I was told if I give a five star review I get a free detail. I say nah. Called to see about timeline for repair and i was told about a week. More like four to five weeks. Yeah the documentation shows evidence of why it took so long but does not show unrealistic timelines being told over the phone. Customer service not horrible/not great. C. Repair was real good. A. But follow-ups were not there, I assumed it'd take awhile but by week four, I'm calling and still didn't have part. Then I waa told to call the insurance company myself to get it released, okay somestimes u gotta put in a little of ur own muscle to get it done. i still feel a little jinked one headlight was replaced but i was told i needed to pay 250$ out of pocket. i don't know probably whatever reason for a job that was billed up to 3k, couldn't replace headlight, now it looks like one eye is sleepy. Though, they left the old part wrapped in my blanket in the back seat. Again, billed insurance co. 2,990$. I didn't even notice the part until much later. I thought it was just my blanket but the previous bumper was carefully wrapped in my own blanket in my backseat. I guess my not noticing was just the happiness I got car back after a month plus. Before going here, I saw all the 5-star reviews thought this place must be hot. Oh, they give an incentive to customers to write a five-star review so they can get a free detail which they have to go back and prove they wrote it to get the detail. I almost caved in to write a good review to get the free detail but the part being left in my car and all the other pain, nope. I'm telling the people. A lot of little painful moments. To date, I can only comment on the customer service I've experienced here, but I couldn't recommend any more highly. I had a bit of a unique situation in that a towing company (Wind N Sea Towing, for those curious to know) severely damaged my Vespa during transportation (then lied about it). In order to even be able to submit my claim, I had to provide at least 2 estimates. If you've never been in the position to get a 2-wheeled vehicle quoted for body work, consider yourself incredibly lucky... and hope you never have to. After visiting probably 2 dozen body shops, I was essentially laughed out of 22 of them. Marc was an absolute life saver. I transported the Vespa to CollisionFix in a borrowed van, he looked it over in person, then requested I send in additional photos and videos for review. Despite being incredibly busy when I visited, Marc carved out time to make me seen feel and to help someone who was genuinely in need of assistance. Thanks to Marc, I was able to submit an estimate for my insurance claim (results still pending) and hopefully get a bit of justice on a dishonest towing company. The automotive industry is filled with a lot of rough, salty, and shady personalities. I brought in my 2011 Honda Fit for a detail and I have never seen a 10+ year car that clean before. For the time that I had this car, the car was usually parked outside and never really got a wash except the rapid gas station car washes. When I brought it in, the car's paint felt really rough and I wasnt expecting the paint to feel smooth until I saw the results of the detail.
