She allowed broad language be used in the divorce documents which now leaves me open to continuous lawsuits. Besides that the legal assistant would not be quick in answering questions and made sure that every response lasted more than 15 minutes on the phone so he could bill for the entire half an hour. After $15,000 I finally had to fire Jillian Pressnall. So disappointed and as of this writing I will be financially ruined because of her inability to access counsel.She did submit all court documents on time though. I contacted the firm for a paid consultation about a technical, time-sensitive F-1/SEVIS immigration issue. Because the issue involved detailed legal scenarios, I made clear before paying that I needed a reliable way to preserve the advice accurately. I first asked about a transcript. The firm said they could not provide one. I then asked whether I could record the Zoom consultation myself solely for personal note-taking. They refused. I then asked about a written summary. At that point, I was told in writing that, "for this one time," the attorney would be able to share the transcript of the call. Based on that representation, I paid the $280 consultation fee. After I paid, the attorney reversed/corrected that statement and said they would not provide the full transcript after all, only a summary. When I tried to clarify whether the summary would be specific and useful enough to address the actual questions I had raised, the firm did not agree to that condition. Instead, they cancelled/refunded the consultation. This was a deeply frustrating and unprofessional intake process. For a client dealing with a high-stakes immigration-planning issue, the difference between a transcript and a vague summary is not minor. It directly affects whether the consultation is usable. I should not have been told one thing before payment and another thing after payment. They offered a refund. But offering a refund does not erase the wasted time, confusion, and poor handling of a technical consultation request. In my view, this firm's intake process was disorganized, rigid, and not client-centered. I would not recommend Watson Immigration Law to anyone.

We signed a 120-day contract for several thousand dollars. Through endless, deliberate stalling, they dragged the process out, attempted to backdate our contract start date to before it was even signed, and forced us into unnecessary overage fees amounting to thousands of dollars per month--giving them a perverse financial incentive to stall for additional months. We ended up several thousand additional dollars in the hole with barely a fraction of the work done. DSNW is completely chaotic, relies on dragging out timelines to milk clients, and cowardly abandons cases when accountability is politely requested.
