We were quickly seated by the friendly waitress who explained to us the option of picking the tasting menu. We would set a price that we were willing to spend for dinner per person and the restaurant will provide us with tapas that equals up to the price. We decided on 70 euro each which gave us a grand total of around 15 tapa dishes. This was a lot of food and you bet we were stuffed by the end of the meal! Everything was so delicious, the meat and seafood were all excellent quality. Standout tapas include the sea urchin, grilled razor clams, Russian salad, Iberian ham, tomato bread, foie gras, pork jowl sandwiches and mackerel. They use high quality and local ingredients here. I loved how they incorporated olive oil and sea salt in most dishes.
