I went here to get a full set of nails along with an pedicure. The pedicure was wonderful. My toe nails actually looked good for a good month. I truly wouldn't mind getting a pedicure from here again. However, my nails my nails smh. I had healthy fingernails when I first come here. I had not done anything to my nails in some years. Two days after my nails were done one nail cracked in half. Anyone who has ever had nails knows this is painful. However, I was like it will be ok. Day by day nails started to crack without me putting any pressure on them. The paint was crooked on a few of my fingers as well. It got so bad with the cracking I had to cut each nail down way below my nail line. When I was finally able to get the nails off completely my nail bed underneath was ruined. I had to let my fingernails heal and grow back in order for the pain from being so short from the cracking to stop. I should of knew something was wrong. I got my nails done first then the pedicure. When the guy that was doing my pedicure saw my nails he said did I get my nails done there. I said yes and he looked at them and laughed. read more

Well. I have to say I'm unimpressed by the customer service / side of the pedicure tub manner. Most of the workers here barely speak English, and talk amongst themselves while performing their services. It's hard not to imagine the worst when that crap's going on, to be honest. My pedicure was fine, and the three stars are because the pedicure seats with massage are fanfreakingtastic! My pedicure was adequate. The other issue I have is the fact that the lady who worked on my toes was so ROUGH. When I finally complained she said "you bay-bee". No, I let the first bloodshed go, not letting the second one slide. I'd suggest following me in my search for a more empathetic American / at least English speaking salon. read more

I usually go to millennium nails, this time I went I was not even the slightest bit satisfied. I went in for a fill, and I showed the nail tech a picture of exactly what i wanted, she said she could do that so I thought it was going to be great. they ended up not having either of the colors I wanted so I picked a different color but still made it clear I wanted the same design. The lady doing my nails cut 8 of my cuticles and made me bleed. My cuticles were bleeding so badly that my blood was on her hands. She asked if I wanted to add gems, and I agreed because at that point I didn't think it could get any worse. So when I got home I repainted my nails but my cuts on my cuticles are TERRIBLE and I will never go there again. read more

Not a fan of this place. I went in for a fill yesterday and left disappointed. After my acrylics were on she shaved down my cuticles till there wasn't any left and cut me open twice. I understand there's slip ups sometimes but to end the service they rub acetone on gel nails to make sure they dry and she had no regard to the open wounds and rubbed it right in there. So I normally don't have a problem with them but the past two times I went there it has been less than amazing. Very poor actually. The most recent time I went in. It was a very rushed time not relaxing at all I always get gel false nails put on. ALWAYS. and when I left my sisters nails were messed up I got home which I love like 30 minutes from here I realized that both of my thumbs had air bubbles on them and one of them were so bad that the polish and gel was able to be moved with my finger nail. Very disappointed by the time I got home they were closed. So I called the next morning on my way to work very rude lady answered the phone and I told her I wanted to speak to a manger and she said why. I repeated I wanted to talk to a manger and she said she was supposedly the manager I told her about my problem and that I worked until five and I would like it fixed for free since I spent so much money and I know for a fact I couldn't have messed it up since with gel nails you have to sit under the special lamp. She said come in and I will look. Whatever I got there and they then tried telling me a 45 minute wait to get it fixed I was like nope not happening I called the manager this morning and told her I would be in at this exact time. I am not gonna be waiting. So they fixed it very rushed. This was a week and a half ago I go to open a can of pineapple for a snack just now and not only one but two of my nails pop off. Yes it has been two weeks but I normally can get almost a month out of my nails when done RIGHT which these were not. Also my two ring fingers were not even the same size and neither were my thumbs. Will not be recommending this place to anyone anymore this is crap and I am very upset with my nails. Went in yesterday to get acrylics taken off and ended up with 4 bloody fingers. I understand that the process of taking them off isn't always pleasant but this was my worst experience with removal. They filed them down so far with the drill my finger tips are in pain. 3 nails are cracked halfway and were "fixed" by putting super glue on the crack. A guy (whose name I don't remember) did my pedicure and he was very friendly and did a great job, then a woman did my manicure. I was satisfied with my first visit and the pedicure lasted longer than I expected it to. I came back yesterday and had an alright experience. I had the same lady for my manicure and pedicure (not the same as last time though), and I wasn't very impressed with her. I'm satisfied with the pedicure, but the manicure isn't the best. The area around a few of my nails wasn't taken care of completely it seemed, since I had some almost-hangnails left. I've noticed that my left ring finger wasn't painted all the way on the side, which isn't too big of a deal but I do keep noticing it. I will return because I do like my nails and the prices are not bad for what you get. Try this place out if you're unsure about it, I don't think you'll regret it. read more

I've come to this place before and have no problems in the past, until yesterday. My two friends and I were all getting pedis, we waited an hour (no big deal). But the customer service was the worst I've seen. They were constantly speaking among themselves in a different language and actually POINTING at us. It's difficult not to think the worst. When we went to dry our nails, my friends guy who worked on her nails forced her to pay even when she asked to dry her nails first but he very rudely insisted (and they only asked her). After all was said and done we were about to pack up and leave when my friend said something funny and made me laugh, a worker walked by and actually MOCKED our laughs. I signed in and went to look at nail polish. They are so crammed in to the slot and keep popping out. One did land on the floor and the guy behind the desk yelled at me about it. When I mean YELL , it was loud enough for 6 women to look that way who were having pedicures. I have gone here several times over the past two years and the quality has consistently decreased. The last time, over 3 weeks ago, I went in only to have my shellac removed. They used a sander and the guy went so hard that it hurt. I kept pulling my hands away. I've never had that used before. My nails are completely ruined now. They are so brittle and keep bending. Waited around for almost an hour told him when I came that I wanted the mood changing shelaque polish. Had my color picked out and everything he never said one word to me about an up charge. Now I expected there to be somewhat of an up charge, but he did not mention it to me so I finally get to sit down and get my feet in the waterand the lady says to me you know that your manicure/pedicure will be $65. What?!?! I asked for clarification "are you trying to say you are charging me $30 extra on top of the price of the manicure and pedicure her to have a thicker nail polish put on?" The lady said yes and just kept looking at me. Then she asked me how much that I want to pay which I thought was weird but then the guy came by and said yes $30 extra. Dried my feet off and left. Went to build a bear built a bear back with in an hour but apparently the sign in sheet was optional an hour and a half later still hadn't been called it was going in no order. The service was excellent! The cost was great! However, I got a full acrylic nail set about a week and a half or so ago. I know they said you need to get them filled every two weeks (which is a $15 service after the $25 fee to get them put on). I had to take them off tonight because they kept chipping and cracking and overall breaking to where my nail glue wasn't helping. I have had acrylic nails before that lasted me a month before they began cracking and chipping. Keep up the service, but please get a better acrylic nail base or lay it on a bit thicker so it doesn't break as easily. read more

Went today for a shellac manicure. The water that she had my hands soaking in was cold, and no I don't mean warm i mean COLD. About the temperature that i prefer my drinking water to be. The manicure was pretty rushed and after leaving i realized that there is clear nail polish on my actual skin... I probably will not be back. She wasn't the most friendly person either.
