If you bought a refrigerator too large for the space reserved in the cabinets for a refrigerator,…read morecall Andy. He makes a tough job look easy. Just one phone call and Andy was on the job ready to go to work. He made the space wider and higher. He shaved about 1/4 of an inch off the end of the countertop, slipped one section of the upper cabinets out, took it to the shop and shaved off about 3/8 of an inch and slipped back into place. You can't tell it was ever moved. I give Andy six stars, maybe seven. It is really hard to find a cabinet shop that would take a job like that. It reflects the company's the high degree of expertise and devotion to customer service. I give the company six stars. Howard Herman, very happy customer!

They had quite a few refrigerators that were kind of what we were looking for - stainless French door with water & ice through the door. I'm sure I would have bought one but when I asked about a warranty, he said it "varies". But he also said he would treat a customer right if they treated him right. huh? When I asked about delivery he said "No delivery." So I left. Jeez... charge the customer but at least offer it, even by a third party.

I got stuck with Bill the Appliance Guy through my home warranty company…read more I am very disappointed with the dishwasher installation service I received from this company. During the installation, the technician, Bill, asked me to turn off the hot water at the water heater because, according to him, he could not shut off the water at the valve under the sink. What was not explained to me was that the valve had apparently broken while he was attempting to shut it off. Additionally, the new power cord for the new dishwasher was also not used. I expect an installation technician to clearly communicate any problems, damage, or special instructions involving a new appliance. Unfortunately, that did not happen in my case. The lack of communication left me with additional unnecessary costs. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.
