And the employees just follow you around. It's Jackson MI-what do you expect. Today was no exception. When there are at least 3 people working, and a huge check out line---open another register! There was only 1 person checking people out! Really? It's crazy back to school parents! And yeah, most of the sizes we needed were gone. But it was just the rude employees. Even the guy that seemed like the manage was not friendly. I don't get it. It's a national chain. I know what comes with this job---it's not so you can pay on your monthly yacht bill. But, if you have employees that can't do the bare minimum at their place of employment, you will lose customers to other stores just due to that. That was me today. A lost customer-actually a lost 6 customers.

The rest of the mall is either empty or mom and pop type stores and there's an arcade on one end and one small tiny closet sized one on the other. And it's always quiet and vacant inside the entire mall. It's sad. Ten years ago this mall was very busy. Across town meanwhile Jackson crossing mall is entirely full of stores.

The store recently remodeled, so now all purchases, returns & Amazon returns are at the same area. I have done Amazon returns recently, and learned that they are completed at register 1 only, and the other associates handle kohls purchases & returns. There was one person in line, and I asked them if they were doing an Amazon return, and they said no. I then asked them if I could go ahead as they are only done at register one, which they agreed. and approached register one. I asked the associate named Kevin is this where you do Amazon returns, he said yes. But you need to get back in line and wait your turn. And told me to go back to the line, to which I did and more people joined the line. I then waited my turn, another 5-7 minutes, and Kevin did not assist any customers during that time. I was called to register 8, and told them I was doing an Amazon return, and they told me I needed to go to register 1, where Kevin told me he cold now assist me. I asked him why he couldn't assist me previously, when he never assisted any other customers while I waited in line. He said he was not going to help a non paying customer before a paying customer. That was extremely disrespectful and I let him know I spent plenty earlier in the day and was back to spend more. He scanned one of my barcodes, and told me I was done and was annoyed when I told him there was 2 separate items. I asked him to get me a manager as I was not happy with how I was being treated. He told me he was the manager, and the only one working, even though his name badge did not say manager. I told him I wanted the number to customer service and told me I could look it up online. I told him to write it down for me. He refused and stormed away from the desk. I never received my Amazon return confirmation and do not even know if it was completed. I'm so frustrated. They obviously don't care about their customers. I do a lot of Amazon returns there, and almost every-time I buy clothes for my family

We then looked in the women's plus section. Again, hardly anything and what was there was really ugly. Why can't you carry fashionable clothes for all sizes? We've noticed that the clothing quality has been less than satisfactory. It will be a long time before we shop Kohls again.

When I went to return it, they told me I had an outstanding balance of $180 (which the groom had already paid when he picked up our suits in Ann Arbor). I went ahead and paid it, assuming that perhaps the groom hadn't paid it somehow--I confirmed with him and he said he had. So now we're both out $180 + plus the reservation fee or whatever that is (same thing happened with that). I'm so done. DO NOT USE MEN'S WEARHOUSE. THEY WILL TAKE TWICE THE MONEY THEY SAY THEY WILL. I will not be using Men's Wearhouse for anything in the future.
