They offered…read moreboth epoxy and polyurea coatings and discussed the pros and cons of both...we elected to go with polyurea for a 3 car garage and the price was way better than their competitor in the area offering polyurea. We were able to add color chips to one of the standard samples they have on hand to give it a more customized feel. Devon came out right away to provide the quote and he was very informative and easy to talk with. The office manager, Beth, was very helpful in scheduling the service and providing a sample of our customized colors before committing to the work. And Morgan and Micah did an outstanding job applying the coating. The whole process took about a day and a half. A couple of additional aspects that truly made them the right company to coat our garage floor...they covered the stem walls at no extra cost, they actually provided a trailer that we could store our things in while they were doing the work, at no extra cost, and they are a small, local, family operated business that basically provides a lifetime warranty on their products and workmanship. Our old garage floor was chipped, scratched, gouged and literally falling apart. This happens because of studded tires, too much salt and not caring for the concrete over several years. Ric was able to come to our home within days of our calling to get an estimate and if it can even be done without new concrete. The crew was on site within 2 weeks to begin the job. It took two days to complete and another 24 hrs to cure. We couldn't be happier with the results and would definitely recommend them!

When I hadn't heard from them, I stopped by the store, but they had no record of the transaction (I had the receipt), and they had lost my pillow. I also had left some chair cushions that I needed reupholstered, and they had lost those too. I eventually found the chair cushions by searching the shelves in their warehouse. Not the way to run a business!
