After speaking with two young ladies and attempting to explain my family's dental coverage AND offering to submit a copy of the dental insurance IN ADVANCE of the appointment, the initial young lady ignored me and chose to forage for information on her own. Her failure to LISTEN and understand the non-conventional nature of my insurance coverage, she failed to confirm coverage for my daughter. My daughter is 100% covered under her own plan yet the clerical only confirmed MY coverage. After threatening message to cancel if I don't provide the coverage that I PROVIDED EARLIER, I called only to have some young lady yelled at me TO JUST GIVE HER THE COVERAGE OVER THE PHONE. No one yells at me AND expects me to pay for the service. If you failed the first time, why would I do as she DEMANDED. Why not accept a copy of the insurance card and perform your duties correctly. Utterly ridiculous, immature and a very poor representation of this company. Cameo does not have a monopoly on dental care. The dentist who treated me in the past was excellent. They'll never receive service from us again!

Stakos team took weeks to coordinate with insurance. Took the medical insurance decline and never called the dental insurance. Fumbled the dental claim, it had to be resubmitted. On the day of, I wondered why after an hour I hadn't heard progress or she was finished , but that she was being super chatty and they were letting her talk away, just gave her another dose. What? They were letting her talk and cry like entertainment. Hamedani had my son in and out in 60 minutes. To boot the experience Stako was almost $2500 over what was covered by insurance. Cameo $1100. Same coverage on the insurance. Pretty sure the cost of oral surgery hasn't gone down in 5 yrs. Check our anywhere over Stako.
