I just got my backyard fence done with PVF. My experience was more than super. The guys showed up on time and the work was completed 2 hours before schedule and the fences look great. They gave us the best offer out of 4 different companies. They cleaned up the entire backyard too. read more

Good Job, but still didn't get one minor problem fixed as promised... still waiting, that's why only 4 stars. Come back & glue my post caps on as promised to get 5 stars Otherwise, was very satisfied with estimates and overall job. I had 5 ft block wall with a 2 ft. privacy fence extension put on top. Love it! Can't see neighbors anymore, and they can't see me. Front yard fence w/ gate came out great. thanks for your advice re: which way it should swing, out vs. in, left vs. right. Sound insignificant, but in the end it makes a big difference in traffic flow, when you go in and out of gate several times/ day. That's where your personal touch makes difference, bet those big guys, just let the installers choose. Tom is a nice & decent person small business owner, not trying to rip-off. Responsive, patient and willing to work w/ me, gave me options and let me decide. Was not a corporate pushy salesman, like the 2 other big vinyl fence companies that came out. Plus his price was very fair, not overinflated prices like those other 2 big companies. When I requested some options, he even vetoed them deeming them unnecessary expenses. His 2 guys did great job, everything level and straight. My only complaint is on front yard fence, 3 out of 10 post caps didn't match. I could see how they could make mistake. I myself didn't catch it until 2 wks later, when I saw 3 of them had only a 1 step elevation before the pointy part and all the rest had 2 steps. He apologized and sent guys out that wk to fix it. Then big giant crazy windstorm came & 3 post caps blew off privacy fence and were now in my neighbors yard. I called Tom, he said yes, they should have been glued down, but was overlooked. He said things were busy for him but would send guys out in few weeks. months gone by, I called again once early on, but felt I was bugging you. sorry still waiting read more

Not even worth a single star. WHY? I called and left 2x messages, 3x text messages and 2x emails over a three weeks period. NO RESPONSE. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. OUT OF BUSINESS? If not, it should be based on customer service. read more

After several estimates for a vinyl fence & gate, I found Tom Toth with Pacific Vinyl. He came out to give me an on-site estimate. He was a super nice guy and came off as honest and not a salesman type at all. Searched the internet and found out that he is a family friend of a mutual friend of mine. Anyway, the job was completed one week ahead of schedule and it looks great! Art, his installer and another man came this morning. Don't look any further!! Hire Tom with Pacific Vinyl. read more

I have been waiting for 14 months for a simple repair don't waste your time and money with this company, Tom is the worst answering the phone ,text, email. The lifetime warranty they offer is garbage . Duramax the manufacturer of the materials will not deal with the customer only the contractor. Find a different company I'm sure any will be better than pacific vinyl fence or duramax. read more

We just had a security fence and 2 side gates installed by Pacific Vinyl and we couldn't be happier with our experience! Tom was very friendly and came out to give us an estimate within a few days of calling. He took his time to explain the product, installation process, and warranty. We got 3 estimates for the same job, and his was the best. He was able to start the job within the week and his installers completed everything in one day. We are so happy with our new fence and side gates and would highly recommend Pacific Vinyl! This is a Follow up to my previous review: I called this same company several times for other work and my calls were never returned. Minus one star. read more

Had them install a vinyl patio cover in 2012. It is now sagging beyond belief. I have call and left messages at least 20 times--never a call back. This is not any type of customer service whatsoever!! I guess repeat business is not important and I certainly will not recommend this company. read more

Got estimates for vinyl fencing and a gate from Tom at Pacific Vinyl as well as another company (GNG Vinyl). Tom seemed more knowledgeable and detailed than the salesman from GNG, and his estimate was lower for the same product (both companies literally had the same product brochure). I chose this company based on a recommendation from a family member and all the great yelp reviews. I am over the moon happy with the work that was done. Art was my contact person; he was very personable, communicative and gracious. Gracious? Yes! His customer service etiquette is impressive, going above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and things were done correctly. The prices are reasonable and I am so happy with the final outcome. Thank you Art! read more

Tom came out and gave me a bid. Art and Gary took care of the installation. Their workmanship was excellent. They took away my old fence and gates. I got three bids one from GNG for $2136 the second bid was from vinyl fence Depot at $2340 and then vinyl fence Depot was $1614. Vinyl fence Depot works with Duramax products. Do a little research Duramax is as good as you can get. I have had many bad experiences hiring painters and carpenters etc. what a pleasure to work with a Contractor and get exactly what you pay for. read more

Long overdue review - Used this company once, and the project turned out great! On time, lowest bid, quality work, great crew... great experience overall. Art just finished our project and we couldn't be more pleased. His attention to detail, professionalism and courtesy exceeded our expectations. We have an excellent quality product (manufactured locally) installed by a craftsperson and at an excellent price! We obtained bids from 3 other very reputable installers but Tom and Art beat them all! I highly recommend Pacific Vinyl Fences! read more

I haven't written a review on Yelp since 2007 but after my experience with Tom and his crew I couldn't resist. From my initial call to Tom I was pleased, he got back to me promptly and he was over my house within a couple days to discuss the project. He was incredibly personable and knowledgeable and I immediately knew I could trust him. The end of our meeting was left with him promising to complete the work as he would do on his own home and yes he delivered!! His quote was fair and almost half of what Vinyl Concepts quoted for the same job. His crew arrived on time and Art was just spectacular! He explained everything thoroughly and we even made changes that made sense after sharing his opinions. They left everything clean and we are over th happy! I highly recommend this company. read more

This review is waaaayyyyy overdue. I had my vinyl fence installed last year in my LA home. Everytime I see my fence, I keep on telling myself, I gotta write a review about Pacific Vinyl Fences. Well, here I am. I recommend a lot of my friends and relatives to go with PVF. I did a lot of research and had 5 companies come out before Tom. I had Home Depot, Southland Vinyl, Vinyl Concepts, ect come out. Their estimates were 2-3x higher than Tom's. So glad we went with Tom. My fence look soooo beautiful. Before that, I had ugly termite eaten wood fence from the previous owner who painted it green. Boy am I proud of my new fence. Still looks brand new. Shiny and all. They use Duramax which means maximum durability. It also comes with a lifetime warranty which I love. I will only use PVF to do my other vinyl installations!!! read more

UNBELIEVABLY unprofessional. Came in for an estimate months ago. They were supposed to start the job; they never called back! I tried contacting them a dozen times. I left several voice messages, texts, .. Finally received only one call back from a Mike telling me how they really wanted to do the job soon. Months later finally reached Art, the installer. He said he's ordered the material -- it's been 4 months since then. They made NO contacts thereafter. read more

I was so blown away by their professionalism and quality work. Tom, the owner, was courteous, well priced, punctual and considerate. His workers, Artin and his Father-in-law, were absolutely phenomenal. Artin informed me every step along the way when he ran into underground pipes or other issues. He was so kind and courteous and worked so hard. He even helped me to cut down some branches that I was working on out of the kindness of his heart. I was so grateful I found this wonderful team and believe you will be too. The fence is so incredibly gorgeous. Honestly, this was the best experience I've ever had working with a contractor, and I've had a few good ones. Too bad there is nothing higher than a 5. I'd give it to them! read more

We love our fence. Art came up with a great design for our slightly sloped front yard and it looks better than we imagined. Tom came out and did a full review of my yard and the neighbor's. He explained all of the challenges and quirks of the current fence and what would need to be done with the new fence. I felt confident that there would be no surprises. None of the competition did this thorough of a review and explanation. This is why the neighbor and myself went with them. Art and crew showed up promptly and did the tear down and rebuild. Scheduling was exactly as anticipated. They cleaned up so well, I think my yard was better than before they came! The fence is beautiful and no more termite damage! I would highly recommend them! Thanks Guys!! read more

These guys are AMAZING and worth the wait They are busy so be patient. they may take a week to come out to give estimate/proposal, and then it may take a few weeks to get the installation, but there is a very valid reason. Received quotes from three contractors for a 160 sq ft free standing patio cover. The owner Tom came out for estimate and pricing was competitive. Art definitely knew his craft and I could not be happier with the end result. I highly recommend Pacific Vinyl. read more

Tom, Art and their crew; what a team! I can't speak highly enough of Pacific Vinyl Fence Company. Tom and Art, truly gentlemen and are extremely knowledgeable of their trade; Master Craftsmen. They installed privacy fencing, gates, and picket fencing at my home project, and the finish results were incredibly awesome. Please note that these guys are extremely busy and be prepared to stand in line. Tom advised me the turn around time was about two months for them to get to my project but assured me I would be pleased with the end result. That was an understatement. Thank you Tom and Art for a job well done. See you at the High Desert house project. Rich read more

If you take a look at the reviews here you'll see a pattern - seems that Pacific Vinyl Fences does decent work when they're engaged, but they have a bad habit of ignoring calls, missing appointments and bad communication. I've really tried to be patient and polite in reaching out to Pacific Vinyl Fences (hey, everyone has a bad day now and then), but after several weeks of dead silence I'm moving on to someone that's professional and reliable. Hard to trust someone that's non-responsive. And really, who needs the extra frustration in their lives? read more

I has called 3 other places, and not one mentioned that the ground had to be even. All of them were more expensive. Tom is an expert and knows what he is doing. I was referred to Pacific Vinyl from a neighbor who had some fence and gate work completed for her property. I needed to replace a termite infested, rotting wooden gate that leads to my backyard. I connected with Tom who was transparent, honest, and patient from the first call to a post-installation issue that he and his guys quickly remedied. Tom is not pushy, doesn't oversell anything and he and his team do great work. It is extremely difficult to find quality vendors who care enough to deliver and install a quality product. Pacific Vinyl is one of the few you can trust for vinyl fencing needs. I'm considering a full front yard fence and will absolutely go to Pacific Vinyl for the project. Definitely meet with Tom and get a quote from him if you are considering vinyl fencing. read more

Pacific Vinyl Fence did a great job with my new fence. Tom, the owner, was very knowledgeable and not pushy. His estimate was much cheaper than the competition. They use Duramax brand vinyl, so everything is custom and under warranty. Their price came in right at what my dad (a contractor) told me would be fair, and far below the other quote we got. They came out for the estimate immediately and were able to start the project and get the work done quickly. We also got a bid from another company and Pacific was clearly better all around. Tom the owner is super friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. Work on the fence and privacy gates was completed today and I have already recommended Pacific Vinyl Fences to a friend. I even sat out on my front porch to drink my coffee this morning so I could admire my new fence! read more

I'm very pleased with Tom the owner and his installer Art. Tom is a very nice and honest person. He is very professional and very thorough when taking measurements. They do great quality work and get it done right the first time. They told me it would take a day to instal everything and it was done in a day. Best of all was Art the installer. He is very knowledgeable and beyond helpful. He did not leave the property until the project was done and I was 100% satisfied with the work. I was so pleased with their work that I had them come back for two more projects around the house. Tom's prices were beyond reasonable! I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my neighbors! read more

My neighbors' gardener did a terrible job trimming on their side and caused my 22 year old trees to die back. I had to have them removed. I was left with an ugly chain link fence and loss of privacy. I got four estimates for a vinyl fence. My neighbors got two. I had a good feeling about Tom. He's very down to earth. I asked him to meet with my neighbors and answer any questions they might have. Lucky for me, they also liked Tom. His price was the most reasonable, and he uses a quality product. Art arrived early and finished by 2:00 pm. I am retired. So I was able to watch the installation. Art really knows his stuff. He took great care to spare the plantings I put in in an attempt to make things look better. The yard has a slight slope, and the fence follows it beautifully. Tom brought another cap because one had a crack. I would never have known. Art cleaned everything up on both sides of the fence. He is a very nice person. I absolutely love the fence. Thanks guys! read more
