They were able to accommodate my schedule. Since I have a busy schedule. As I walked in I noticed. The office is very nice, organized, clean and very welcoming. The whole staff from the front desk to the assistant at back are very knowledgeable and professional. You can tell Dr Norvick put her heart in everything she dose. Made huge error choosing Novick for my teen. We wanted braces. Dr insisted on invisaligns. Not a good fit for my child. Day of install we tried to back out. Glue was on teeth and between. No flossing and buttons were bulky and not at all invisible. I know my child is particular and i expected a fee. I didn't expect a $4000.00 extortion fee for the buttons and glue to be removed. Also told Novick refuses to work with us? As if we'd want to after this experience. read more
