Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. Becare every careful if you use this people, Anush reached out me several and get the job December 2025, they were great to start with but disappointed as soon the start of the work and did not follow through. 1) I had new floor put in, when their team came to remove and install the windows, they did not protect my floor, I stopped the work and layout the floor protection my self. 2) They did not seal the windows properly, 3 of my windows leaked huge amounts of water during the Dec 24, 2025 storm. They did come out to reseal few days later but we have yet to know if the work was up-to-par. They never offer to pay for the costs to repair the damage on the walls, window sills and flooring. 3) Anush was nice to inform me of the rebates, but twice the submission was rejected my Milgard due to a non matching sales code. I called, emailed and spoke to Anush. She said she would fix it, it never happened, it's been 5 months now. She has not returned any of my calls nor responded my emails. I have been asked by my neighbors to refer them, I will tell them what happended to me.
