Doctor Mohammed Sohail suggested to do procedures it cost 1,800 doller. i paid close to 8000 dollars for two implant last year.one of them failing after 11 month. i was charged consulting fees to see that doctor for his failing implant. i called the office in order to speak with distract manager to complain about my implant failing after 11 months. i never got respond from the manager. i left several messages with front desk to speek with manager. their respond was manager is not here she will call u late. i have trying to speak with manager for the last WEEK and i never respond. this office has bad management. the implant should last for long time. it should not fail within one year. the office should took responsibility for the bad work and correct problem without any charges. i find out most Periodontist doctors gives warranty on implants except this office.

They have many locations across the metropolitan area, which makes scheduling incredibly easy if you're willing to drive. They also sent all forms electronically ahead of time, which made check-in very smooth. The office is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. A gentleman behind the counter greeted me warmly, which I appreciated. The rest of the check-in experience could have been better. When I approached the counter, a woman at a computer about 7 feet away (left of the front desk---possibly the "check out" station) did not make eye contact or offer a greeting. Instead, while looking at her screen, she said, "What's the name?" in a way that wasn't clear she was speaking to me or the gentleman standing behind her. As a first-time patient, that moment felt abrupt and not as welcoming as it could have been, especially since I wasn't sure the question was directed at me. I'm mentioning this specifically so the office is aware, because simple adjustments in communication can make a big difference. It was also the Friday right after Thanksgiving, so I understand it may not have been the easiest day for anyone returning to work. Still, a little more acknowledgement would've helped set a more positive tone for a new patient. My cleaning was where I had the most concern. The flossing was unusually forceful, snapping hard between my teeth and hitting my gums, causing sharp discomfort. It felt rushed, almost as if she was under a six second countdown. Afterward, I noticed a piece of floss stuck between my teeth. I also had to ask to have the back of my front teeth polished. This was very different from any of the past cleanings I've had. I'm assuming the hygienist may be new or was simply having an off day, which can happen, especially right after a holiday. Despite the cons, there were clear positives: the convenience, the warm greeting from one male staff member, and the smooth electronic check-in process. I do plan to give the office another chance because the potential is definitely there for a better experience.

Both crowns have had to be removed and are now replaced with implants because the quality of work was well below standard. Neither crown lasted for more than 3 yrs. I had issue after issue with them. Infection in the gums (because food was caught under poorly fitted crown), crowns that fell out and had to be reglued. Not to mention the poor fit within my mouth causing jaw pain. In closing his billing is less than stellar also. Delta Dental has already paid him for the work he performed and he still bills out for other work that was never done.

I've had a crackpot dentist for years and finally decided it was time to find a new office, and I could not be more happy with The Dental Loft. The experience difference is night and day; the staff is professional, and the office is well run- I've never had to wait going here. My teeth have never felt so clean. Having had a bad dentist for years, I was told I have some gingivitis and had 7 cavities. Now, for all the reviews that are claiming that they are out for money and make up ailments for their patients, not only did the doctor go through my x-rays and pictures with me in detail (showing me each cavity), she determined that 3 of them did not need to be filled as they are in a stage in which they can repair themselves (not exactly the mark of a money-hungry doctor). Both the doctor and the technician were very detailed with me about how I can improve my daily tooth routine and reverse both the cavities and the gingivitis (rather than use expensive procedures). The office has very nice equipment and knowledgable staff that made both the check up and the cavity fillings I did need a very fast and pleasant experience. I highly recommend this dental office, as they are professional, kind, and above all, they know what they are doing. Perhaps, like myself, some of these reviewers had/have bad dentists who don't know or tell you when you have dental problems. read more

I've been a patient at The Dental Loft for just over three years now, and I can confidently say that working with Dr. Elly Eldeen has completely transformed how I feel about going to the dentist. Before joining The Dental Loft, I had extreme anxiety -- almost a phobia -- due to childhood trauma. I avoided the dentist for over 10 years, lost sleep before appointments, and would often become emotional just sitting in the chair, even for a simple cleaning. Dr. Eldeen changed all of that. I left my former dentist about a year and a half ago because he offered no treatment plan, accepted no insurance and provided dental service as the spirit moved him. i did my diligence and searched for a full service dental group and found The Dental Loft. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and obviously enjoy working there, evidenced by their willingness to provide outstanding customer service on all levels. Appointments actually take place at the time they are scheduled. Never have I had to wait more than 5 minutes to be brought back for treatment to begin. I am fortunate to have Dr Hirons as my primary dentist. She exhibits appropriate client-centered care and is a perfectionist with her knowledge and skills. On my first visit with a thorough examination, she took the time to walk me through a sound treatment plan, explaining what needed to be done in detail. The staff created a written treatment plan with pricing, insurance coverage and my out-of-pocket cost. We are almost complete with the plan and then we'll schedule maintenance as recommended. I am THRILLED with my care and obviously made a great decision. I highly recommend The Dental Loft to anyone seeking a full service dental group! read more

Dr. Eldeen and all the awesome personnel at The Dental Loft have brought my daughter back to the dentist. She was formerly petrified from two horrible dentist experiences and it took years for us to try again. Well, we won the dental lottery when we found the Dental Loft. My daughter had to have a lot of work done from not going to the dentist for awhile and they did the work she needed in two visits. She was willing to go back after the first visit and was looking forward to finishing up the work with Dr. Eldeen. I can't say enough about this wonderful experience and I never thought I would have used the word wonderful concerning the dentist! if you have a child who is afraid of the dentist, this wonderful facility is your answer. No sooner had my two front permanent teeth come in when I was 7 or 8 years old, I had a bicycle accident which left both teeth irreparably damaged. That happened at a time before all of today's dental technology and equipment was available; thus leaving my parents having to take me to the dentist every time this tomboy's capped front teeth came out. I grew up loathing every dentist chair I sat in and as an adult, would only go in extreme need and with fearful reluctance. All that changed upon my first visit to the Dental Loft which was shortly after they first opened in LaGrange. And they only get better with time even though I found them perfect since day one. Every Dental Loft dentist and staff member is highly skilled, professional, up to date clinically and administratively, kind, painless and serving. Going to the dentist has never been a great experience for me and I usually dread going; but that definitely has changed. The Dental Loft and all its staff are knowledgable, state of the art equipment and friendly, caring and really care about their patients. I just recently had a deep cleaning, which I was very very nervous about. Jessica was gentle and explained everything she was doing along the way. Dr. Eldeen also takes the time to explain what she needs to do in detail, she give you options and then tells you what she would do. Hi ya all. I'm retired and have had the need for plenty of heavy dental repairs the past three years. While it can be hard to get an appointment at the Dental Loft once there you get fine service. My circumstances have brought with it an education in dental insurance. I've put in my research time and have recommended approaches to dental repair work and insurance claiming strategies so as not to have my dental claims rejected. The Dental Loft is being informative, cooperative, and clear with me about what they will or will not do. For that, and answering my questions, they have my respect and continued business. Do all the previous reviewers work for the dentist office? Came here to clean my teeth and the visit took 2 hours. The tech had a hard time with the x-rays and cameras because they were "new". Dr Eldeen seemed like she was just trying to find "problems" with my teeth and gums so that she could reccomend more work for me to get done there. She told me I had 3 cavities when I've never had a cavity in my life and my teeth were not hurting at all. 2 weeks later, I went to another dentist, and he told me that I had no cavities and everything was just fine. I will never go back to this dentist again. Seems like they are in it for the money. On a positive side, this place was new so it was very clean and modern. Our family recently moved to the area and we are so fortunate to have picked The Dental Loft as our primary dentist. My wife and children raved about their visits and I just had my first appointment. Admittedly, I seldom floss and it had been a little over a year since my last cleaning, so I was overdue and probably not an ideal patient. Having moved many times over the years, I have had many new dentists, and I have to say that I was blown away by how thorough Cheryl (hygienist) and Kiley (dentist) were with their cleaning and examination. Best cleaning I've ever had! As a bonus, the office is new construction with a nice modern feel, and disproved my theory that all dental offices were built prior to 1980. The service is great, however, my main complaint is their strict rules for teenagers under the age of 18. My son is 14yrs old and I am forced to wait for him to get a routine cleaning. His orthodontist office allows the older kids to come in for their brace tightenings before school without a parent and Dental Loft forces you to wait in the waiting room until their done. It's not like I was leaving him there and even told them I will check him out when he is finished. Me and my husband just wanted to walk around outside to find a nice restaurant to have dinner when he was finished. Considering switching dentists due to this rule. My 16 year old daughter who has a license won't even be able to go get a routine cleaning without me. read more

After setting an appointment and then having to move the appointment because the original appointment did not allocate enough time, I was more than happy to accommodate. Once I showed up for new appointment however doctor was under the impression I had cancelled. She was rude, passive aggressive and was starting to say two totally different things regarding treatment plan. Her lack of communication with her staff allowed her to become so emotionally unstable she made me too apprehensive to move forward with appointment. She even made a rude comment as I left the room. I can't express in words how much the Dental Loft has benefited my family and extended family. My son has sensory issues, and they are always nice and offer alternatives. I came to the Dental Loft becuae they took my insurance. I was pleasantly surprised that they did not look or feel like the typical dentist office. I showed up 5 minutes late and they still brought me right back to be seen (I had already filled out my paperwork online before the appointment). Dr. Eldeen was very nice and thorough in her explanations. She used a camera to show exactly what was going on and gave me options for how to proceed. Though we do have to wait for routine check up for a month or so, they got me in 2 days after I stopped in to inquire about their services to address my immediate concern and pain from TMJ! The quality of work from Dr. Yokana and Dr. Hummel have transformed my experience at the dentist. Their patience and kindness have made all the difference in overcoming my fears. I couldn't be happier with the results of their work! The whole staff from front desk to the assistants are amazing. If I could give this office more stars I would. I highly recommend them and I am grateful I found them.

It was my first time seeing a dentist in over…read more4 years. my dentist in my home town in New York accidentally cut a portion of my tongue off and I've been deathly afraid of dentists since. My first time at this office I sat there and cried as a 23 year old woman explaining my story. I was scared. I was embarrassed. During my appointment the dentist told me that it doesn't matter how much makeup I wear, how I do my hair, that people will always judge me for my teeth and oral health. ( yes true ) That made me very insecure and upset. I literally sat in his chair and cried for like 10 minutes if not more. And that's your response? To the point I again, I didn't go to a dentist for a number of years. ( until a week ago ) Yes my oral health suffered over those 4 or 5 years because I was truly scarred from my dentist visit in New York. But being told that my overall appearance won't matter to people because my oral health is so bad was not the way to say what he needed to say. I found it very damaging and way out of line. It made me insecure to the point I didn't wear any makeup or nice clothes to my most recent dentist appointment at a different new office here in Westchester. The new office was very welcoming, understanding and extremely nice and VERY EMPATHETIC to what I had been through with my last two different dentist appointments. I honestly do not recommend this office. It made me embarrassed and scared to enter another dentist office for almost another 4 years. That's almost a whole decade without dental care because of mishandling by two different dentists for different reasons. Your doctors are there to support you, be honest, empathetic, and uplift you. Not put you down in the process of your care.

They were able to get me in the office in a couple of hours from my call. Like I mentioned, I lost my coverage. Their price for exams, basic cleaning, xrays, and a follow up by Dr. Webster. Alexa was very through with the xrays, but then came the cleaning. Maria explained everything she was going to do. She did a wonderful job. Dr. Webster came in, finished up with my final results. This is a very clean, very professional office. I almost forgot to mention the receptionist who made my appointment and greeted me. Super polite, and also explained who was going to attend to my needs. The price for my treatment which included the xray, cleaning and and follow up was very reasonable. Other offices were 2 thru 4 times the price i was quoted. So if you're looking for a a reasonably priced, professional, clean Dentist office, give Webster Dentist a shout out.

From the hygienists, and Vicki, the office manager, right up to Dr. Enacopol, you won't find a friendlier, more courteous or professional staff. Even without dental insurance, the costs are reasonable. Dr. Enacopol will not pressure you into performing any procedure, unless he deems it necessary. As new transplants to the neighborhood, my husband and I needed to find a dentist and I am SO happy I listened to the reviews. I kept giggling after my visit that my prior dentist must have been so awful because my experience with Dr. Enacopol and his staff was incredible and I couldn't stop talking about it. My dental hygienist was so knowledgeable and friendly; I loved that she went over all of my x-rays and pictures to point out what exactly was going on with my teeth. I've never experienced that before. Dr. Enacopol was so friendly and he answered all of my questions, not acting like he was in a rush to be with another patient. He also told me we're going to create a treatment plan. Treatment plan?! My last dentist would take a five-second look at my teeth and send me on my way. I left feeling like I was in such good hands. Also--huge shoutout to the receptionist Vicki. The sweetest woman I've ever encountered, and she went above and beyond to help educate us about our insurance costs. My husband and I felt like family from the moment we walked in.
