I found this dental location after moving to the area and searching Yelp for a recommendation about 5 years ago. They have a clean and welcoming environment, enough staff to keep your appointments on schedule, and don't try to sell you on things you don't need just to make more money. As an example, 18 months ago my husband was still going to a different dentist who told him he needed expensive crowns. He went to dental loft for a 2nd opinion and they proceeded to fix his teeth beautifully without the need for crowns - and they are still perfect. I just took my 14yr old for the first time here and she saw Hirons who was just as FAB!!!! She explained what was done and actually said my daughter did not need braces!!!! What?!?! She was honest and through and said if I wanted another opinion from an orthodontist, she'd be happy to refer one. My friend referred me to The Dental Loft and assured me the dentist there could help me figure out a solution before delivering the baby. Sure enough, they made time for me Monday morning and the dentist determined it is not an emergency, and not visible. This office was so amazing, including the staff not only the doctors. They took such Good care of me. I am very scared of the dentist. They made me feel very comfortable. I had a severe infection and I was in extreme pain and they squeeze me in and got me in. They got me in with a specialist right away for an emergency. They talked and explain things to me, even while I was in distress because I don't like the dentist and also I was scared of the infection. They took their time with me they did not rush me. If you are ever far from home and need a dentist to examine a painful tooth, I hope you are as fotunate as I was when I found the DENTAL LOFT in LaGrange,Illinois. The people who work there are both knowledgeable and courteous. The office and exam rooms are both modern and comfortable. I had a badly fractured tooth and it was causing an infection above my molar. The doctor and assistant were able to extract the tooth successfully with very little discomfort. I was surprised that most of the pain from the extraction was almost gone by the next morning. I never had to take any pain medication, although I did take antibiotics for a week to help with infection prevention. The Dental Loft will give you a confident feeling that your dental needs are being cared for by the most qualified staff that you can hope to find. read more

Dr. Eldeen is amazing. She's knowledgeable, compassionate, and I always feel like she has my best interest at heart. I go to the dentist a lot for gum recession (as often as every 3 months for a while), and although at times my treatment plan has been aggressive, I am confident that Dr. Eldeen is making the best recommendations for me. I appreciate her phased approach - you don't always need "all the things" right away, and she's very good about that. I never feel like I'm doing more than I need to. The hygienists are great too. Not a regular reviewer but I am writing this review to hopefully save somebody the MISERY and money that I went through at this office. I have always taken good care of my teeth and never once went to the dentist because I was having any pain or sensitivity, only went as part of my routine maintenance. I wish I would have realized before it got to this point but this place is simply a money grab. They will do anything they can to be able to charge you for services (8 cavities in 2 years in my case and keep in mind I eat healthier than 99% of the population so this was not from consuming sugar and not taking care of my teeth). Aside from the ridiculous amount of money spent, the real misery came from the lack of skill in performing the work. I got a cavity filled on the 18th (that was not bothering me whatsoever prior to this appointment) and then a week after started having EXCRUCIATING pain to the point where it would wake me up out of my sleep. When I tried to speak with the dentist who did my cavity, she would not even have the decency to speak with me and had the front desk admin call me to tell me If I thought my bite was off that I could come in to get my bite adjusted otherwise here is the number to an endodontist to get a root canal. Nice, huh?? Well, here we are a total of 2 weeks after the horrendous work and sure enough I had to get a root canal this morning... This entire experience has been horrendous and now I am spending even more money on something that should not have even had to be done. Do yourself a favor and run from this place, I regret the day I stepped foot inside their doors. read more
