    Loco Moco.

Sweet little spot for breakfast. The service was good and the food even better. Big hearty portions! We ordered the Loco Moco and an Ultimate Omelette. I would recommend this spot if you're looking for a quiet little diner with good food.

Biscuits and gravy plate, pretty bland gravy! Eggs overcooked.

Went here early on a Saturday morning when they opened. This joint was quiet and service was great! We ordered the biscuits and gravy plate and the bacon and eggs plate. The biscuit was really good but the gravy, which is homemade, lacked flavor. The sausage Pattie's were super thin and not to tasty. The over medium eggs were overcooked and the bacon was like eating jerky! But I would recommend the hashbrowns, they are freshly grated, crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. A little pricey for a breakfast that was not up to par for the price they charge. Don't think we will be returning.

    Not tempura fried shrimp

I don't give bad reviews often but this was so disappointing. I got the dinner seafood basket. Menu on yelp says it comes with 2 fried oysters, fish, clams, and Tempura shrimp. There were no oysters, the fried shrimp was not tempura battered, and the calms so tough I couldn't bite through them. The clams were honestly the toughest I've ever had. I could not eat them. No salt on the fries, so if you order from here and want salt request it while ordering. The only thing we received that was pleasant were the chicken tenders. I won't be ordering from here again

Great little diner in a great location! Mina's has a huge menu, offering not only all-day breakfast but also a full lunch menu. But not only that, they have a large selection of Korean / Asian foods as well - such as teriyaki, katsu, and stir-fries. Pretty much everything Mina cooks is good. Today we shared the chicken katsu as well as a BLT. Both were perfectly made and very tasty. One of the things I like about the katsu is it's clearly breaded freshly, with a nice thick layer of breading. The BLT was about the best BLT around, if you like a truly classic BLT - not some snotty interpretation - just lots of super-crisp bacon, large tomato slices and crunchy lettuce. Best BLT I've had anywhere in Port Orchard. Prices are reasonable, service was really good, and there's a terrific view of Sinclair Inlet from the tables. Great little diner that offers a lot more than just diner food! And nice to have another good restaurant choice in downtown Port Orchard

Food and service is always great. Cozy little Cafe, with a big heart. If you leave here hungry, it's your own fault.

Although he was able to explain the AYCE rules thoroughly, he lacked the basic knowledge of what the sauce contained. He also kept asking if we wanted the grill changed. We explained that once the grill was "seasoned," the food would not stick; which is why we didn't want it changed... yet he asked if we wanted it changed right after this. I also asked for more napkins, he brought one. The ventilation in this restaurant is horrendous, the smoke and heat from the grill were unpleasant for anyone sitting near the wall. I had to move seats after I was done cooking, because the heat was making me sweat profusely. A female employee came by and asked if we needed anything, and I asked for napkins (to wipe the sweat off my face). She looked at me as if I was asking for a slice of pizza. I asked her if there was a problem, because of the look she gave me. She responded, "no." I got the feeling as though she didn't want to give us napkins for some reason. Again, the food was good, but the service was terrible.

I thought the…read moresnack bar had some more sauces where you could make your own but there's only one on your table labeled dipping sauce. The pork belly comes with a sauce they bring for you. Speaking of pork belly they were too chewy we cooked it for long enough and it was still very chewy. Service was trash. The lady that was our server poured all the meat on our fryer so half of the meat was stacked on top of each other so it took longer to cooked. We're already on a 90 minute time crunch. If my step dad wasn't pestering the lady for a next round they wouldn't have checked on us and we would've been waiting for 30 minutes. While we were waiting for the second round the lady told us to turn off our heater when we're not using it, the man later came and turned it back on and told us to keep it at level 400-500. The next time we got the food she tried to put all the meat on the fryer again my step dad said "It's okay we got it, thank you" she looked at us like we didn't know what we were doing. Later on she looked at how we put everything on the fryer she looked and laughed at us TWICE.

The food itself was enjoyable and we appreciated having a place where we could gather and cook together for a special occasion. The meats were flavorful and we still made the best of our time there. Unfortunately, the service experience was disappointing. Throughout our meal, staff did not check in on our table to see how things were going. Our grill and grill parchment paper were not changed, and our banchan dishes were not refilled. No one explained whether banchan refills were available since we did not choose the AYCE option. We also noticed that sesame oil, which is typically offered at most Korean restaurants, was not provided and seemed to be kept behind the counter instead of being offered to our table. One thing that stood out to us was that we were the only Asian customers dining at the time. We observed staff spending a significant amount of time checking in on other tables multiple times, while our table did not receive the same level of attention. The difference in attentiveness felt noticeable, and honestly, it felt intentional. At the end of our visit, no one thanked us or said goodbye, which made the experience feel impersonal, especially since we were there celebrating a birthday. We came in excited to celebrate together as a family. While the food was good, the lack of attentiveness and communication impacted our overall experience. We hope the service can improve so that all guests feel equally welcomed and cared for..
