When both my husband and I needed a crown, we were able to break it into payments which was helpful. We ended up with picture perfect smiles. My initial service was in 2005-2007. Well, about 10 years ago, the permanent retainer on my upper teeth broke off on the right side, and slowly my teeth shifted to the point that I was unhappy with my smile. After two years of witnessing my daughter's transformation, I asked for a quote to repair my upper teeth. I received an affordable quote for payment over six months. We met with Tracy for a tour of their beautiful clinic and then a patient education session regarding the types of treatments offered and the process of the consultation. My son then got a X-ray. Then we met with Dr. Jim Nudera for the examination -very comprehensive- and learned that my son doesn't require intervention after all! Dr. Nudera explained everything in great detail and showed both my son and I the reason for the dentist's concern and how the issue doesn't require orthodontics. What a relief! Oh, and the whole consultation- including the X-ray- was FREE!! Tracy said she'll send a note to my son's dentist and even gave us a copy of the X-ray. It was such a positive experience all around and the degree of communication and effort put into customer satisfaction are really remarkable.

Dr. Polivka called me and talked for a very long time, re: game plan, talked with our dentist, figured out a two step plan to minimize time in braces, and fill in gaps as we progressed. My daughter had to go through an oral surgeon and start a relationship with an orthodontist right away-- and Dr. Milena was the perfect fit for us. She worked with the surgeon to make sure that every detail was answered for us beforehand. When my daughter came into the MPowered office, she was immediately comforted by the staff and felt at ease about her entire situation. They are amazing with children and take any 'fear' out of the situation that they may have had upon walking in the door. They even put kids' names on their letter board with motivational messages. I could not be happier with the care that we received; and I can honestly say that she has restored the self confidence for my daughter with the work she was able to do. The office is conveniently located close to Uptown- Park Ridge and near the train station. They also offered later hours so that we could go towards the end of school or after the school day. Lastly, the staff is wonderful about explaining payment plans and making sure that all questions are answered (for both the parent and child) ahead of time.
