Miller Collision totally restored our pride of ownership! Several years ago my wife and I bought a low mile, used Acadia from a well known rental agency. After a few years the paint/clearcoat on the hood and front valance stated to fail. It looked horrific. Though the car had a clean carfax, turned out it had an accident that went unreported by the previous owner and that unreported "repair" had failed. Jason is hands down your go to guy! This started with a collision that left damages on our White Jeep Sahara. I'll start by saying, we didn't have to wait long to get the Jeep back. From towing there to picking it up the time frame was maybe (not even) one week! Just phenomenal service. To list some of the damages ( I can't remember it all) axel, front bumper, back bumper, side bumpers, panels, shock for the lift, changed the tire in the back, moved the rotor plate back to stop a screeching noise. Damn near EVERYTHING! The price was worth the amount of damages. Working with Jason is smooth. He's not a pain in the back of your neck. I brought my Subaru in this past month for some minor repair work and could not have been happier with the process. Before the work began, I met Jason who kindly gave me a tour of the entire shop and answered all of my questions. Within just a few days a quote was generated and given to my insurance and work began. Miguel was the tech working directly with me and he was fantastic. Not only did he address my questions and concerns during the initial walk around of my vehicle, but he even marked other minor scratches that he and his team buffed out during the final detail. Miguel was friendly, patient, and very communicative. At no point in the process did I feel rushed or out of the loop. Miguel called me what felt like every other day to update me on the process and status of my vehicle which I greatly appreciated. Even with the 4th of July holiday in the middle of my repair, my vehicle was still finished early. The repair work looks good as new and the rest of my vehicle actually looks better than when I brought it in due to the detail and additional free scratch removals. Miguel also swapped and installed some interior trim pieces I was going to install myself after the repair free of charge. The day of pickup, Miguel gave me another thorough walk around of the vehicle and thanked me for my business. I paid my deductible and was on my way. The entire process took just over a week and Miller Collision made working through my insurance (AAA) extremely easy. This a professionally run shop. I had limited time and when I called they were able to get me in the same day. I was quoted $180 to take off the front bumper on my X3 and fix a parking sensor. When done the bill was for $140 plus they washed the car and did some some touch up painting on a few scratches which I did not requeest. The front office crew was great and I highly recommend this shop. I rarely post recommendations but the service and professionalism warranted making this post. read more
