We had a great experience with Front Gate Vinyl. We got many quotes from companies and they were by far the best. They were so professional, came exactly when they said they would, cleaned up EVERYTHING after and were really a pleasure to work with. They gave us suggestions for aesthetics and cost efficiency. Definitely would recommend. read more

We're thrilled with the work Front Gate Vinyl just completed at our house! From our initial meeting with Andre thru end result, I highly recommend this locally-owned family business! Andre helped us visualize and plan our fence/gate project, he presented options (texture, color, functionality) while being respectful of both our budget and our neighbors. We had to modify our proposal a few times and split the work into multiple visits to accomodate other construction work at our property -- Andre was always cool & cooperative throughout the process. If you're lucky, Vic will be assigned to your install...I've never seen anyone work so hard in my life. Vic is an experienced pro who takes incredible pride in his craft! I'm recommending FGV to all my neighbors; thankful we discovered them thru NextDoor and convenient that we were able to visit other projects they had recently completed in our community as we were researching vendors. read more

Great service from the beginning, great workmanship and professionalism. We were very fortunate to have found them. We needed work done for our backyard. They were very efficient and respected our time to get the job done in a timely manner. read more

This company installed the fence and then totally ignored my neighbor's and my texts and phone calls for follow up work completion. Screws came loose causing the fences at a junction to separate, a gate needed to be adjusted and the workers damaged a conduit on my property. The repair to the conduit (which I had pointed out prior to installation) cost me $200. I submitted the bill and never got a response. After a contractor called explained repercussions of ignoring us they finally sent someone out to complete their work. I have no faith in their 'life time' guarantee. I do not recommend them. read more

After getting several quotes for our large fencing project we went with Front Gate Vinyl and we were glad we did. Front Gate Vinyl is a great family run business. They were very easy to communicate with and work with. From quote to final installation we were able to easily check in with questions via text. After getting the initial quote, Ofelya came out to our house 2 times to make sure we got all the details covered. She also brought her gate guru to ensure that our back sliding gate can be adapted to the new panels. They really know their vinyl. They make their own pieces and their installers, Vic and Art, are basically vinyl craftsman. They really care for their work and want their installations to shine and it shows. A minor issue was resolved very quickly and without any back and forth about extra costs. I highly recommend them for your project large or small. read more

I do my best to hire companies who can be relied on to stand behind their product. Initially, was quite happy with the install of FGV's product and hired them a second time. However, shortly after installation, small things happened - like the locks wouldn't work, pieces of the components started popping off, the hinges and gates started slipping making the doors off-kilter. Supposedly, there is a lifetime guarantee, which is the reason I selected them. However, I was warned by another company the components used are cheap and will ultimately come apart and they did! When FGV was asked to repair THEIR issues, in accordance with the guarantee, they came. The second time they were required to come out they had a total attitude, as if I was the one who installed the material! I was even told they didn't have time to keep coming out for such matters. Now, it's just routine to find parts of the product have come off or apart and I am not at all happy. But, I learned the hard way. A guarantee? Now, what good is a lifetime guarantee if the company won't satisfy the guarantee if their product becomes faulty??? As a result, I would not choose their company ever again. Love the concept of the product and overall look, the initial service before they get the money is FABULOUS, afterward, it's like dealing with the post office. Awful service. read more

They did a small job for me in the city of La Palma. They assessed the project and did a professional install. All aspects dealing them were professional and pleasant. We are extremely pleased with the product installed and it has transformed this little back yard. Would definitely refer them to anyone in need. read more

This company does okay work. It was a little bit of a scheduling issue, but once we got them out they installed a very nice fence. This is fine if nothing ever goes wrong. Our latch stopped working about 16 months later and for months my husband and I tried to get someone to come out and fix it. I wasn't asking for it to be fixed for free, I just wanted the company that installed it to fix it. We finally gave up and had someone else do it. So, be warned. There are probably a lot of companies out there that can do the same work, AND will be available to follow up if something goes wrong. I know I'll never use them again. And I'm sure once they read this review I'll finally get a response. Too bad it had to come to this. read more

Front Gate Vinyl - I just got my fence done today and I'm so happy with work done !! The installers are so professional and completed the job in excellence ! - Fences & Gates Near Me - Marina Del Rey, California

Hi, I'm updating my review, as Andre was very apologetic about our initial missed appointment. I found Andre to be very knowledgeable and took his time talking with me about what I had envisioned for privacy in our backyard. The proposal was very reasonable and Andre even provided me with the specs to take to the city for a permit. I had a vinyl fence and several gates installed around the backyard perimeter of the property, including an 8 ft. fence bordering an alley. My gates were self-closing, and Andre knew the importance of that since we have a pool in the backyard. We also had a porch railing installed and it really adds curb-appeal! The installers were very hard-working and we love the fence! I would recommend Front Gate Vinyl if you want more privacy or want to add curb-appeal to your property ! read more

I had given Andre a negative review for not keeping his appointment or calling today. After I submitted my review he Called and apologized and came by. We had a productive conversation and it looks like he will possibly get 'my business. So for now I'm changing from one star to four for his efforts to make it right. read more

We got two gates (driveway and side gate) and a porch railing. Very happy with how it all came out. Professional, quick to respond to all of my questions, and reasonably priced. Install was completed within one day and it all comes with warranty on labor and materials. Would definitely recommend them! read more

Contacted this company to replace old wooden fences with new vinyl fences for a project we are working on. They immediately came out, took measurements and gave us honest pricing along with samples showing the material they use for the fencing. We decided to hire them considering they were priced great and had extensive knowledge, were able to answer all of our questions and were professional over all. It ended up working out great with this company, they were fast and did a clean job and we have been recommending them ever since. It is very rare to find a company that doesn't change pricing, lower product quality or delay your projects. We will be using them soon for upcoming projects as well. read more

FGV installed our fence a year ago. The electric portion, which they facilitated with Cobalt no longer works, and they refuse to answer calls or respond to service request. Very disappointing after we were so happy with the install. Also, several panels of the vinyl fence have warped within this first year. read more

Front Gate Vinyl was great from start to finish. I ended up getting a lot of quotes for vinyl fences since it's supposed to last longer. We choose Front Gate Vinyl because Andre was on top of it and the prices were competitive. They scheduled the install and installed everything in 2 days. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Back in 2016 I had Front Gate Vinyl install a vinyl fence in the front of my house. I was extremely happy with the results. I called them last week to come by because I needed a small repair done to the fence. They came by the same week and fixed my fencing with no hassle. Earlier this week Front Gate suggested an appointment for yesterday between 1:30 and 2:30 and I accepted. But then Andre called 1 hour before the appointment and asked if he could instead reschedule to the next day at either 12 noon or 2pm. I said yes and chose 12 noon. But, Andre then didn't show up the next day at either 12 or 2.....and this time he didn't even call to say he wasn't coming! Waiting around for a "no show" contractor is not fun. read more

My first review in 2018 was 5 stars. My second review earlier this month went down to 3 stars due to delays in responding to me about a lock problem. However, Andre came over last week to take a look at the problem and Vartan replaced the lock today at no cost to me because it was still under warranty. So I'm back up to 5 stars. Andre apologized for the delays in getting back to me and said it was a combination of a lot of work and short-staffing. Thanks guys! read more

My husband and I wanted to put a scalloped picket fence on our corner lot house. It was important to us that the fence look beautiful & requires low maintenance. The obvious choice became Vinyl fence. We received over 5 estimates and this company had the best price. Ofelya, the owner, is knowledgeable and thorough from installation process to quality of the vinyl, Duramax. I called Front Gate references (given by Ofelya) and was happy to hear what they had to say about this company. The installion process went very well. They were always prompt, on time, professional and they cleaned up well. The installion job was not an easy process as there are many unleveled areas where pepper tree roots cause uprooted side walks. Art, the installer, managed to make it look perfect. They finished after dark and Ophelia came immediately after they were finished to inspect the job. Our Neighbors have given us compliments on how beautiful it looks. We were very impressed at the quality of work and how kind and sweet Ophelia is. She really takes pride in her business. I will be referring her to my friends. I will post pictures of the fence and the gate soon. read more
