Excellent food! Best pizza in town! I tried Milly's when they first opened and was not impressed. They have improved immensely. They do an excellent job of sourcing local product and supporting area business. Their menu is diverse and their social media content is on point. They are constantly creating specials that leave me excited to patronize their business weekly. I am never disappointed with the quality of the food. Their nod to the history of the building is respectful. The only thing keeping me from giving them all 5 stars is the animosity and overall attitude that is present from the owners when things get busy. The restaurant industry is a stressful one at times, but that stress should not be projected onto customers. Keep up the great work! read more

I tried out Molly's for the first time last week and got a variety of different things and everything was great! The autum salad was excellent and had very fresh salad greens that kept well as leftovers. I really enjoyed the firestarter pizza. The fried chicken sandwich and Parmesan fries were also delicious. I'll definitely be ordering from Milly's again. read more

This is one of our favorite places to eat around here. I try not to eat too much pizza but I make an exception for Milly's Detroit style pizzas, probably more than I should. I particularly like their use of fresh local ingredients for toppings and unusual flavor combinations. read more

I love their meatball sub! Comes with a nice green salad on the side. I've had the pizza once. Deep dish. The crust is tasty but quite greasy, and the there's not much for toppings. Friendly staff and quick service. read more

I had high hopes for Milly's seeing as it's a local pizza place that specializes in Detroit deep dish pizza. I am from the Detroit area and was more than thrilled to have a taste of home while being so far away. The first issue I ran into while trying to order my pizza was with the online menu. The menu does not show the prices of the food items, nor does it show the sizes available for the pizzas. After reading over the options, I placed my order over the phone. The lady who answered was very nice. However, I realized after we hung up, that she never told me how much money I owed for my order. Normally this wouldn't be an issue because I would know how much the items I ordered are, but due to their online menu not showing prices, I had no idea. To get the answer I sought, I called Milly's again. Only this time, no answer. I waited a few minutes, assuming they're busy with customers, and call again. No answer. I do this a few more times with no avail. At this point I have no choice but to drive 10 minutes to the restaurant, in a blizzard, just to know what the total cost of my order is. Once there, the cashier greets me and tells me what I owe. It was much higher than I expected, (about $23/large pizza). While normally I could just modify my order to reduce the price (smaller sizes, reduce items, etc), due to the fact that they would not answer the phone and it had been 30 minutes since I put in my order, the pizzas were already in the oven. I asked the lady why they hadn't been answering the phone all this time. She then tells me that they shut it off as to not receive any more orders for the day due to them running out of pizzas (an hour before they close). I feel as though the better way to handle this issue would be to keep the phone on and simply tell customers who are trying to order pizzas that you are all out. This way customers can still have their questions answered over the phone and order non-pizza items from the menu. I eventually get my pizzas after waiting in the restaurant for about 20 minutes. The pizzas were ready exactly when they said they would be, which was impressive. The pizzas themselves were 6/10. A tad too greasy and overpriced for my liking. All in all, I am disappointed with the customer service, phone use, prices of the pizza, vague size names, and the lack of prices on the online menu. I am happy with the employees and the food itself. I hope for better in the future of Milly's. read more

This place is in a class by itself. Awesome authentic PROPERLY MADE deep dish pizza (not Chicago Style). Nice crispy edges and crispy bottom with a heavenly soft middle that you could float on. Cheeses is spot on and all ingredients are local or near local (like Vern's Cheese out of Wisconsin). Nothing like it in the Copper Country. A must go-to pizza joint. Bravo! read more

This was my first time coming here. I've heard great things about the pizza, but it's not that great. The service is awful. I understand you order at the bar and they bring it to you but they guy working was rude. And when he brought out the Pizza he didn't say anything. Then my friend went and asked for ranch and he charged her 50 cents and stood there waiting for her to get out 50 cents. Would not recommend this place at all. Going to little Caesars read more

I look for a salad since I can't eat pizza dough and thus not pizza. I ordered a basic salad and added avocado and asked for feta and kalamata olives, no dressing. It was tasty and had "spring mix" instead of iceberg, but very very small for a dinner- meal-salad. There was not enough of anything. I suggest asking them to double all ingredients. Oddly, they served the salad in a small bowl on top of a pizza pan. PLEASE do not give me a pizza pan. read more

Milly's makes a scrumptious, high quality square style pizza. The ingredients are surprisingly fresh and of the highest quality. The Aloha is hands down one of the best pizzas in the copper country. Up to date and clean! This is a Nicole experience in Houghton/Handcock restaurants. The food is decent and the prices are fair. This place brings fast casual dining to the ares and is a good quick lunch. The sub duns though could use an upgrade, a little tasteless and mushy. Give a bun as goof as your pizza crust! read more
