and guidance on his technique. She spent a good hour and half with us generously giving her time, knowledge and kindness. I wish we lived here, I would hire Minda on the spot to give my son harp lessons. I do not recommend this company because in case your item is unacceptable and you need to return it, they will have already wrongly overcharged you so they could make a quick profit, then you'll be getting a lot less than what you paid for the item initially once it is returned. You also lose your media mail shipping cost and any tax you paid. They will call it a restocking fee (yes a restocking fee for something that is supposed to be so inexpensive and so trivial) because they ARE that money hungry. Instead of taking responsibility for their low quality item they'll say the customer is confusing them with another seller to try to make themselves look like victims. This company's business tactics are just shady and irresponsible. They refuse to ever admit when they are wrong. This is not the first time they've done these kinds of things. If people find this company treating them well, then they're lucky because not everyone is treated the same with Minda Music. Harpists, please be very wary making any purchases or dealing in person with this store. We ordered over $1000 worth of strings on February 29, 2024 to have our harps regulated and relied upon the website and automated response which literally told us they would ship the strings "immediately." Instead, the strings were not shipped for another week and when I called and asked her to honor her stores representations and overnight the strings, she first denied the representations, and when presented with the evidence she then felt she was not responsible for the time frames represented on her company's email, and then finally, she complained about the $70 it would cost her to send the strings on time. So, telling us she would deal with it the next day she then simply refunded the money for the strings, leaving us in the lurch for the regulations. She simply refused to honor her company's representations claiming it was my fault for countering her denials of responsibility and then went and changed the time-frame on her future email responses. We did business with this company to our detriment. This is not a business or lady of integrity. Be careful with your interactions with this lady and her company. read more

We love Minda. I'm very happy and surprised with the results after a year of piano lessons, specially because she teaches my kid remotely via Skype since we live 4 hours away. The method she uses to teach online really works and, now we are thinking on starting with cello!! She's very flexible and thoughtful of every student and parents situation. If I had met her prior to my learning from my current piano teacher for the past five years, I would absolutely be having her teach me. We started with Minda last February and so far it has been a great experience for my daughter. She is able to rekindle her love for music and playing rhe piano which I thought she had forgotten a long time ago. I like it that Minda really focus on the student and captures certain details to either advance or stay a little bit longer on a particular lesson.
