First visit here. Cute little spot hidden in a strip mall. Venezuelan empanadas and snacks. Good spot for coffee and a small meal. I chose the mini empanadas to go. They were freshly baked and plump full of yumminess. There is cheese, chicken and beef. My favorite was the beef. But all were delicious. Sadly I forgot to picture the mini empanadas. I highly recommend this cute restaurant. Service was very friendly. Will b back for sure. read more

Food, service and ambiance are excellent here. My husband and I were offered a complimentary fresh shot of espresso coffee while ordering our food. The food was fresh and delicious! This was excellent Venezuelan food and coffee. Cachapa was my favorite and so good! Will definitely be back. read more

Milly's is, in my opinion, still as good as ever. The food is delicious. I went back (again) the other day and had less food than I usually do but was not any less satisfied. The tumba rancho, pabe-yo-yo and anything else with plantain are delicious. My favorite meat is the carne mechada (very well done). read more

Milly's has delicious empanadas! The shredded beef empanada is especially good, and the chicken and beef empanadas are also very tasty. I'm planning to try the ham and cheese arepa next since it came highly recommended. One thing I really liked is their cute system for identifying the empanadas--they use a different number of holes on each one so you can tell which filling it has. The place looks very clean, the service is very good, and it's quiet and comfortable, which makes it a really nice spot to stop by. Highly recommend! read more

Cute little empanada shop. Prices were a little high, but the quality was good. Unfortunately, almost everything has onions, so I was only able to get simple items due to my onion allergy. I ordered Mandocas and a Yo-Yo. Loved the Mandocas, but the yo-yo was a tad much. I felt the ham was overpowering, but I saw that there's an option to order it without, so I will do that next time. Staff were friendly and service was quick. read more

We saw the word empanada on this restaurant on the way to dinner in the same plaza and knew we had to venture in the next day! We went mid morning before heading to a beach. We ordered through their screen at the vicinity. We had a bit of a wait since they are freshly fried once ordered. They held up well but the smell was so intoxicating we had to eat one right away! We ordered 2 ground beef(one coming with spicy sauce), ham and cheese, and spinach, and a guava tequenos. We also ordered a guanabana(or soursop) drink and a cortito. Since we ate in the car it was hard to try the empanada with the sauces but by themselves was already fantastic! They held up really well and we enjoyed everything! The guanabana drink was a personal fave by the kids. read more

Loved Milly's Empanadas, especially the shredded beef. Sweet cornmeal gives the empanadas a sweet taste mixed with the savory meat flavors is a perfect combo. Our family also loved the "spicy" cilantro cream sauce that comes with it but we didn't find it spicy at all so don't be scared off it. The empanadas are pretty big so 1 or 2 will probably be enough to fill you up. read more

The empanadas here hit the spot every time. They're crispy and generously filled. I also like the fresh juices and the sauces.

When we walked in we were impressed by how new, modern and clean the place is. The booths are very comfortable. There's a tablet for you to order at the entrance but you are also welcome to order directly at the counter. There's a good selection of empanada and other things to try, including burgers. Gluten free, vegan, all covered. We tried the Yo-Yo, ham and cheese in sweet plantain, which hits the salt+sugar+fat holy trinity that makes it insanely delicious. Don't forget to try their spicy salsa, which is available at the edge of the counter, which gives the perfect vinegary spicy kick to whatever you add it to. read more

I often have a craving for good empanadas. After weeks of driving by here I decided to ditch my usual empanada spot and try Milly's. I want to start off by saying the employee was very nice. The empanadas were tasty and the prices are fair. The only thing I wanted to see was more variety. They don't have too many options of empanadas nor can you customize them. Mostly everything good has cheese in it which I don't eat so I was limited to fewer options. But I did very much enjoy the shredded beef and spicy chicken empanadas. Overall a good spot to grab an empanada. While I do have a different preferred spot when it comes to empanadas I will say this place is definitely worth checking out. read more

One of the cutest Venezuelan places in Miami. The decor is super cute and the place was very clean. Their style of empanadas reminded me of the ones we used to have in Tucacas, Venezuela The dough was sweet and very crunchy, we wished they had a little more filling though. The price is kind of high for the little amount of filling there is. Service was okay, nothing outstanding, but the girl was nice. They have free parking available which is always nice. Overall a good spot and great if you live in Kendall and don't want to travel too far to get good Venezuelan food. Don't forget to take a picture with the empanada shaped mirror! read more

Flavor of the empanada was very fresh, handmade, hot and ready to serve. The salsa was very flavorful had an acidic and slightly sweet taste of it mildly spicy. It was paired with a creamy green sauce. read more

I love Milly's Empanadas -- simply the best! The empanadas are always flavorful and a perfect choice whenever you're craving something delicious. The service is great too; the cashier and everyone who works there have such a nice, welcoming energy. The prices are definitely worth it for the quality you get. We highly recommend the cheese and beef empanadas, the mandocas, and the chicha. Everything is fresh and full of flavor. Definitely a place we keep coming back to! read more

I loved this place so much that I visited three times. Here's what we tried: - Cheese Empanada: Good - Ground Beef Pastelito: Also good - Cheese Tequeno: Good, but we preferred the texture of the empanada more - Milly's Famous Pabe- YoYo: Delicious, rich with flavor, and great for sharing - Cafe Con Leche: We loved it so much that we kept coming back .We don't have anywhere else to compare it to - Hot Dog: It was nice to see a different take on a hot dog; we loved all the toppings - Venezuelan Iced Chicha :this was not for me I had no clue how thick this beverage was. Taste was good just too thick. I totally love this place. It's a total gem! The restaurant itself is also very cute and roomy and the staff were friendly. read more

This place was delicious! I had their paballon empanada and oh my god wow! Everything tasted freshly made to order. I also added the hot sauce and the cilantro sauce to it and it made it 20 times better. Wow! I also had the iced cafe con leche which was out of this world. And lastly I had the guava and cheese tequeño which was also out of this world. I had never had a tequeño with cream cheese in it and it makes all the difference. The girl that took my order was very nice and helpful when I had question on some of the food. The ambiance was quiet as I was the only one eating there. I will definitely be back. read more

So the first surprise was the cost. I brought 10 empanadas .. 5 meat (2 meat, 1 chicken, 2 mixed meat and beans) the remaining empanadas were made up of cheese and guava. The bill was $61.62 That's a shame because if I could say these were beyond excellent then perhaps they would merit the price. The staff was nice enough but .. the empanada itself should have a bit of a thinner crust - again just my opinion it seems just to thick so the taste of the filling is lost. Sort of how I will think of myself if I were to find myself popping in there again. I think they could do better. Again just my option but empanadas should be something you crave and look forward too. We walked away disappointed. Thanks anyway. read more

Delicious and unique a bit pricey but well worth it! This was unique and did not disappoint.

Aaahhh. It had been years since I came here and wow, amazing as ever... actually, I dare say a bit better. New location is awesome!! So much more spacious and modern but same concept as previous locale. Their coffee, wow. I didn't ask what milk they use but it was bomb. Empanadas? Yum. Totally recommend. Do not skip the spicy sauce to dip in (I literally pour it over it). Gave their cachapa a try. If you like cheese, this is it. Will definitely be back after a healthy challenge I'm doing. If I could give this more stars I would. After seeing this restaurant on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives, I had to come here, and I finally got that opportunity a few days ago with some friends! This was unreal. Not even close the best Venezuelan food I've had. I got their guava and cheese tequenos and their famous pabe-yo-yo. The tequenos were unreal. A juicy, sweet slab of guava and creamy cream cheese was beautifully fried in the best pastry crust I've had. I ate 3 of them by myself! The pabe-yo-yo can only be described as a sandwich of sorts with fried plantains as the bun and filled with beef, ham, queso, and black beans. It is one of the best foods I've ever eaten in general. It came with a hot vinegar sauce and a creamy cilantro sauce that I poured on top. The staff were the friendliest staff I've ever encountered - the main 2 English speaking men had smiles on their faces and kept checking on everyone eating in their restaurant. read more

As a Venezuelan, I can definitely confirm these empanadas are delicious. Now, do I feel my ancestors yelling at me for spending $48 on 2 cheese empanadas, an arepa, and a burger? Yes. Do I care? Not really, it was worth it! Besides that, everyone was friendly and the vibe was just right. Venezuelan disco and perfectly crisp empanadas, I'm not complaining! I'll definitely be back soon read more

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Please is clean and neat. Good is good but not extraordinary. I liked the ground beef empanada but the cachapas needed more corn and a bit less mix to taste authentic. Overall a nice experience read more

I was so hungry I failed to take a picture of the items I purchased. There's a large selection to select from. But I highly recommend with going with one of their selections. I ordered the a la carte items and the item with Guy. There's so much flavor and worth the value. It's a very modern updated look inside. The service is just a walk up counter but you may eat inside or take it to go. Highly recommend checking this place out! read more

If it hadn't been for the exceptionally long wait for our food ( over 30 minutes) , I would have rated this place 5 stars. The empanadas are very good and tasty and they have a nice selection to choose from. Ordering is easy with their tablet kiosks and the ambiance itself is nice. We will return another time and give it another shot. Hopefully l, the food will come out a lot faster this time around. read more

After ordering my food and looking at the receipt, I told the girl in the front that she charged me $6.00 instead of $3.00 extra for the shredded beef that was stated in the menu she said that she didn't have a manager working and she didn't know how to change the mistake. Milly's is amazing. The food is made to order, the service is impeccable and the space is incredibly clean.

Let me start by saying that these empanadas are not what I expected for an empanada place. I am used to Cuban and Argentinian empanadas. However, once you get past the initial shock, this place is delicious. I really enjoyed everything I ordered and found the portions to look small but fill you up a lot. I will say they are on the pricey side, but for a once and while splurge they are great for breakfast and lunch. read more
