I swapped out the agave syrup for honey and chose almond milk for my drink, which cost $6.80. The caffeine hit was perfect, and I really enjoyed the flavor. Next time, I might opt for less milk or just stick with the cold brew and honey for a bolder taste. My friend chose the Brown Sugar Oat Shaken, a delightful mix of double shot espresso, brown sugar, vanilla syrup, shaken with oat milk (iced only), also priced at $6.80. They don't had whisk their matcha but rather just squeeze the matcha out of a bottle. Lowk scared me but I was still willing to give it a try! I ordered a matcha latte and my friend got an einspanner which both looked promising. The matcha is very grassy and leaves my mouth super dry. The flavor is there and it's not super sweet which I like but it also has a weird salty undertone that I'm not used to in a matcha latte. I think I need to try a matcha einspanner since their foams seem to be what makes the drinks good but I otherwise wouldn't get this matcha again. My friend's einspanner was okay. She mainly liked the cream foam but otherwise it wasn't anything special. The coffee is just straight black so it's not sweet at all until you mix the foam in. I see a lot of people complaining about not filling to the brim / ice levels, but you have to realize that they measure the milk/espresso/matcha, so it's not too milky. I think this place is great and has very high-quality drinks. The customer service was great. It wasn't too busy when we came, but the service was fast and friendly. The shop itself is small, but has enough seating and is well-kept. Parking is a bit tight, but I've never not found a parking spot. Will be coming back to this place!

Overall, poor communication and lack of transparency really ruined the experience. I understand delays happen, but being upfront and managing expectations would have made a huge difference.
