Wow. This is what a Taylor Ham egg and cheese should be everywhere. Multiple thick slices of Taylor ham, two fried over medium eggs and melty cheese. You won't find another one like this anywhere in the area.

The best breakfast sandwiches!! Ordered this weekend from door dash, food arrived quickly and was fresh! We also got to try the French toast and Pancakes, both were delicious! Highly recommend!

Perfectly crafted sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. The ideal arrangement of egg, sausage, and cheese alongside the egg cooked to perfection satisfied every craving.

Stopped here for a quick breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. I got an egg & cheese on a Kaiser roll with home fries 10/10. My friend got a pork roll, egg & cheese with home fries inside on a Kaiser roll and she said it was delicious. Snapped a picture of my friend's sandwich, mine was gone already haha! Great service!

I was on my way back to the Poconos from a stop in NJ and I was hungry. Normally through my TikTok channel or website I receive many suggestions of places to try but for the town of Whippany which I was near at the time, not much was there. I decided to jump on google/yelp and do a little research and I saw a photo of a sandwich I needed in my life. I then immediately went to Mimi's Too and showed them the image and said "make me whatever this is". Luckily they did, and it was FANTASTIC. This Jersey meat (Pork Roll/Taylor ham, I refuse to fight over the name), Egg, and cheese was an instant winner. I opened the foil and literally salivated. Not only does it look fantastic though, it also tasted fantastic! A little char on the meat, the egg was still just under well cooked so the yolk was a bit wet, plenty of cheese, and a nearly perfect kaiser roll. All of that for $7?! Yeah sign me up. Mimi's Too - Didn't Suck!

I got the TEC on a roll.. EXCELLENT!!! Perfect pull, egg had runny yolk which I loved. Service is good.. Guys are friendly. Ambiance, what ambiance? It's a deli in the middle of a neighborhood.. The place could be cleaned up inside. Doesn't change the taste of the food though. Definitely check it out.. you won't be sorry. Bon Appetite!!

Lunch today at Mini's Too Bagels & Deli on Reynolds Ave. in Whippany, NJ. I've driven by this deli many times but it was never on my radar until I saw a great review on Instagram by a guy called "TeamTaylorNJ", who is basically the David Portnoy of Taylor Ham & Egg sangweechs in N.J.. He gave Mimi's Two a very high score, one of the best in NJ, so I knew I had to stop by. The sandwich lived up to the hype. Two eggs, four nice sized slices of taylor ham, and plenty of delicious gooey cheese. Every bite was filled with deliciousness. The eggs were cooked perfectly with the yolk blending into that oozing cheese. The taylor ham with that beautiful char that really brings out the flavor. O'yeah, I also added ketchup to mine. All this on hard roll. Certainly a handfull of a sandwich. Cute, cozy, very friendly, reasonably priced little deli, basically on a neighborhood street. I would certainly recommend giving it a try when you're in the area. I will certainly be back. 10/05/2023

Mimi's is a bit off the beaten path. It's not on a major road like Rt 10, but it is well worth the time of finding it. This week, I had the chance to stop in and order a breakfast sandwich. The Taylor ham, egg, and cheese sandwich was outstanding! The ham was piled very thick, it was a first rate breakfast! The lunch menu looks very good. Prices seem a bit higher than average, but the ingredients in this sandwich were excellent! If you're in Whippany, give Mimi's a try!

What a great local find! It's a small shop with little seating but the food is great! We went there for breakfast but will be returning for lunch. Feels like a home cooked meal. Thanks Paul for making us feel welcome!

The restaurant is located in a small strip mall on Rt 46 East in Parsippany. I've heard the chicken cutlet sandwiches were very good here, but I was in the mood for meatballs. The meatball sandwich was unbelievable! Loaded with meatballs on toasted bread with a delicious sauce, I loved it! There were so many meatballs, I had to eat some before I could eat the sandwich. Decided to try this spot out for lunch when I was craving a sandwich. The setting is basic, actually totally different than what I expected. Lands somewhere between a sandwich spot and grandma's Italian eatery. There's no restroom in the seating area (I'm sure they have one in the back) and the seating situation is super basic. The flavor was excellent. But I wish they wouldn't wrap the sandwich in foil like that. Not only does it look less appetizing, but I t really threatens to make the bread moist on the way to your house. Also I found the chicken a bit chewy. I'll admit, seeing that it was primarily a sandwich shop made me hesitate since I need gluten-free options. But I was thrilled to see they offer gluten-free bread -- and even more relieved when I spoke to the incredibly kind server who walked me through their celiac protocol. As someone who worries about cross-contamination, that conversation alone put me at ease. I originally planned to grab something quick and rush back to work, but I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the place is. For a strip mall location in Parsippany, there's actually plenty of seating, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable. Bonus: tons of parking, which is always appreciated. The menu has so many tempting options -- sandwiches, wraps, salads, chips, sweet treats, and beverages. Once I saw they had gluten-free bread, I may have gotten a little carried away and ordered two sandwiches: the Walnut Cranberry Chicken Salad and the Italiano. No regrets! Both were generously portioned and packed with flavor. I was especially impressed that they use four slices of gluten-free bread per sandwich -- which is thoughtful since GF slices tend to be smaller. For the price, that extra effort really stood out. I also grabbed a side of coleslaw and their homemade potato salad -- both fresh, flavorful, and the perfect complement to the sandwiches. Friendly service, great gluten-free awareness, generous portions, and lots of variety -- I'm so glad I found this spot. I'll absolutely be back to work my way through more of the menu.
