The staff is great and Dr Bart is the Best!! I got two implants done and I am in the process of completing my third!!

Verry bad experience . If you want to keep your teeth don't go After wisdom tooth removal and after three weeks in constant pain, instead of helping... He went for vacation without notice, and didn't have time to write me prescription, or no one in the office could contact him or direct me to someone to help ! In my desperation and pain. I went to him again to remove the tooth that was hurting me, installing implant in wrong place that failed in less then 6 months according to new dentist there was an infection if not clean properly and cheap bonegraf, to this day he refuse to refound me or take any responsibility for his mistakes s...They charging $100 per visit for "covid charges" even if no one is wearing a mask in the office !!! They charge you also $200 for consultation only! Not to mention x ray photos and other hidden fees... and at the end if you want your medical information they charging you for those too. If you can't show up for visit they charge you $100, and they don't care if you're in a hospital at neurologist, getting finally treatment for the damage they makes ...instead giving you a call and actually caring even a little bit about they patients the send you a letter from collection. My elderly mom was referred here from Floss & Co for treatment. She went twice, in-person, to get a quote before finally deciding to get evaluated. They told her the total cost would be $200. They did x-rays without informing her that it would be an additional cost of $150. Then the doctor informed her that he can't do anything for her. Had she known it was going to be a total of $350, she would have never agreed. I highly recommend you ask for a full quote (in writing) so you don't get ripped off. read more

They took me on short notice. They were open and honest and followed up with me later the same day to see how I was doing. The Dr made a referral and said he would be contacting them to make sure things were happening as soon as they could. I could not have been any more impressed with the level of care and professionalism. read more

Went to this place, Tuesday, a bottle of nerves, scared even of the papers given. The staff was so kind and helpful...quick to offer suggestions and explain the procedure to me. Thought the Oral surgeon, Dr Nierzwicki, was angry when I nervously didn't want the surgery but he simply did not wish to pressure me. So happy I went through with the procedure. Followed his directions and my procedure is healing well with no issues or pain! Thats Millennium Staff!!! Definitely think Bart is the best! read more

Do not recommend this place. Went back in 2017 for oral surgery to remove a cyst. The pain after the surgery really never left and I still had a bump at the roof of my mouth where I had the surgery. I thought the swelling would go down but it never did 5 years later & the pain and cysts came back. read more

Virtually painless molar removal. Dr. Bart is a rock star, and his staff is excellent. Explained everything, numbed me up, went in, got it done quickly and carefully. Do not go here. I had X-rays in hand with me from that day taken at my local dentist. The root is clearly visible. The claimed it wasn't. They called my molar a wisdom tooth. They didn't seem to know the difference. I had all wisdom teeth extracted in my 20's. They quoted $100 for new X-rays and $400-$500 for extraction without any exam. Unprofessional conduct. Edit: After consulting with another dentist it has become clear that these "dentists" were trying to charge me as much as possible for a simple extraction. I don't have dental insurance. No care was given for my excruciating pain. Do not let these leeches take your money. read more

This place is amazing! From the moment you walk in, you are acknowledged, taken care of, and don't feel like a number. The assistants are so sweet and help make you feel comfortable before your procedures. And finally when you're ready, Dr Nierzwicki explains everything that will get done, as well as during the procedure he lets you know what is going on. Millenium makes sure you don't leave without any questions unanswered. Came here for wisdom teeth extractions and had local anesthesia (did one side, then returned again later for the other) -- no pain, no discomfort. My experiences here were great and if I ever need any procedures that can be done here, I'll definitely be coming back! read more

They're very very expensive. I would go somewhere else to get any dental work done. I got charged for X-rays even though I already had some sent to them. Facility is nice and clean and some of that staff members were nice. Some were ...hmm....I wouldn't say not professional but gave me a weird vibe. I am not sure how to explain it. I guess stuck up? I would highly suggest going somewhere else. I was gonna get charged an arm and a leg for tooth extraction. However, I went somewhere else and got charged a A LOT less. read more

Fantastic doctor! I had a molar extracted one week ago. I am a patient who suffers from extreme dental anxiety. I went in for a consultation and Dr. Bart was a Godsend. He explained in detail the procedure, gave me a prescription to help with the dental anxiety and the next day completed the extraction in a matter of minutes with no issues whatsoever. I am so grateful to have used his services. Once I left the consultation, I was actually looking forward to getting the procedure done. He listened to my concerns, addressed them thoroughly with his thoughtful bedside manner. His staff was also exceptional. The facility is clean and modern. I felt no pain or anxiety. If I have any future oral surgery needs, I will never go anywhere else but to Millennium Surgical. A week later, I am healing nicely and have had no pain just the normal discomfort which comes from an extraction. Hands down the best oral surgeon in the area. read more

Dr. Nierzwicki and his team were exceptional, professional, and compassionate. I was told about Dr. Nierzwicki from a friend and went for my wisdom teeth extractions. I was called in for the dimensional x-ray and was then taken to the consulting room. My vitals were taken and then I waited for Dr. Nierzwicki to explain my options. He explained the risks of the surgery and provided all the information I needed. I was given the option to remove my wisdom teeth that same day with only local anesthesia, so I went ahead and did it. The staff and Dr. Nierzwicki made me feel very comfortable. I was given instructions on how to take the medications, what to expect, and how to care for my incisions. The surgery only took a few minutes but it went smoothly as Dr. Nierzwicki would walk me through every single step he was doing. This made me feel very comfortable and less anxious. If you need to remove your wisdom teeth or need any dental surgeries, I recommend coming here. read more

I saw the oral surgeon for a "consult." After the office assistant stated that the consultation would be XX since the provider is out of network, I agreed to which I pay at the time of the visit but later received a bill for the difference? When I inquired about this, the same assistant apologized and said I'm responsible for the remaining portion because she misunderstand the actual amount to be billed. For the 16 minutes I spent with Dr. B, I found him quite dismissive and had a poor bedside manner. For instance, there was a tooth of particular concern to my general dentist who recommended I discuss more comprehensively with the oral surgeon, yet this was not even addressed. There was a lack of effort on his part to interpret the findings on the x-rays on that tooth which were provided in advance to him by my general dentist AND displayed on his screen during my consultation visit. Instead, he referred me back to the general dentist to have this discussion?! Then what was the reason for the consult? Interestingly ,on the explanation of benefits it was shown on the "extraction" list. When I return to my general dentist, he proceeded to explain what the oral surgeon had not. It was an incomplete evaluation of my needs and I was very dissatisfied with the provider and visit. Waste of both my time and money. Others on here seem to have had better interactions with him but he didn't seem compelled to explain much to me...I guess I was too stupid or at least not worth the explaination. Nice credentials Mr. PHD, MD, DMD etc but you need work on your bedside manner. read more
