First and foremost, Miller Collision was recommended to me by a friend of mine of 20 years that works for a car insurance company. I could stop there but Jason and his TEAM went above and beyond to take care of my daughters Audi she crashed into a garage door. She ripped off the antenna shark and caused a bunch of damage. It was challenging but ended up awesome because of TEAM Miller. Look out if you need a professional this is the place to go! Thank you TEAM Miller read more

It was such a pleasure working with Miller Collision Services after an unfortunate minor damage to our bumper while staying in San Diego. We were referred to Miller from our favorite auto shop TLC located next door. Jason and his team made the entire process quick and painless. My car came back like nothing had ever happened to it. To go above and beyond, the team also vacuumed and washed the car. Amazing service! They have TikTok and Instagram to show some of their juicy before and afters @millercollision Thank you so much, and we'll be sure to recommend Miller Collision to our friends! read more

Miller Collision totally restored our pride of ownership! Several years ago my wife and I bought a low mile, used Acadia from a well known rental agency. After a few years the paint/clearcoat on the hood and front valance stated to fail. It looked horrific. Though the car had a clean carfax, turned out it had an accident that went unreported by the previous owner and that unreported "repair" had failed. Miller Collision had it dialed in and looking better than we remember it ever being. In this day/age it's so refreshing to get service as it should be. So happy with our experience. read more

Jason is hands down your go to guy! This started with a collision that left damages on our White Jeep Sahara. I'll start by saying, we didn't have to wait long to get the Jeep back. From towing there to picking it up the time frame was maybe (not even) one week! Just phenomenal service. To list some of the damages ( I can't remember it all) axel, front bumper, back bumper, side bumpers, panels, shock for the lift, changed the tire in the back, moved the rotor plate back to stop a screeching noise. Damn near EVERYTHING! The price was worth the amount of damages. Working with Jason is smooth. He's not a pain in the back of your neck. He knows how to work with each of his customers and his demeanor in this industry is very appreciated. If needed, we will be coming back to Miller Collision. read more

I brought my Subaru in this past month for some minor repair work and could not have been happier with the process. Before the work began, I met Jason who kindly gave me a tour of the entire shop and answered all of my questions. Within just a few days a quote was generated and given to my insurance and work began. Miguel was the tech working directly with me and he was fantastic. Not only did he address my questions and concerns during the initial walk around of my vehicle, but he even marked other minor scratches that he and his team buffed out during the final detail. Miguel was friendly, patient, and very communicative. At no point in the process did I feel rushed or out of the loop. Miguel called me what felt like every other day to update me on the process and status of my vehicle which I greatly appreciated. Even with the 4th of July holiday in the middle of my repair, my vehicle was still finished early. The repair work looks good as new and the rest of my vehicle actually looks better than when I brought it in due to the detail and additional free scratch removals. Miguel also swapped and installed some interior trim pieces I was going to install myself after the repair free of charge. The day of pickup, Miguel gave me another thorough walk around of the vehicle and thanked me for my business. I paid my deductible and was on my way. The entire process took just over a week and Miller Collision made working through my insurance (AAA) extremely easy. Jason, Miguel, and the whole team are great and I will be using Miller Collision for any future repairs. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache of car repairs and support this local family business! read more

Hands down the best place I could have picked to get my car repaired. Having to go through insurance and doing all the back and forth can be very stressful and overwhelming. Miguel was very patient and helped through the steps of how everything worked as it was my first time ever having to go through the process. Honestly I would go back if I need my car repaired with or with out going through insurance! Not to mentioned my car looked like nothing ever happened! read more

Got rear-ended; went in for a quote. They called me the next day to say they couldn't locate the parts. I asked if they would recommend another service provider and they said don't bother; we all use the same parts vendors. I asked what the other person would do in my shoes and he said: leave the taillight broken. What??? read more

Josie and her team at Miller Collisions were so helpful throughout the entire process of repairing my Mazda and they went above and beyond in every step! The repairs were completed perfectly, quickly, and priced fairly. They even went out of their way to read my check engine light and give me a heads up about some other issues I didn't know my car had. Josie was also so kind to help me get a ride to and from the rental car company when dropping off and picking up. As a young woman who doesn't know too much about cars, I'm always scared of being talked down to in these scenarios but that was not a concern here at all. Everyone was so cool! read more

A friend who runs a local BMW workshop highly recommended Miller Collision, and I'm so glad they did. I needed the rear bumper of my BMW 3 series resprayed because the previous paint job was a terrible match for the rest of the car. Jason and Miguel were both involved from the initial estimate to the final completion, and the result is absolutely fantastic. The new paint matches perfectly, and the finish is flawless. They even finished the job a day ahead of schedule, which was a great surprise. Everyone I interacted with--Jason, Miguel, and the receptionist--was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. If you need any body work done, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. This a professionally run shop. I had limited time and when I called they were able to get me in the same day. I was quoted $180 to take off the front bumper on my X3 and fix a parking sensor. When done the bill was for $140 plus they washed the car and did some some touch up painting on a few scratches which I did not requeest. The front office crew was great and I highly recommend this shop. I rarely post recommendations but the service and professionalism warranted making this post. read more
