The entire process was painless! Connie & Victor came to take measurements and showed us different patterns and how it worked. They were both very polite and friendly. Two weeks later, Joseph came and installed them. He was very pleasant and professional! Love working with people who remove their shoes upon entering my home and clean up before they leave! VERY happy with my new window coverings and highly recommend them and their services!! Can't wait to get the rest of the house done!!

Beautiful blinds and it fits perfectly!! Thank you David and team!!!

During the initial visit they came out to take measurements. I let the employee know that I specifically wanted the mid rail of my shutters to line up with the mid rail of my windows (they are the type that slide up to open) so he took extra care to make sure everything matched up. A few weeks later they returned to install the shutters. I've had them for about a year now. I recently called them for a warranty repair (a couple of the frames were rubbing together, likely due to settlement) and they came out within a week and fixed them free of charge. Overall just a very solid experience. They're a responsive, no hassle company and their products are well priced and good quality.

I only had issues with the plastic hardware cracking and needing to be replaced. I called the office and asked about the cost of just the hardware. To my surprise, the person I spoke with didn't ask how many pieces were broken; he asked for my address, and a few days later I received the hardware. The replacement hardware he sent was generous. Now, that's what I call exemplary customer service and satisfaction!! I will call again soon for another quote.

First of all, I just want to say how awesome it was to work with Michael Diaz. He was warm,…read morefriendly and showed up on time to give me a very fair estimate. I decided to move forward to have my kitchen, bedroom and office hallways installed with plantation shutters. The work is absolutely wonderful and the shutters really have improved the look of my home. Having said that, there are two major negatives which led me to give four stars and not five. The first, albeit somewhat minor but annoying, is that they didn't clean up the area of their work leading to me finding screws and other items (from pulling down the old shutters). The second and more major one is that in the bedroom, they clearly made a mistake from the time they came to measure to the actual installation. As you can see from photos, the bed is in the way so the left shutter should be the one to come out first. When Mike came, he accurately mentioned this but the actual shutter was that the right one is the one that comes out first (and which is problematic because the bed is in the way) and the left cannot come out because the right one is held back by the bed post. I think they realized it during install but just didn't bother. Having said that I would actually use them again but would definitely keep an eye on them to make sure the order came out right.

We first worked with Rick 6+ years ago when we moved into our home. He installed shutters in our bedrooms and office, and they've held up beautifully. I remembered how professional and on top of everything he was, so I reached out again when we needed blinds for our bedroom. Jeremy and Parker came out for measurements and made the whole process incredibly easy. They walked us through options, gave thoughtful suggestions, and provided an estimate. All in about 10-15 minutes. About two weeks later, they returned for installation and were done in under 5 minutes. Everything was seamless. The best part is how it turned out. It's exactly what we envisioned, if not better. We now have automated blinds in our bay window that give us privacy while still letting in light, and they look so clean in person. They even upgraded us to a system without a visible battery pack, which made a big difference aesthetically. Truly some of the best in the industry. Friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you, Parker and Jeremy!

The sales representative was definitely a good salesman. We have four windows that provide light to…read morea room with a 25 foot ceiling. The windows are six feet tall and about 39" wide. He showed us what they had and explained that they are adjusted remotely so they'd be perfect for what we needed. We agreed. Of course the installation took twice what was advertised, but even worse the installer was surprised how high up he was going to have to climb to install them. He dropped one and broke it then installed it anyway (he promised to order a new one as soon as he returned to the shop, but that never happened) and he installed them wrong. The motors were supposed to be hidden between the window and the blind, but the people who measured, measured wrong so the motors are above the window, with wires hanging down. After the job was completed he handed me a small white box with wires hanging out of it. I asked him what it was for and he said that every six months I was going to have to climb a ladder to that height and recharge the batteries. I was surprised. No one explained that to me before and I would have found a better solution if they had. I immediately contacted the sales rep even before the installer left and told him that was unacceptable. He promised to get back to me which he did several times without being able to resolve the problem. Finally a manager got involved and I told him I wanted a refund. Of course they refused. I simply cannot climb a ladder that high four times every six months. It turns out that in addition to the inconvenience of climbing a ladder that high it takes about nine hours to recharge each battery. In addition to that I have to move a grand piano each time and the sales rep knew about it the whole time. The manager proposed several 'solutions' that were equally unacceptable. The result was they didn't budge. We ended up in small claims court. Court ordered mediation didn't go well. Their offer was to fix the broken unit if we agreed to pay the balance of the cost of the unit and installation and they'd provide a slight discount for the inconvenience. That didn't address the issue we were discussing so we set a court date. We showed up, but they didn't. We explained the situation to the judge, displaying photographs of the room and the windows and she said, "that is awfully high up." The result was that we won the case. The judge ordered a complete refund plus court costs. If they don't pay up as ordered I'll be posting this on Instragram with photos and a video reenactment (the installer dropped the unit 25 feet to the ground because he almost fell off his ladder), and no, I won't be climbing up there for the reenactment). They should have disclosed the potential danger that would be caused by the necessity of maintaining their product so often at that height. This was a major inconvenience and it could have been avoided by simply mentioning that it was impractical for our needs.
