Art worked a year ago to install fences and 4 gates for our property. He had advised us on the best lock to use and fence material for the most value (so not upselling). He was very careful digging the ground to put in the posts. In the end, he did a fabulous job. His pricing was about comparable to others. I called him back recently as one of my gates was no longer latching very well. He promptly scheduled a time to come over, adjusted the gate and checked the others. What makes Art so special is that he stands by his work and honors his warranty. Thank you, Art! read more

I was in need of 2 side gates (a single and a double gate) I was lucky to find this company. I reached out to 4 different companies on Yelp. The gentleman (Art) who provided me a quote is unassuming and professional. Art was on time, measured the project and listened to other possible jobs such as fencing around the yard. He provided me a quote and did not try to sell me. I chose white vinyl gates. They are sturdy and beautiful. Appears to be good quality. Art sent a text the day before the agreed upon project time to confirm. He was on time, did a wonderful job on my two gates and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company. read more

Can't say enough good things about HA in CA Fencing. They came out as scheduled to review the project and provide an estimate. I had other estimates, and theirs was the lowest by far. So much so that other companies said that they didn't know how they could do it at that price. To tell the truth, this made me somewhat nervous, but as it turned out, I had nothing to worry about. They came out to do the job as scheduled and began right away. They asked me a few questions to make sure we were both on the same page, which is always a good idea. They completed installing the gate and fence, and I couldn't be happier. read more

I hired them to install a new black aluminum side gate along with a smaller additional fence, and they managed to get the entire project done--including a smart lock--in just one day. When it comes to vinyl Art is the real deal and has the best price--From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. I started my search for a vinyl contractor with 7 estimates for a small fencing project for my new ADU. I thought I would have a hard time finding someone good for such a small job, but I hit the jackpot with Art. From the first interaction, he was the most professional contractor I spoke to. Not only did he beat every other price by more than 65% because he owns his own company and do the work himself and uses USA-made vinyl, but he was also incredibly patient, respectful, polite, helpful and trustworthy. Art goal is to make sure he delivers a great product and make sure that his clients are happy. He is not money focused. After a family emergency delayed my project, I offered to pay him in full, but Art, being so honest, refused to take the final payment until the job was fully completed and I was completely happy. His work and price was so good that I immediately hired him for a much bigger job: fencing my entire house and building two beautiful carports with custom lights and fans. He even brought in a stucco specialist to patch a wall and personally made sure the work was done perfectly. Art is truly a master of his craft and a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a professional, honest, and fairly-priced vinyl contractor, your search ends here. read more

HA in CA reached out to me on Yelp after I had contacted another contractor for some help in replacing two gates. Art was communicative via Yelp and text message. He was able to come out right away to take a look and gave me a very reasonable quote to install two new gates and haul away the old equipment. When it came time to do the work, he gave advanced notice to let me know when he would arrive, and, he was always on time with everything. HA in CA fencing is the quality service you need. Art is very professional. After obtaining several quotes from other contractors, his quote beat them all. He installed a vinyl patio cover in my back yard. He added 7 recess lights, two fans, two TV's and 4 outlets. After his daily work, he would also clean the entire area before he left. He definitely went above and beyond. Art also cut a tree, moved and replaced all the back yard furniture that all other contractors would not do.
