Such great quality food for really reasonable prices! We love their donuts, cookies, and pies. If you're in Milton, there's no reason not to stop by. read more

Best doughnuts ever! They had some roof damage from a storm back in May and haven't been open since but we're real excited for them to be up and running! read more

Amazing bakery! Fresh doughnuts throughout the day. Warm glazed doughnuts just melt in your mouth. Highly recommended.

I really don't know how this place has 4.5 stars. Dry baked goods, no organization of receiving orders (a "take a number" system would be a good idea), and I don't know if one person behind the counter smiled at me. They all looked like they'd rather be at home than helping me out. Immediately after leaving the bakery I went across the street to buy some Boiled Peanuts. Now THAT guy has customer service skills. read more

Tastes good but a little dirty and there food is a little dry if you go I recall the donuts

Love it! A small town bakery with exceptional service and food. Especially love the pies, cookies and bread.

Best bakery on the panhandle, service is amazing, food quality is top notch, and everything is always fresh

Best donuts I've ever had! I'm a snob when it comes to baked goods and these were a pleasant surprise when I made a random stop here. Great prices too! One day if I'm around town I plan on trying more of what they offer. read more

Let me start off with the baked goods are amazing!!!! However, i have never been so terrified to order. The lady that waited on us was down right rude. Its a donut joint not a military base, lighten up alittle and smile! I did notice the other employees were pleasant and were friendly, i guess we just got the sour one out of the group. Donuts were amazing, service sucked for us. read more

The donuts are good but the customer service is not what it use to be. I will try somewhere new next time.

Everything is the best! Always very good and consistent taste and quality!! Highly recommend every donut they have to offer

Outstanding place to get donuts and cakes, freshly made and delicious.!!!! Friendly staff. Will accommodate any requests you have within reason. read more

Holy crap! I've had baked goods from here for years....BUT THE RASPBERRY JELLY DOUGHNUTS!!!! I've had four today!

Looks yummy. Was yummier! Best stop on the way to Pensacola. Usually we don't go through Milton to get to the beach but I imagine we'll be coming this way again. read more

This is the best donut in Milton. They are closed temporarily due to a lightning strike. But when they reopen we will be back once a week like normal. read more

They have the best donuts I have ever had in my life!! So warm and delicious and not greasy, just absolutely perfect. I definitely will be back! I will say, do not go through the drive through, it was so incredibly slow even though there were only 2 cars in front of me. I went through the drive through because I had my dog with me and didn't want to leave him in a hot car if I could avoid it. Drive through gets 1 star. But the donuts gets 100 stars and it's my fault for not going in to the shop. I will definitely go back, but just not the drive through. I read another yelp review while I was waiting that had the same awful wait time lol, but it's all fine, I got amazing donuts and I wasn't in a rush. Wonderful bakery!! read more

From out of town and knew I'd be heading through Milton. One of my friends recommended we stop here for some doughnuts... fantastic! Can't go wrong with this little beauty. read more

I always have been going to the bakery and I love it, it has always been a part of my life. The doughnut holes are great and I would definitely recommend going! read more

Doughnuts are the best as well as the breads and Pastry's and cookies. However I would never recommend buying a birthday cake or a wedding cake there. Toooo Dry!!! Too much icing to make the cake look bigger when the cake layer is very thin. read more

Our family are great fans! First stop for my niece traveling in from Jacksonville. We all love Milton Bakery. Home town bakery with the best pastries ever. The glazed and chocolate glazed yum. read more

The doughnuts are always fresh and the service is GREAT! We love the day old doughnuts for the cheaper price and they are just as yummy.

I love going to the bakery I feel like the donuts are very fresh every morning and they even put the old donuts in a plastic bags on the right side so people can buy them for less. read more

Great service & amazing food! The donut holes are soooo good. Really great, hometown feel.

A...MAZ...ING!!! While giving my daughter driving practice time, we saw this place and stopped to try it out. I am glad we did. We've been back multiple times, and anyone that we have recommended to try it has had the same impression. My daughter thought the brownie was great. The blueberry donut was so moist. A friend who went raved about the Pumpkin Spice. They have cakes and breads as well. And you'll definitely spend less than Dunkin or Krispy Kreme. read more

In town visiting friends, we stopped here for donuts bc apparently it's a local favorite! HOW!!!???? These people were so rude and sour acting! We sat in the drive thru for well over 15 minutes behind a car. The car behind us parked in went inside, I got out of the car and went in while my friend stayed at the drive through. There was approximately 6 people ahead of me in line. The staff waited on all but 1 ahead of me....remember the car at the drive through??? I assumed we were waiting so long bc they were getting a large order together for her...nope! A staffer went to the window and asked if they could help her. What??? We have all been sitting in the drive thru that long and you've not even asked yet if you can assist them!?? The lady turned around and went to the shelf and picked up her bag that had been sitting there the whole time...while we are waiting FOREVER!! I was able to go inside and get 2 dang donuts in a fraction of the time it took for them to even acknowledge 1 individual in the drive through! Your food may be amazing, but your service and attitude is horrible! But I guess as long as your locals are happy what's my opinion worth? ‍ read more

I am a firm believer in that having too much of a good thing can be bad. Take donuts, for example. A fresh cruller with a scalding hot cup of coffee is what many people would call a good thing, but when one cruller becomes half a dozen, and a cup of coffee becomes half a pot, that is generally considered.....not good. That is why I would not recommend the Milton Quality Bakery to anyone that lacks discipline. Because if you dont have a good amount of self control, the delicious, fresh, cheap as dirt baked creations they produce on a daily basis may just send you over the edge. This quaint pastry shop is, without a doubt, my favorite place to go in Milton to satiate my sweet tooth, besides my own kitchen. Whether you decide to sample their Infamous Fudge Fancies, fresh donuts, mini-pies, muffins, cookies, breads, cakes, or whatever culinary creation they happen to have that day, its very rare that you will be disappointed. On my last visit, I sampled their sugar-raised cake donut, and a cinnamon twist. The donut and twist were both very rich without being overpowering. Soft and satisfying without that over-fried oily taste some donuts have. And VERY cheap. "You get what you pay for" does not apply here. I would gladly pay double for their baked goods, and even then, It would still be a fairly good deal. They also brew and sell coffee by the cup to accompany your pastry of choosing. The shop also does custom cake orders, which I can vouch for. I brought them a somewhat crude sketch of a cartoon character drawn up by a friend of mine for a school project, and asked them to put it on a cake before tomorrow morning. Not only were they able to do it on time, as requested, and for a good price, the frosting version of the drawing was impressively accurate. And the cake itself got rave reviews. One girl even took me aside and thanked me for "Making her week by bringing a milton bakery cake." Were I reading this review, I would have already been biking my legs off toward MQB at the mention of cheap donuts, but I do hope that I've managed to convince you of this shop's baking prowess. Being an amateur baker myself, I know good sweets, and that is precisely what these people specialize in. All too often people settle for an aging and expensive box of krispy kreme from the Food World, when they could pay less, and get more at the Milton Quality Bakery. Go now! P.S. They do except credit cards, but only with a minimum purchase of $5. Just an FYI. read more

Best doughnut on the planet!! My tips is to call the day before and order mini doughnuts. You can get chocolate or plain.

I stumbled on this place yesterday morning after getting up early and going down by the riverfront. What a pleasant surprise! Great donuts ( mot the light fluffy kind - but the cakey kind that fill you up). Great flavors (tried chocolate, blueberry and regular). Also tried the Boston cream donut which was a bit lighter and still very good. I saw someone picking up a nicely decorated Gators cake. While the design looked good I can't say much for their choice in football teams, but we shouldn't hold that against the bakery. The customers were clearly happy with what was prepared for them. Prices were very reasonable, even on the low side. Will definitely visit again when we are back in town visiting family again. read more

Great doughnuts. Not commercial tasting. Very very good. Recommend the fudge fantasy, cake doughnut, blue berry, and doughnut holes.
