This dental office is amazing. It's rare to find an entire team that is outstanding. The office staff are polite, knowledgeable, and honest. I am especially impressed with the quality of exams and cleanings. The hygienists are really thorough. They take time to leave your teeth extremely clean and work to remove stains. I cannot emphasize enough how thankful I am for hygienists Frank and Fayez. Frank and Fayez have worked with my 9-year-old for the last few years and have completely erased her initial fears of the dentist. She looks forward to her appointments. This was going to be my 1st call to be made to get in for endodontist. Closer to home.When I looked at the Yelp it said email and someone will get back to you. I emailed,which was very easy to do! The office hours were 10-6. In the mean time as I'm calling my 2nd choice to see if I could get AM appointment. Fortunately for me the 2nd call got me in ASAP. I did receive a follow-up email about appointment for afternoon but I was already getting ready for AM appointment.I also got a telephone call.I will keep We Smile Dental on my list for future reference since this was also a choice a family member used and were deeply satisfied. My daughter is currently in ortho treatment here. We did phase 1 and are doing phase 2 here. The problem here with this office is that during phase 2 we went through 2 ortho doctors. We aren't even halfway with phase 2 and yet we have gone through 2 more ortho doctors. Which is a grand total of 4 there is no consistency and pushes treatment back. To make matters worse there is never any appointments within the timeframe that the ortho needs to see a patient. Example: My daughter had an appointment today and the doctor said we need an an appointment within 8 weeks. When is my appointment you ask? May 17 which is 15 weeks away. Within that time frame we could have gone back twice. If anyone who knows ortho knows that you need to keep your appointments as they are important for treatment. Today I said enough is enough and I wasn't going to keep waiting for appointments. My daughters phase 1 lasted almost 3 years due to this scheduling and lack of appointments. I asked to speak to a manager and conveniently she was busy. I then called back to see if we could stop treatment since we aren't even halfway done and get a reimbursement and that was a fail. If you would like quality care and an ortho treatment that actually adheres to ortho regulations DO NOT come here. All they do is take your money and schedule whenever they can. If you can't uphold ortho appointments either hire someone else or do not offer ortho treatments or maybe reduce the number of patients. The way this is ran I'm surprised no one has called the BBB but that will change after today. read more

I came to We Smile after bad experiences elsewhere, and I can say that everyone from the Doctors to the office staff here have made coming to the dentist a pleasant experience. They work with my schedule, and are extremely accommodating. I feel that the work they do is great. Dr. Matke is not only a great guy; you can tell by the way he treats his employees, but he is also an extremely skilled technician. In fact, all of the hygienist's are fantastic in that regard, as well. I've been to a lot of dentists (maybe floss more, try brushing after all those beer and pizza nights, and don't eat skittles for breakfast, idiot- is what I'd tell my twenty something year old self if I could) but We Smile makes me feel very safe and comfortable with my current treatment plan. I had been looking for a reliable dentist for a while now and this place has been right by my house for years, so I decided to give this place a go. I have recently been experiencing some tooth pain and scheduled myself an appointment with the staff at We Smile Dental. I came in and Dr. Matke identified that the issue was with a wisdom tooth and he gave some options for treatment, one of which was extraction. He even told me he could it right then and there. So we went ahead and did that and I saw them again on Monday for a cleaning. The hygienist was very nice and I spoke again to Dr. Matke about future dental work. Very nice, personable guy. This place is great and provides excellent customer service for their patients. I would highly recommend giving this place a chance if you are seeking a dentist or some dental work. read more

I came to We Smile Dental after I had bad experiences with my previous dentist. I have to say, Dr. Matke is leaps and bounds better than any dentist I've ever had. His "bedside manner," is great, and he clearly cares about his patients, but his work is excellent. I can tell just by the time he spends and the techniques he uses, that the guy really knows what he's doing. Seriously. Highly recommended just for the excellent job he does on my teeth. Dr. Morgan here is wonderful. She is polite , very knowledgeable and has a great way of explaining concerns, procedures and outcomes. Highly recommend it. My friend recommended this place to me, and I'll never go anywhere else. I've never had a better dental experience. Seriously, I have avoided the dentist for the past decade. The atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful. The staff are very friendly, and the walls are covered with Looney Toons and Scooby Doo dentist-related comics. Dr. Caraba's calming presence was exactly what was needed when I was in excruciating pain with a toothache. Seriously, very gentle and communicative. I didn't feel any pain either during or after my root canal. You can tell these people work with kids a lot because they are all so calm and patient. Oh yeah, I don't have dental insurance, and I was able to qualify for Care Credit so I can pay my bill over the next 12 months interest free. That's pretty sweet even though dental work is so costly anywhere. read more

I arranged to have crowns, fillings and teeth whitening done at this place. They were not the cheapest, but I really liked Dr Matke. He was very easy to talk to and had a good chairside manner. I wanted to get my teeth whitened in house before getting crowns. They put gauze on my lips and tried to shove this huge mouth spacer into the corners of my mouth. It really hurt, and I have a big mouth. I mentioned it and was told condescendingly they didn't have anything smaller and it was the only option. They sent me home with whitening stuff I could do at home. I should have gone to the company's website BEFORE I followed the instructions the office gave me, because they told me to do over the weekend what the company who makes the stuff instructs you to do in TWO WEEKS. It totally burned the enamel off the teeth that I whitened (theyve got a rougher feel that they rest of my teeth) and I now have some brown marks on a couple of those teeth. I've since learned baking soda and hydrogen peroxide does the same thing for ALOT cheaper. Crowns were okay. Its really the only thing I didnt have trouble with. My fillings on the other hand were a NIGHTMARE. I had to go in THREE TIMES for one tooth that they filled, and twice for another tooth that they filled. I couldnt even inhale air into my mouth without the teeth they filled hurting. SO they sent me home with Sensodyne and once again condescendingly told me like I was an idiot that I had sensitive teeth and it should clear up using this toothpaste. Really? Because every time I came in they drilled a little more off the fillings saying they were too high. So which is it? This place is set up like a profit center. They have tons of these little cubicles. Theres no privacy. The staff smile at you and talk nicely to you, but it doesnt seem warm or genuine at all. Each of the five times I called about my fillings hurting me, I couldnt even TALK to the dentist, they just made another appointment for me to come in. All in all, they're on the high end of the scale as far as pricing goes, and on the low end as far as their staff and they actual work they do. I'd go somewhere else if I were you... read more
