He, in turn, called the manager and gave him the coupon he said I would check and see if we have any in stock. I waited over 20 minutes. I looked to the rear of the store, and I saw him talking to someone for about 10 minutes. He said we don't have any. I said let me have the blue one by the door. He said that one is $99. I said since you don't have a D on the day of sale, can't we work out a deal? He said it didn't work line, that I said you didn't have the same multi-purpose wagon anyway. A friend of his actually had told us to go to Supreme, but for some reason gave us the address to Millennium, which was cool since it was a store we wanted to check out anyway. We came here on Easter Sunday, and I was surprised and happy that they were open. Nothing like a 1-hour drive for nothing (especially since the actual Supreme that we also wanted to see was closed). When we walk in, there's a couple of other customers, who seemed like regulars, as well as a couple of employees. Right away, we were greeted, and asked if we needed assistance. We decided to look around first, and my sister and I found some shoes we wanted to buy. The employee who originally greeted us answered all of our questions and got us our shoes. He also helped us with some kids shoes that we wanted for my nieces. He was very personable as well. Sadly, my brother had all of the shoes that he liked in this place, but we still had a great experience here. The shoes were also reasonably priced, in-line with their competitors.

The "manager" supposedly gave me an alternative to a shoe size but she said i would still have to pay. So, bad customer service, they had attitudes, lack of communication, poor management. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

But what really stood out was the customer service. There were three employees working during my visit, and each one went above and beyond to help -- far beyond what you usually expect in a busy mall store. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made the whole experience exceptional. The store is located inside a beautiful and very lively Westfield mall, with plenty of free parking outside, making it super convenient to visit.

Unfortunately, the shoes…read moreI received were badly defective -- multiple paint marks, scuffs, glue residue, creasing, and overall they looked used from most angles. This was very disappointing, especially since I expected a new, accurately described item. I contacted customer service immediately. It took over six minutes to reach a live person. Anthony assisted me and was polite, but Rookie Kids' policies are unacceptable. I was asked to email photos of the defects, which I did. I was then asked whether I wanted a refund or replacement. I needed the shoes urgently, so I requested a replacement. Instead of promptly resolving the issue, I was told my request had to be reviewed and approved first. Only then would I receive a return label, after which I would have to ship the defective shoes back, wait for inspection, and then finally have a replacement shipped. This process is not ideal for a customer who already paid in good faith for a brand-new item. Most reputable companies will immediately ship a replacement and include a return label, with the understanding that if the damaged item is not returned, the customer will be charged. Rookie Kids' policy unfairly delays the resolution and leaves the customer without the product they purchased for far too long. Fast shipping means little when the product arrives defective and the company does not stand behind their merchandise with efficient, customer-friendly solutions.

The ones I wanted weren't available on display so the manager said he'd look in the back. Sure enough they were there. He said he didn't understand why people bought the shoes. My Mom was with me and she agreed, calling them ugly. The manager laughed and they had a short conversation discussing how ugly the shoes were, and how they didn't understand its hype. There are other items sold here for those that skate and do other street athletic activities, but in all honesty I just go here for the shoes.

Socks. That's the…read moreonly reason I came through here. But there have been multiple visits before, although it's been a minute since. Someone had Jordan socks on their wish list. Admitting, I am one of those who'd rather go online than go to a store to score stuff. But this is one of those rare occasions when online offers were priced completely ridiculous. Then I remembered this spot and remembered finding bargain buys for MJ stuff. Checked out their hours via Yelp and TADAH! Found myself in their store in no time. Parking is no issue - I found out right up front. It almost felt VIP. [Insert chuckle here.] They've done a little upgrade. The store looks a bit chicer and more modern. Tons of merchandise like the last visit. I got distracted for a few minutes (so many cool shoes!) but remained focused: I was here for socks and socks only! They had a bin of socks which I went through but couldn't find the specific ones I need. So, I asked a worker if they had any others. He guided me to a wall next to the cashier and BOOM: there they were, those specific ones I needed to get! And another great surprise: they were cheaper than anything I found online! (We're talking about at least 30% cheaper!) I walked around and found a lot of cool merchandise. Walked through the back and was told of the table with all items "on sale for 40% off." I found a couple of shoes, but even at 40%, it was still a little over my budget. They were so dang cool, though, I WANNNEETTT!!! They always come through at anytime I need anything Michael Jordan. So glad to know they still stand and hope they stick around for a loooong time!

I'm a huge fan of New Balance shoes, low and behold they had multiple on display, even a new style new balance I have often wondered what lies behind these closed doors. When I say closed I mean locked ! As we went to open the door. Low and behold, Manny unlocks the door! I had to ask why they were locked. Unfortunately, folks can walk in and out without paying. So doors are kept locked. Personally, I enjoyed my 40-minute shopping experience alone with my family having Manny to ourselves to ask questions regarding New Balance shoes. I may have never bought one pair, let alone two pairs, without his personal assistance. I seen these very new new balance shoes, half open grey shoes on the shelf. Manny mentioned these were their newest in store. He brought me 3 different pairs until I had the perfect fit. I'm taking them @ $150.00 Manny did the same for my mother in law. She was a bit more challenging in shoe. You see, she is petite with the smallest foot I've ever known for an adult. Manny brought several different new balance shoes. He finally brought out a 4 1/2 new balance 9060 in dark blue shoe (kids) @ $110.00. Add those to my order as well. Why I like new balance shoes they come Wide, I have a big wide foot. The stability, balance, and shock absorption. Overall, quality shoes are out the door. Overall experience with Manny and Johnny 5 stars, Atmosphere was poppin' when I was not taking photos I was dancing. The beats were great. 5 stars .
