There is a photo wall inside & facade along the outside to take pictures with. We only came for counter service. Everything is nicely displayed in cases & a menu is above the counter. During our visit, there was a sign that the donut machine was out of order. Along with sweets & drinks, they sell Sanrio merchandise. There is seating just outside the store. Pop music plays. We didn't get acknowledged or greeted when we entered the space & began to browse. Once we were ready to make our purchase, a staffer approached & was friendly. There was so much cuteness to choose from! We purchased a Pompompurin cookie & a location specific Hello Kitty keychain. Though it felt really hard, the kiddo enjoyed the cookie. The keychain is a nice quality. They only have a cashless payment system & receipts are sent digitally to your phone.

I wish they made it explicit how much the total bill would be as the total bill with auto applied 18%gratuity and sales tax it comes to $177.98 if u were wondering! We were brought in pretty quickly when we arrived at our 12pm tea time. We were seated right in front of the hello kitty and bow wall which was great for pics! U get to choose a beverage, lemonade, hot tea, or soft drink, they give u a strawberry and mousse to start and then bring our ur drinks and then the tea pastries and sweets. I felt it was a good amt of savory as well as sweet. I enjoyed my experience! It is not a cheap experience tho so would def come for a special occasion.

Parking nearby is horrendous, super busy even on the weekdays before the rush hour so I can't imagine weekends when people are out or other high traffic times. Get ready to make some rounds and pay for parking and be careful since there's very specific signage and times. The cafe itself is cute and cozy. Front area is a gift shop with lots of cat themed gifts and goodies like keychains, stickers, and such, and also some items from local and small artists too, which is neat. The cafe also has community events like movie showings ("The Cat Returns" was one of them which is a great choice) and cat yoga. If you're local, you can also get a time stamp if you are a frequent visitor. Definitely follow their socials for more information. There's reservations online and you can also do walk ins if it's not super busy. You can book for a 55 minute visit or a 30 minute visit. PRO-TIP: There's a discount for students, so if you want to be surrounded by some feline friends while you study or relax, great place to do so. You can hang your coat on the rack and there's a mini shelf area for your shoes. So you gotta walk in with socks! With each visit you can either get a hot cup of tea or a cold can or box drink from their fridge (sparking water, juices, etc.). Very refreshing and you can enjoy it in the cat area too. Sanitize your hands before and after visiting. There's lots of cats hiding around, sleeping, walking around, and some are super friendly and will go into your lap. There's toys you can play with the cats with and there's a wall of adoptable cats. Lots of seats or you can opt to sit on the floor with the cats too. There's relaxing lo-fi music throughout too. Pretty cool that they rescued 2 cats from Qatar and neat that we got to see them. As with all cats, some can be a bit spicy but it's usually just a warning teeth rub. I own cats so there's nothing new. I'm horribly allergic to the cat that specifically lives in my house, but I didn't get an allergy here, meaning that the cats are clean and well taken for. My favorite was a large sleepy orange boy, Ron (permanent non-adoptable resident) that was hanging out next to me the entire time.

I like the area and location as it's conveniently close to both Santa Clara Caltrain Station and the SCU Campus. It was nice and relaxing being able to spend a full hour surrounded by various cats. The workers were very nice and brought the food to you, and the overall interior was really cute, but packed. The ginger matcha was very unique, and tasted like Taho (Asian tofu dessert with ginger syrup), and was super creamy and yummy. The sandos were AMAZING! We shared the chicken katsu sando and the tamago sando, both came with 3 pieces and were very well worth the price. The chicken one was so saucy and crunchy and the egg one was also good.

After I ordered, I took a seat in the waiting area by the Togo window to wait for my order. There was plenty of tables for dining in, but they were filled so I grabbed my order to eat outside. There was a little area in the front of the store for you to eat at. Stonemill matcha has been on my radar for a long time now and I'm happy to say I was not disappointed. I ordered the matchazuke 4.5/5 and the matcha latte 4/5 and they were both delicious. The matchazuke was perfectly savory, each bite packed full of umami. The piece of salmon was seasoned nicely, not too salty and paired perfectly with the matcha. The matcha broth was so comforting, you could taste the bonito dashi they used to make it. I was worried the portion would be too small but it was pretty filling! The matcha latte had a beautiful deep green color and was creamy and not too sweet. I did noticed that it was a little grainy, which was the only thing I didnt like about this experience. My partner ordered a hojicha latte and said it was a 5/5 and it's her new favorite place to get hojicha latte in SF. I would definitely come back and try more of their menu. I'm eyeing that matcha silk pie!

I was dropping off my brother's family at the San Jose airport and wanted Vietnamese breakfast. This place came up and it looked good. I didn't really do any research into it so I came here. A lot of other places were closed so I figured what the heck. I got a Vietnamese breakfast that came with eggs, a fresh loaf of bread, some sausage, and some pate/ butter. No complaints here. I thought the food was good. The Vietnamese coffee was also solid. The obvious draw here were for men, so basically the vibe was a dude hang out with sports and news going on in the background. I bought a coffee. In the interior cat area there are many cats inside, with many toys to play with. Lots of varieties. We saw one with inly 3 legs but he was so adorable!!! They came in different moods, some were napping and some were ultra hyper. The staff was very nice and it seemed lots of them were getting adopted. Also, it is just perfectly sweet, not overwhelmingly so. We also tried their flourless almond cake - it was quite dry, brittle and tasted like toasted and ground almonds. Will return for the hot chocolate and pass the cake! There is no option for to-go (for drinks) and you pick your food at the billing desk itself. They serve with a smile.

This was our first stop and we each ordered the eggs Benedict, thinking it was one egg on one muffin. When the food arrived and we finally tried it, I am so glad we didn't change the quantity. Did we have to skip some of our stops because we were too full after breakfast? Yes. Did we regret it? Absolutely not. I'm so glad I didn't have to share because I ate that whole plate up with no regrets. I'll defs be back again!

Rosemary potatoes need to be cooked a little longer, especially when asked for crispy/well done. The ambiance is quaint & the service is kind and attentive. It tastes like a melona bar but make it matcha. On the sweeter side for sure, but not tooooo sweet. You still get the subtle matcha flavor, floraly that pairs well with the fruity melon. The pandan waffle was also pretty good. The waffle was fluffy and full of pandan flavor. i personally would've liked it like a tad crispier. egg coffee was solid. The signature sweet and strong viet coffee. the whipped egg topping lent a nice fluffiness to the dense coffee and mellowed out the strength of the caffeine. Definitely would come back again. There are little tables to work at, and a couple of outlets for charging. A little crowded tho so a little hard to find seats.
