Dentists are great!! Front desk and billing are awful and keep coming back to you with misinformation. I took my child up the road to Mannheim Dental which I'm finding is a better fit for her. They have a lot of fake Google reviews and will ask you on every visit to leave them a good review. When I told them at the time I didn't have a Google account they asked me to create one. I like our dentist De McIntosh. She's great ! This review is on the receptionists. I called on a Thursday to request a copy of my kids school form , they told me if I can pick it up Friday because the dr would be in and she needed to sign it , I agreed. Unfortunately I wasn't able to leave work to pick it up so I called and asked if they can email it to me I spelled out my email multiple times and she said she would email it . The whole weekend went by and no email , I called Monday and asked to be emailed again . There girl asked me for my email I spelled it out again, she said she'd send it later. The day went by and nothing. I finally had to come in on Tuesday to ask for it , the form is not ready , it was never emailed , and I waited over 30 minutes for the dr to sign it . This is very inconvenient. They don't take peoples time seriously. I'm very disappointed with this service. read more

Pain-free and anxiety-free experience. She walks you through everything until you are totally comfortable and at ease. Great dentist with super sense of humor! First time patient, first thing that amazed me during COVID was: 1) NO sanitizing stations or bottles in lobby or reception desk (I wanted to use some after touching 2 different pens that came from a cup that people have been touching all day! 2) The amount of people inside, clustered together...most patients in the halls and sitting in rooms were not wearing masks (of course the patient can't have on mask but everyone else should)! I love their dentists and have had great experience with a few of them between myself, my husband and my daughter, but their office and appointment confirmation policies are ridiculous. I received a confirmation text on July 24th for an August 28th appointment for my daughter. It was sent while I was in the middle of doing something so I forgot to reply to it. Instead of resending the confirmation text or calling me, they sent a text on August 7th telling me they canceled my appointment to schedule an emergency appointment. This is a place that takes walk-ins and has appointments all day long for months, but they canceled my daughter's appointment 3 weeks in advance. I have never seen a dental or doctors office that cancels an appointment 3 weeks before the scheduled appointment when even the text they sent says "We require appointments to be confirmed at least 2 business days before the scheduled time." I understand if I didn't confirm by 2 days before the appointment, but 3 weeks?? They did this to my husband too. If we didn't love their dentists, we would have switched dental offices by now. read more

So I live in the area and I was looking for a new dentist near me. I HATE the dentist with a passion.. I came here and meet Dr. Daniel Ramirez. Where can I start?. He is an amazing Dr. that has a lot of patience. I came in needing a tooth extraction. He made my visit a thousand times better He's not your typical dentist., Who just sees you as a patient. He actually takes the time to make conversation with you. What I also liked was the staff in the office were really nice! Girls are sweet! And also ver talkative. This is the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. This is the first time I have ever felt that the dentist took the time to explain things and didn't treat me like I'm being an inconvenience by asking questions because he has other things to do. The office has a lot of fake reviews on google they only look at you as a number not a patient. I simply wouldn't recommend this office. Half of the time they don't even make sense on what they're doing. read more

After a cleaning, the dentist told me I had several cavities. I thought it was odd because my previous cleaning (6 months earlier) I did not have any cavities. I obtained a second opinion. The other dentist took x-rays and they did not show cavities. Mynt lost my trust and I will not be returning. read more

I took my adult daughter here because she broke her front tooth. We could not have had a better experience. The staff is phenomenal and went over the costs in detail. The prices are incredibly reasonable for this quality of dental care. We saw Dr. Kolincherry and she was wonderful. The office is immaculate and well run. Highly recommend! read more

Dr. Anna K is an amazing dentist!! I had a deep cleaning and let me tell you I didn't feel a thing. I really like that Dr. Anna explained to me what my xrays showed and scheduled an appointment for my filling. The staff there is very nice and I plan to see Dr. Anna K again! read more

I used to go to a dentist close to home because of the location convenience, now I drive a bit more but it's definitely worth it! this place opened not too long ago so everything is new and updated. The children's area is wonderful for my toddler who can't sit still for anything in the world, and the lobby is very comfy, along with a keurig in case you want some coffee! how awesome is that? the facility is great but so are the people who work there. They've always been accommodating when it comes to my schedule, and always very polite! The dentist himself is also very great, and patient. My 3 year old has been going to the dentist since 18 months, and this place was the most patient and understanding place. They are wonderful with children patients as well. I highly, highly recommend this place to everyone, especially those with children read more
