I was told "Josh" would call me back. I never got a call. I called again a few days later. I got the "off-site call center" again. I left another message. Still waitin. Ha I'd never use them. Just one phone call and Andy was on the job ready to go to work. He made the space wider and higher. He shaved about 1/4 of an inch off the end of the countertop, slipped one section of the upper cabinets out, took it to the shop and shaved off about 3/8 of an inch and slipped back into place. You can't tell it was ever moved. I give Andy six stars, maybe seven. It is really hard to find a cabinet shop that would take a job like that. They said I was demanding, because I wanted to add delivery instructions to NOT leave the package on the front porch, due to thefts in the area. They were left on the porch, no attempt to contact me, I was home. The torches are beautiful. The positive review ends THERE. The poles are crooked. They will not stand straight, no matter how you adjust them. Since you are filling them with fuel, they need to be upright, not leaning. They are VERY top heavy, even with the fuel canister empty, they teeter. The stand is NOT adequate to support the height and weight, it must be bolted down to something. They are advertised as 6 ft. tall, they are 6 and 1/2 feet tall, putting lighting and extinguishing them out of my reach, without a ladder, not very convenient. There were no instructions. The wick was shredded, making it impossible to put the cap on, if I had wanted to use them. I will close with two words: Fire Hazard. Last time dealing with this company. They want me to feel grateful that they are accepting the defective product in return. I would feel grateful if I had torches I could use this holiday weekend.
