Then I was acknowledged, my paint taken to the back and the other 2 customers checked out and left. That's when it got bad. Three of the men started to complain and curse loudly about the lighting near the paint chips and not knowing what F***ing mauve was. They were insulting and demeaning the woman who asked about it. I was speechless. I paid for my sample pints and left. Decided the 3000 square foot of walls I have to paint will have paint from another merchant. I will never step foot back in that store and recommend that my friends don't as well.

I called to verify they are in stock before driving 2 hours each way. I Immediately asked for someone who knows their roofing screws. A man who doesn't know them insisted on helping. After several minutes of being told they don't make what I want, I was then told they don't even carry roofing screws. They do. I decided to buy for my house and shops from somewhere else. He became rude and refused to give me anyone else. Make your own choice. My roofer friend was certainly correct. Please train your employees on the products and at a bare minimum be polite and willing to transfer a phone call and be willing to verify stock to save someone 4 hours of driving. This was obviously a case of being too lazy just to go check what you actually have. That is terrible service especially when I tell them I'm driving two hours each way and I don't want to come home empty-handed just to have to make the drive again.
