Miquel did his inspection and gave me a total quote which included parts, labor & taxes. Clear & transparent on costs which is appreciated. Miquel did the job professionally & quickly, he walked me through the working part to ensure everything was correct. He also ensured that I received the receipt via email before leaving. Miquel also was conscious of cleaning up, and he wore booties over his shoes without being asked. Definitely would recommend Jab & Sons, from scheduling to installation.

My first impression was positive as the dispatcher that I called was concerned and also informative. She gave me a good idea of the work already on their schedule and when they could arrive. We shared a laugh about the local roads nearby and just really connected from the first minute. When Jay and Seth arrived they were both very professional. In a matter of minutes I had explained what happened they asked some critical questions so they could start their analysis and they dug in. They tested each of the switches in my panel, they checked outside at the electrical meter to see if my power company was the problem, and they ultimately decided that one of the breakers was bad. At that point they were able to show the buzzing that indicated the breaker was bad. We tested by applying load with different appliances in the house. Everything worked out and the job was done. Total cost was less than $300 which is a great price for any electrical visit but most importantly matched what I was supposed to expect. Reached out to Klaus and received a call back that day! Explained the specialty work I needed done. He squeezed me in within 48 hours. The fan was not blowing on the outside unit so I thought it might be the capacitor. The service was assigned to Redmond's and I figured I would not hear from them until Monday. I was called on Saturday by Duane Redmond, the owner, who said he could make it out on Sunday (since when did skilled service contractors start working on weekends). Well, we were given a heads-up call, he arrived on time and worked like a master detective in 90+ degree temperatures both outdoors and yes, indoors (no AC), all the while chatting with us about what he was doing and what we might want to do. Turned out the Air Handler's transformer went bad, and he had a replacement on his truck. Any negative reviews you may see anywhere for Redmond's Plumbing and Electrical defy my experience. Duane Redmond knows his trade, and is a straight up, honest, nice guy.
