After hiring GNG Vinyl to replace it, the transformation was incredible. What used to feel like an ordinary backyard now feels like a private resort. Every time I walk outside, I find myself appreciating the difference it made. What impressed me most wasn't just the finished product, it was the people behind it. The team was professional, honest, and took pride in their work from start to finish. They treated my property with respect and delivered exactly what they promised. In a world where it's hard to find contractors you can truly trust, GNG Vinyl is one of the good ones. The quality speaks for itself, and years from now I'll still be grateful I chose them. When I told them another company had provided a lower quote but couldn't guarantee no "surprise" expenses, Image Outdoor came back within 30 minutes with a revised offer and promise that any difference in material costs would be covered. As someone with only the vaguest idea of what a project like this actually entails, that level of transparency made the decision easy for me. A clear, confident answer was provided for every question I thought to ask as well as a few I would never have thought to ask, and the work was completed on time and within budget. I'd gladly recommend Image Outdoor for any balcony or deck work, especially in a condo or multi-unit setting where the stakes are a little higher. PS: I didn't attach an image because there just isn't much to see considering all the "real" work is hidden below the new surface -- the balcony once again feels safe/solid and is not allowing water to pool, which isn't glamourous but is exactly what I needed!

Update - The office got back to me and figured out there was a clerical error in getting my estimate to me. After some back and forth they have been great so far in terms of what we need for the project. I will update the review again after the project is finished. I emailed this company about getting a railing installed up to the front door of my house. This was 6/19/26. The rep came to do an estimate and was very courteous to my partner while I was away on business. We had communicated that we would like to see quotes preferably for vinyl, aluminum, or stainless steel. After multiple messages back and forth since then I still have not received the estimate at all as of 7/25/26. While I appreciate the attitude of the rep that came to do the estimate, after all this hassle of getting a simple railing installed, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They were extremely neat and careful of all our belongings. Recently I noticed that the patio cover was slumping in the middle. I called Jack and he came out the next day to assess what was happening. After inspecting the patio cover, without hesitation, he acknowledged that the patio cover required additional reinforcing but that it could be done in a way that would look consistent with the rest of the cover. One week later, he sent a crew who fixed the problem. They added a post that removed the slump. The "fix" was completely integrated with the original design. This company stands behind their products for real: no haggling, no costs, no waiting and no problems! Just sound workmanship, with a great and customer-friendly attitude, a reasonable price, and a no-hassle warranty. Truly, I couldn't have asked for anything more!
