Came to buy kolaches and a dozen of donuts. Everything was very delicious! The lady was attentive, but my only complaint is that they should let you know ahead of time which donuts do not count towards the dozen before having you choose. I had asked for the twisted glazed only to find out half way of picking my donuts that those were separate prices. I felt bad asking her to put them back, but it would be best to let the customer know in case they are not tracking the extra that has to be paid. For three of those twisted donuts it was $10. Whereas the dozen was like $15. Other than that... like I said donuts were very fresh and super good. I will more than likely be back for some more delicious donuts. At least I know which donuts do not come with lol. read more

Good Things Donuts is the best things for early breakfast. I liked the kolache beef frank with cheese and jalapeños with hot coffee and blueberry donuts. Always an amazing experience at GTD (unless they are sold out of my favorites:)! Wish I could tell you what my faves are but that might contribute to a bad experience!They get up early to make these fresh every morning and they are HEAVENLY...doughnuts, fritters, cream cheese danishes and coffee. A few booths to eat at inside so you can go back for more! You will never go wrong with your choices. Fast, friendly service and FRESH!! I waited to post this review until I got my pictures from Autumn Severns Photography because look at that little face. The people of Good Things Donuts were so kind to us. We were heading to the beach at 5am for a sunrise maternity shoot and we stopped for donuts only to realize my husband and I both left our wallets at home. We had $5 in the car and asked if we could get our son the donut we promised him to ensure happy pictures at such an outrageous time they let us have a donut for each of us and a hot coffee (well over a $5 total) and didn't even think twice. It was such a sweet gesture and of course the donuts were amazing. they have created some long time customers from us and we couldn't wait to share our review! Stop by and get some donuts to support these sweet ladies, but make sure you go early!! They open at 4:30 and continue making donuts, but the super fresh warm ones are early on. Or call ahead so you know what's left when you do go!! They are a small business and could definitely use the community's support. read more

My Wife and I decided to get donuts and were really looking forward to getting some Good Things! HOWEVER, As soon as We walked in, We were basically being looked up and down. I didn't catch her name but an older lady, looking around late 50's to late 60's, asked my wife and I what we wanted, sat there and tapped her fingers the entire time that we were trying to decide since I've never been. She continued to act and be very impatient and rude with us. Looking at my wife and treating her like a child when She is 21 years old.. No smiling or friendliness like a person who works in customer service SHOULD have. This woman should not be allowed to still work in this establishment. Long story short, We will NOT be returning and this donut shop will never get our money again. I definitely DO NOT recommend eating from here. read more

I know this place was good years ago... got a donut craving and checked online to see what time they stay open til and it says 1pm. I picked my daughter up from school and get there at 12:05. They were closed. The sign said they close at noon but they clearly didn't change it online. This is like the best mom and pop donut shop in America! Maybe I'm being partial because I have so many great memories of going here as a kid with my mom before school. But my husband who is a sweets king, absolutely loved this place when I took him. He gobbled up like 8 donuts in like 6 minutes--he would have eaten more if he wasn't sharing with me and our daughter! I have been to this donut shop 3 times. The experiences weren't horrible but I was put off by a couple of things. The 1st thing being there were NO donuts in the glass cases so when they asked me what I wanted, I didn't know because I couldn't see the donuts. Of course I knew a couple of usual ones that I like but would have loved to see their other varieties. Instead the young man assisting me just stated what they had available in the back which was not helpful. The 2nd thing that bothered me is when I ordered chocolate donuts, he had to go to the back (I could see him the entire time) and glaze them himself. He also didn't wash his hands or put on any gloves. I can never go back to this establishment again. That just grossed me out. read more
