The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I have delta dental, she said that they can look the information up instead of trying to get the info from me. I needed an appointment at 5:30 or later, their last appt is at 5, so I had to take a Saturday appt. about 3 weeks away. After the interaction, I got a text confirming the appointment. I never authorized text so I would have preferred that she ask if text alerts are ok beforehand. My appointment was on a Saturday. They texted on Monday to confirm and Wednesday to confirm. I responded on Wednesday. I then received another text on Thursday to complete their new patient info. I filled that out. On the day of the appointment, I realized how much I disliked the area of the dentist because there was no parking. I parked in the village parking lot nearby though. I came in, she asked for my id and insurance and I was seen on time. The hygienist took X rays and brushed my teeth. No scrapping, no tools, she literally Just brushed my teeth and told me the doctor would be in. I've never had a cleaning so fast. That's usually the last step in the cleaning. When the dentist came in, he was very likable and he performed the cleaning with those scrapes and tools I was looking for. He was relatable and said his wife was one of the other dentist along with another associate. I like his demeanor and his professionalism and knowledge. The receptionist checked me out, she didn't give any paperwork regarding my visit. She asked me if I needed any appointments cards for my follow up visit. I declined. Overall it was a good visit. There was a couple things that I was used to that didn't happen, the ,222,333 when the dentist checks the spacing/bone loss didn't happen, the X-ray was handheld, typically the hygienist leaves the room and pushes a button. The order of the cleaning threw me off, typically the polish is last. It was just things that I'm used to that didn't happen. Doesn't mean they did a bad job, it was just different.

Dr. Ahmed and the dental assistant were very nice and the cleaning was pain-free. I do wish some of the equipment like the X-ray machine could be updated and that the room I was in had more privacy. The chair faced out towards the front lobby and front desk; even a curtain would be nice. I received a goody bag afterwards with floss, a toothbrush, and mouthrinse, and left feeling like I would definitely continue my dental care here.

I made an appointment 6/2023 after a glowing recommendation from my sister…read more 1st Appointment 6/28/2023 - Xrays, light consultation, etc. 2nd Appointment 10/9/2023 - Consultation, cleaning. cancelled 2nd Appointment 11/06/2023 Deep cleaning, light consultation - Called to reschedule appointment and was charged $60 cancellation fee because I called inside of 48 hours. no problem since I agreed to pay it at the initial visit to them. 3rd Appointment 3/13/2024 - Cleaning, consultation (at this point I'm wondering of any real work will be done after this many visits.) 4th Appointment 4/4/2024 - 2 hours to repair 5 teeth which I have never done before. I'm 66 years old and take meds (water pill)for HBP, so that wasn't fun. I was embarrassed and kept apologizing for the inconvenience. I got up from the chair about 5 times within 2 hours. The Doctor and his assistant were understanding but the time it took was too many teeth for one visit. I felt miserable. The local anesthesia administration was painless. The chair was inverted and my feet were higher than my head which made for a very uncomfortable visit to say the least. The kindness of the staff is on point, but after this visit It took me several hours to recover. 5th Appointment (2024) - Which was going to be a 1 hour visit and because of my Spinal Stenosis which flared up after cutting the grass, I decided to reschedule. I was then told via test message that basically I have breached the cancellation policy and to find another dentist. The exact message is shown below: "We need 48 hour notice." "We have inactivated you from our office please look for another dentist. We only allow 3 cancelled appt." As a side note, I was told that the reason for the cancellation fee is because the Dentist in only in the office once a week. Wow!! It makes me wonder why so many visits were done before any real work was done. All and all, not a bad experience, just not a great fit for me. I guess I'll have to find an office that wont invert me in the chair and not charge me so much for cancellations.

I don't know about you, but most of my experiences at the dental office have been unpleasant. More often than not, I have felt like just another person that fills a chair with no real personal care or plan. Once I saw the great reviews for here- I booked an appointment. That was almost 4 years ago, and I haven't gone anywhere since! My very first appointment here was probably the best one I've ever had at a dentist. I had just came from a dental office where I went with a problem of bleeding gums and all I was told was that there was a mouthwash I would have to use to correct the problem.... Pretty much forever lol and then sent right out the door. It went the complete opposite here though. I first met Dr Diana Barzano and she got me right together......she was so sweet that she gave me her cell phone number in case I had any questions or issues with my mouth after she got done working on me; I had a lot of issues going on. Despite what I had going on she made me feel super safe and actually cared for. Everyone in the office is an absolute sweetheart and extremely professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Val is another one of my favorites. I started taking my young son there and he loves her too. Although he is only nine, she and everyone else is very hands-on with dealing with him, especially since he can be pretty nervous in the office. I am so glad that I found them and don't plan on going anywhere else.

This place should really identify as a Xtian dentist so people are prepared. Praising god/jesus for cleaning your teeth is ridiculous, unprofessional and so unethical. The care I have received in the past 20 years is completely professional, and is delivered with kindness and consideration. I do not have dental insurance, but that doesn't matter. I would not go anywhere else, at any price. Read the other reviews- they say it better than I can. Dr. Ziegler is the best there is.

I went there because my husband had a wisdom teeth pull out and I like the flexibility of schedule . I had a deep cleaning because I was dealing with exposing gums . And now having root canal , it was so gentle operation, but he explained that looks like it was hard to deal because it was something interfering the nerve . But he did it ! And I don't have dental insurance and they are so understanding that they give me a discount but personally is worth it to pay ( specially for personal future investment )
