I did not use this company…read more I tried but if they don't return your call it's kinda tough. I called and got an answering service claiming to be there "off-site call center". I was told "Josh" would call me back. I never got a call. I called again a few days later. I got the "off-site call center" again. I left another message. Still waitin. Ha I'd never use them. Seems like a one man show. And that man eitehr isn't that interested in new business (and mine is a big job) or is but is so dis-organized or over loaded he just can't pull it off. Waste of time.

This review is not about Manpans product as I couldn't even purchase their stuff from their…read morewebsite. On the website it says they don't sell to international buyer online, so I asked if I can get a phone number to call in to order myself some pans, so I wrote to them to ask for a number as there's no phone number on website to customer service person, Aimee, a phone number, but rather than getting me back with a phone number, she totally ignored the question and told me it should work and this took 2 days already. Aimee then told me the country I selected wasn't turned on, so it should work now, without apologies or caring. It sounded like she was just making it up on the spot. It took 7 days for the customer service person, Aimee to tell me over and over that it works for her, so it should work for me too, although I asked her what I'm doing wrong with all my login details sent her. First it was something small from putting my city in capital, which doesn't even say so on the page that I need to do that. I sent her screenshots of the error I was getting, but still the same answer, it works for her, so it should work for me. Aimee also starts all her emails with just name, no hi or dear. I already knew from her unprofessionalism that she's not that good, but I didn't think she will be this bad. Aimee also said she will help me over the weekend, but didn't do so, and again, failed to explain why and told me again, it worked for her. Online purchase should be straight forward and easy, but these 7 long days had led me to frustration and not wanting to trust Manpans brand. It seems like Manpans only have Aimee working for them and at this rate, they won't sell many pans or build their brand name as Aimee simply doesn't care enough. I hope is only Aimee who's getting this company down, cus that's a easy fix, but the problem is, she's the only one who answered my questions, so I presume she doesn't get supervised closely, she just do whatever she wants and no one from Manpans will know. All I wanted was to buy some pans with Manpans... What a huge disappointment. Well, at least I know why it's not that known in the USA and in the world.

Just one phone call and Andy was on the job ready to go to work. He made the space wider and higher. He shaved about 1/4 of an inch off the end of the countertop, slipped one section of the upper cabinets out, took it to the shop and shaved off about 3/8 of an inch and slipped back into place. You can't tell it was ever moved. I give Andy six stars, maybe seven. It is really hard to find a cabinet shop that would take a job like that. It reflects the company's the high degree of expertise and devotion to customer service. I give the company six stars. Howard Herman, very happy customer!

They said I was demanding, because I wanted to add delivery instructions to NOT leave the package on the front porch, due to thefts in the area. They were left on the porch, no attempt to contact me, I was home. The torches are beautiful. The positive review ends THERE. The poles are crooked. They will not stand straight, no matter how you adjust them. Since you are filling them with fuel, they need to be upright, not leaning. They are VERY top heavy, even with the fuel canister empty, they teeter. The stand is NOT adequate to support the height and weight, it must be bolted down to something. They are advertised as 6 ft. tall, they are 6 and 1/2 feet tall, putting lighting and extinguishing them out of my reach, without a ladder, not very convenient. There were no instructions. The wick was shredded, making it impossible to put the cap on, if I had wanted to use them. I will close with two words: Fire Hazard. Last time dealing with this company. They want me to feel grateful that they are accepting the defective product in return. I would feel grateful if I had torches I could use this holiday weekend.
