Do NOT ever bring your car to the Miller Auto Plaza Service Shop. My fiance brought his Ford Taurus SHO in to have the electronic steering column replaced. The techs and my fiance chose to use a used part, however the techs did NO evaluation of the part before installing it. They offered him a 'full warranty' which they had no other explanation for. After $5000 and 4 days the part failed so he brought the car back in. They told him that the warranty was only for the part and that we were going to have to pay another $1200 in labor fees to have it replaced again. After making a big enough deal about this BS that they never explained, they told us they'd comp us 'just this one time' like they were doing us a favor. We had specifically asked for a Ford specialist to do the second job since clearly his car slightly specialized and has aftermarket modding. They said they would do that for us. Three weeks later we go to pull in for a quick oil change at Valvoline and his car bottoms out because the technicians installed his downpipes upside down..... we know multiple people who work at this shop and they've since disclosed to us that Miller has oil techs doing main line tech jobs, meaning your car is being worked on by someone who will hammer in a screw. Purchase and finance experience was delightful. Speedy and friendly. But....buyer beware...so not have service performed here....or at least don't rely on a rental. We purchased a 2023 canyon. Just under 70k for this vehicle- signed up for one of the warranty's that included the ceramic protection. We were assured the experience would be seamless due to living 1.5 hours away. They even went to say that they would pick us up....(huge eye roll here)... They contacted us the following Monday to schedule. We picked a date and then were told we would need to bring it in. (Fine- no big deal) and we would be supplied with a rental car. One week later we bring in it for the service we signed up for as well as a squeaky front wheel and a blinker issue. Assured the issue would be resolved and handed the keys for a Nissan as our rental. See attached images of the vehicle we were given in trade for our brand new ride....it smelled like a homeless person had been living in there for months. The seat back didn't work and it had not been cleaned ---maybe ever. We mentioned this to the service team without much of an apology....nor any effort to make us EVER want to return. I messaged the company to let them know of our experience- without any response. Just felt it is my responsibility to let people know how terrible the service experience was. Incompetent staff, from the salesmen to the mechanics. Poor communication skills, they call you from their personal cell phones and leave breathing messages instead of communications (like stockers). They sell cars with known issues, saying they are drivable and when you take them back the next day saying there are issues they keep the car for weeks and don't even look at it. So I took it to the family mechanic they said that it needs a new transmission. According the the CAR FAX they knew it had transmission issues but they "fixed" them. We took it back to them several time in the last 6 months and they refused to fix the problem. I have almost died in this car twice. So I guess what I'm saying is if you are suicidal buy a car from here. If you want to live and you want to be safe buy from a different dealer. read more

Reached out about buying a new car from this location. -My first interaction was an automated message saying that nobody was available and to call back later. -Next interaction someone called me and was friendly enough asked what I was interested in. I told them I would like to check out a new Versa. They said they would contact me back about availability and hung up. -They called back a few hours later saying they wouldn't have a single one of those cars for me to try until two months from now. I don't know about the rest of you but when I'm buying a car it is typically for a reason and I don't have 1/6th of a year to wait. -Then they offered me an overpriced, high mileage, used car that was actually a thousand dollars more expensive than the new car. Most of the other Nissan locations also seemed like they didn't care about selling cars which was really strange because I could have sworn that is the business they were in. No thank you. We bought a new Acadia Denali and had to set up a service call after driving the car off the lot. This service appointment was two weeks out from when we called. They repaired the ceiling panel but left grease marks on the ceiling panel from the repair. The sensor that they found was faulty. They put in for a replacement part but that part is said to have no estimated time for shipment. This left us with a car while purchased new, which has day-one sensor issues. There is still no estimated time for ensuring that this vehicle acts brand new even after nearly three months of ownership. read more

Needed tires after I previously had an oil change at miller Buick GMC . They advised me I needed tires which is something I knew already. So we setup a time and date which is today 2-5 at11am . I have a gmc truck . I ordered 4 tires and a 4 wheel alignment. At 1: 15 after I asked how much longer and 8 people came and went . They informed me it would be another hour and would be done around 2:30!! I told them I have an appointment to get to an 3 1/2 hours to put tires on was unreasonable. He told me it was in the air already and to bad . I said he should have informed me this was going to take this amount of time ? He then stated everyone took their lunch breaks and that put then behind among other customers. I reminded him the polite thing would have been to talk to the customer before and after these issues arrive . He could have carried less.. Years ago, we received great service from a salesman at Miller Auto. Unfortunately, he's no longer there. We went here recently, and after walking around for maybe 20 minutes, not a single person asked us if we needed assistance or what we were looking for. I had to walk up to the desk to ask where I could find a specific type of car. That was disappointing. The indoor showroom is now taken over by nearly 50% boats/marine-related merchandise. One of the best things I can say about Miller is that they offer free popcorn, soda pop, and ice cream while you're shopping. That comes in handy, especially if you're shopping with children. While Miller has a large selection of vehicles, they could use some work on their customer-service. read more

I originally came in for an oil change because I had a free coupon. I will never go anywhere else! Jason and his colleagues went above and beyond--my intelligence regarding cars is sub-par and he went out of his way to explain things to me and look up recalls on my Jetta. Additionally, he called over to the local Volkswagon dealership and found out that I could have a bunch of body repair for free under my warranty. They are efficient, reasonably priced, and super helpful! Anytime someone with my low level of car knowledge does not get ripped off is a win, but this was so much better than I expected! I recently bought a car from Miller and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I bought a used Volkswagen convertible beetle, and the price on it is was fair. The gentleman helping me was great, not pushy at all which I appreciate. However, it was the rest of the staff at Miller that I was very disappointed in. The financing man in particular was extremely rude and acted like I was inconveniencing him just by being there. There also was a huge disconnect between the sales man and the individual that controlled the pricing on the car. I wanted them to go down a little more on the care, but apparently the guy who gave the okay on that couldn't be bothered to come chat with me. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Miller to anyone looking to buy a new car, however, just be cautioned most of the staff is very rude. read more

Important: please read edit. Incredible service! Our RV broke down in St. Cloud on our way to Colorado. Being a Ford cab, we brought it to the Ford dealership first where they told us they couldn't even look at it until the next day. We took a chance with Miller and they came through in every way. Got our vehicle in when our make wasn't carried by them, got us a complimentary shuttle to get a bite to eat while waiting, and had free soft drinks and ice cream at the plaza. Even without all of the previous, the service was second to none. Every employee we talked to was very friendly and in a great mood. Our bill even ended up being less than expected and we got back on the road in less than a few hours! Absolutely wonderful experience with Miller and we will be happy to come back if we're ever back in the area! Edit: Miller is a wolf in sheeps clothing. The service was great but they did a terrible job on our vehicle. Thought they saved us money but they ended up skimming parts and telling us they did more than they actually did. Broken down in Loveland, Colorado, and took it in just for this dealership to tell us they didn't replace was they said they did. Absolutely remarkable. 1/5 Stars. My husband informed them that we had just got new brakes put on less than 6 months ago. The technician tried to cover it up and say he was mistaken it for another car. On Sunday of that same week I was starting to hear some annoying ringing from my AC fan, I reached out to my sales guy Garrett and he got back to me on a Sunday night. Despite some complications in the purchase of our vehicle, the GM ultimately was very fair and helped us obtain the vehicle we wanted.

We will NEVER be do business with this dealership. We came in to test drive a vehicle and before we left for the test drive, the salesman indicated that someone else had been in looking at the vehicle earlier in the day but they had gone home to think about it. The other party did not put money down or begin any paperwork, so the car was fair game and our salesman indicated it was "ours" if we decided to purchase it. During the process of test driving he car, we decided to pursue the purchase. When we returned from the test drive, much to our dismay another salesman sold the car from underneath us. We were very concerned by this and when we questioned this with the sales manager, he showed no remorse and indicated the other buyers were there first, even though they left the lot to think about the sale, nor did they put down any money on the car. Bottom line is that the sales manager did not stand behind his employee. The morals, values, and principles of this business are not in line with any company I prefer to do business with. We went across the street to Tenvoorde Ford where we were treated with respect, kindness, and ultimately ordered a brand new vehicle. Thank you Miller Auto Center for driving us to your competitor where we bought a better vehicle, at a better price. Principle wins every time. read more

Everytime I have stopped in to purchase a vehicle I am given the lowest trade in price for the vehicle and the highest price for the purchase price of the vehicle I am looking at. My daughter is 16 and is trying to learn/fix her own car. Her clock and radio stopped working. I can't figure it out so, I told her to just ask Miller Nissan if they had any idea why the radio would just stop working. My daughter told the desk person that she couldn't afford to have it fixed and was trying to learn about taking care of her car. After she stated she had checked and replaced a number of questionable fuses under the dash and under the hood they said they could look at it quick for her. She drives around, the desk person is there with paperwork and my daughter balks. She doesn't sign the form and calls me. I tell her not to sign it and to leave. She then asks the desk guy what it would have cost her if she had signed the form......he says $100 to look at the car. Seriously, Miller Auto Plaza? Are you going to stoop so low to bait and switch my 16 yr old daughter to the tune of 100 bucks? Morally reprehensible. read more
