I finally had Michael and the team at Elite LA Patios install a side gate at my home, and although it was long overdue, it was absolutely worth the wait. The workmanship is outstanding, and their attention to detail is incredible. Throughout the project, they consistently checked in with me to make sure everything was aligned and designed exactly the way I wanted. They truly cared about getting every detail right and ensuring I was happy with the final result. The finished product exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend LA Patios for anyone looking for high-quality patios, gates, or fencing. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service are second to none. read more

Highly recommend! I could not be more pleased with my interactions and the final results of working with Elite LA Patios. Natasha reached out from my web site inquiry and knows a ton about the product and the possibilities. Michael worked with me on the design and made meaningful suggestions to get the final results I wanted. I had Mario and Ricardo on site for 3 & 1/2 days and they were super-efficient and great communicators. They checked with me along the way to confirm the design, spacing, etc. I was not even on my property for 95% of the work and had absolutely no concerns leaving them to their business. Michael was always available and checking on my property in-person as well. This is a wonderful company to work with. read more

Wonderful experience from the first phone call to the final installation. We were given all of the time and information we needed to make the decision to go with Elite L.A. Patios...no hard sell, no annoying phone calls. The product they offer (4K Aluminum) is superior to all other alternatives (wood requires so much upkeep and deteriorates; vinyl cracks and fades; alumawood looks "meh"). The strength and style we wanted could only be accomplished with what Elite L.A. Patio can offer. They worked with us to design and engineer exactly what we wanted (we didn't have to settle for the "off the shelf" products that other companies offer). The installation happened quickly. The installers were friendly, clean, and efficient. Only two days to get the patio cover we've been wanting for years...so glad we waited and found Elite L.A. Patio. HIGHLY recommend. Photos are from the tail end of the installation. read more

In August of 2021 we purchased our first single family home in Huntington Beach and knew we wanted to put in an outdoor kitchen and patio cover for some shade. Michael and his team built us a massive 4K aluminum patio cover, which came out better than we could have imagined. The cover is 10' tall and has a 3" lattice that extends the entire length of the outdoor space. We wanted a clean modern look to go with the style of our house so we went with the color espresso. We also wanted to add a privacy screen behind the outdoor kitchen to give the space an outdoor room-type feel even though the patio is not actually enclosed. The lattice provides just enough sun and just enough shade that we can use our backyard any time of day, all year round. Unfortunately we ran into some supply chain issues which delayed a portion of the material about 12 weeks, but once the material arrived, Michael kept his promise to put us first on his list for completion and he absolutely delivered. His guys built our patio in one day and pictures just don't do it justice. We are beyond happy with our beautiful and functional outdoor space. Thanks Elite Patios! read more

When my old wood patio cover had problems with dry rot and having to be repainted every couple of years, my wife and I decided to look to a metal roof. We went with a new A4 Aluminum roof product that was offered by Michael of Elite L.A. Patios. The finish on it looks great and I expect it to hold up substantially better than wood. Michael has an installation crew (Ricardo, Mario, and David) who were extremely accommodating. They took down the old structure and installed a beautiful new one with great attention to detail. I am familiar with construction and saw that they all worked as a great team. While we did have to wait for the product to become available (It is a new type of product), the entire demo and installation time was 3-days. My wife and I are glad we went with Elite L.A. I had been looking for new patio covers to replace old and rotted wood structure simply because I couldn't stand to look at it anymore or, direct people to move away from it, fearing it would soon fall on someone. So many aluminum wood-look products out there which are quite literally beer cans wrapped around styrofoam, I'd resigned to hoping pergolas would go out of style, bring down house values. No such luck in the middle of the valley where it seems we are sitting directly under the sun. After over a year of appointments trying to find a company that didn't show up with the same sales suitcase of clankity clank materials they must give out at every Marriott hosting a salesperson cattle call, Michael and Shay show up without pretense or the suitcase. They carried actual full steel cuts of their product and listened to exactly what I wanted and then told me what they offered and how to get it done. I'm not an ABC plan type so I was intrigued, challenged them by asking many how's and ifs and they assured it would be no problem. Easy, even. Well, what if I want to mix colors? What if I want two separate units but want it to look seamless? Again, no issue. So I wait for the estimate which I was sure would be astronomical because I'd presented too many roadblocks, expecting the price of a new kid or I was convinced that I'd run them off. Neither! End of day, I receive the estimate, fully detailing everything I'd thrown at them. And we could still eat. Like, real food. Things are set in motion within the week, Shay returning with color samples he'd had cut and color matched - no dangly swatch thing, and materials are ordered. Two weeks later, I'm sitting in the blissful shade of my own patio writing this review. Literally a vibe! It's transformed both the look and feel of my home. I can't thank them enough, couldn't recommend them enough. Family owned and operated and they treated me like family. Shay even called to speak with me from his kid's soccer game when I had a quick question. No "call the office" text reply. Go ahead, buy the cheap stuff and listen to the rain tinker overhead. For every dollar you spend at a nice outdoor happy hour, running away from your patio, you'll wish you'd called Elite L.A. Patio. read more

We had an incredible experience with this company. After shopping around for a few months, we found Michael and Natasha and the decision to move forward with them was a no-brainer. Michel and the Elite LA Patios built two beautiful Pergolas for me. I did a ton or research because I wanted a very custom high-quality Pergola but not a ridiculous price. They were half the price of StruXure and about 70% the price of Mulholland Brand which are the other 2 high quality pergola fabricators and installers in LA OC. Mike was easy to work with, the crew was very professional and they completed the job in 2 days. I highly recommend them. read more

Elite L.A. Patios made the statement piece of our new backyard as perfectly as we could have imagined it. The quality of their materials and fit/finish of the installation are top notch - you would expect this quality of work in a Four Seasons or luxury resort rather than a residential backyard patio project. The 4K Aluminum material they use is more impressive in person than online reviews/pictures can show, and the quality is leagues above the materials other Alumawood/Durawood contractors in the area are using. Is it the cheapest? No! Is it the most widely available? No! Is it going to look great and last 50 years in our backyard? Oh yeah! Michael's team has an attention to detail that matches the premium material and price point, and fits the mindset - buy it once, buy it for life. Michael takes care of his customers and his communication is excellent. I do recommend ordering early and storing the material for your project onsite if you have the option, since Michael's team is very fast once everything has arrived and their availability opens up. You do not want to be waiting for material availability, especially as 4K products are exponentially increasing in popularity in our area. Altogether, from Natasha's first phone conversation to Ricardo's finishing touches on the cantilever patio, we had an A+ experience and would recommend anyone who expects the best to call Elite for their next backyard shade/covering/patio/pergola project. We certainly will! read more

We had a pergola built before Elite LA Patios and now want it covered for the shade and rain. Natasha was very quick to respond when we inquired and followed up on our appointments with Michael attentively. The Search My wife and I had been searching for a patio installer for almost a year. We wanted a patio that was simple and modern and honestly didn't think it would be this hard - either the patio companies we reached out to were too busy for us or the materials and look of their patios were dated (and expensive for what it was). My wife did a ton of research and discovered the 4K product. After reaching out to the manufacturer they put us in contact with another contractor who came out and gave us a bid; however, the prices seemed expensive and everything was an "extra charge". Undeterred, my wife reached out to the manufacturer again and they put us in contact with Elite LA Patios. We are so glad they did. The Find Michael was like a breath of fresh air. The same day we called Elite LA Patios and spoke with Natasha (his "right hand"), she communicated with Michael and he was able to come by within a couple of hours to look at our project. Michael has such an easygoing, friendly personality - we immediately liked him, but he was also very professional and knowledgeable about the 4K product and the design options available without being pushy at all. As the previous reviewer wrote: "he does not pressure or talk down on you" and it's so true. He was able to design our huge patio with just one post (which we love) - by way of comparison, the first contractor who came out said we would have to have two posts. Michael was prompt in getting us a quote, which was very reasonable for the quality of the product. Additionally, Michael went out of his way to help us install recessed lights in the patio - that was only a couple of hundred dollars whereas the first contractor said it would be $5K. The Result While waiting for the materials to arrive Natasha remained in contact with us by providing regular updates, which we appreciated. Natasha is so friendly and we just felt like we were in good hands. On the day of installation Micheal remained on site with his crew to oversee the project, which we respect. Michael and his crew had the patio constructed in one day! His crew (the "A Team") were polite and professional and even cleaned the site better than it was before they started by pressure washing and putting back the furniture. The bottom line: Michael treats your project like it's his own. He is honest, reliable and does fantastic, clean work. Their customer service is top notch. We love our patio cover and are extremely happy with the whole experience from start to finish. We'd recommend Michael to anyone! Elite LA Patios will be our only choice with any future projects. Thank you Michael, Natasha and team!! read more

I love the result! It's fully lit and perfect for dinner with enough light. And their concrete guy did a great job on my base! They did a cantilever to match my first 4K pergola in white w/solid roof. It brings tons of shade to my hot backyard without making it too dark. I love the cantilever they can do with only two posts! No one has ever offered me that before. It leaves tons of space and doesn't obstruct my view! Michael & Natasha were so great to work with... constant communication about the progress & installed in 2 days. I would like to share my bad experience I had from this Elite patio Scam company owner Michael his very rude and unprofessional if is not going his way he will hang up and leave u talking on your own smh. But the main thing his definitely a SHARK trying to ripped you off big time and charged you for every single thing even the nails so be aware. He definitely does not provide the labor on the price to do the footings for your 4k Pergola you have to find another contractor that's going to add another extra thousands to have the footings done and you have to pay for your permits aswell that's another extra hundreds if not he will over charge you for him to do that service so not sure what kind scam business his trying to run and pull off. Thats why I'm saying his a Shark just money hungry and also don't forget there's a $1500 charge for just doing engineering on your 4k patio just ridiculous so don't believe the hype on his reviews he would definitely screw you over don't be his next victim do your research and stay away from this this scam Elite Patios there after your money. read more
