The particular facility is very clean and spacious. The waiting room is bright and comfortable as well. I am always impressed how they schedule patients and see them on time. The treatment plans are always done clearly and they took pictures of everything they did. It's nice to see on the screen and know what was done. They are very patient and explain the bills in details. They don't push you if you can't afford it either. I saw Dr. Leung twice and she's equally nice and good. They offer Wednesday night and Saturday morning hours if you can't get time off during the day. You need to book it far in advance though. If you live in the vicinity, I highly recommend them. During my most recent appointment, I arrived on time for my 10:30am slot and ended up waiting over 30 minutes. While I was still waiting, other patients were being called ahead of me, which was frustrating and confusing. When I finally went up to the front desk to reschedule, the receptionist asked for my name again and still seemed unable to locate me in the system, even though she had already checked me in earlier. There was no acknowledgment or apology for the long wait. Instead, I was offered a new appointment over a month later, at the end of May. This isn't the first issue I've had either, on a previous occasion, I was told I'd receive a call to schedule an appointment, but after waiting a full month with no follow-up, I had to reach out myself. Overall, this place has been extremely disorganized and unprofessional in my experience. I would not recommend it.

I've never had a problem with them over charging me or my insurance. The staff has never done any extra services, without asking me first. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Yes, I've waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.... But I've also been seen right away; it just depends on the time you schedule your appointment?? I suppose this place might overbook, since it's always packed but Ditola's team does great work. My cleanings are superb, cavity fillings are not painful, X-Rays are not uncomfortable, my teeth feel great and look nice... I've never had any problems after coming here. I am pleased with this place and will continue making appointments every 6 months. I'm not too fond of the location since I moved away, but after trying 3 other Dentists over the years, I am happiest with Ditola.. Also, this is a bilingual dental office which is a plus for the area.
