I got their Aerocano, which is similar to Americano but way creamier and smooth. I finished it way too quickly since I was thirsty and it was sooo good. Their macarons were one of the best macarons I had in a while and they were so cute! I got Yogurt Frappuccino for kids as a non coffee option and they devoured it. Service was amazing. Owners def knew what they were doing. They make their own syrup and they even make their caramel syrup which I've never heard of.( I am a caramel lover) So of course, had to go with their Caramel latte my 2nd coffee of the day. They were super kind and sweet. Very welcoming. More than enough parking and theres a little seating area to enjoy your coffee. A little bar area as well. I will be coming back to try their sandwiches and some more coffees! Highly recommended!

The chocolate muffin was extremely moist and they did not hold out on the chocolate chips! I made a request to substitute the milk with almond milk and they delivered :) I think their taro smoothie is made of taro powder, ice and milk of your choosing, but was yummy nonetheless. Their muffins are $2 and their medium drinks look like a large and they are $5-something as of November 2021 as I'm writing this review. Give them a try when you're feeling the munchies :)

The large one is refrigerated and contains cold desserts (cheesecakes and cakes) and there is a small room temp display case in the wall to the left that has some smaller bakery items. La La Bakery also happens to sell many different clothes, beyond just the desserts and drinks. Service was very friendly, and they still offer a free drink after you have written a review (redeemable on the second visit). On this Friday afternoon they happen to have sold out of the items I wanted, a regular Japanese Roll Cake and the Strawberry Dacquoise. I stead selected the Matcha roll cake, which had a nice bitterness balanced with slightly sweet cream layered inside. Cake was light and spongy, and price proportional to the size (about 1.5 inches deep). We got 3 dacquoise. The matcha was solid, again bitter due to matcha but creme was sweetened more than the cake. The chocolate was nice and creamy, the cookie part stiff but easy to bite and did not crumble. Lastly the'Lotus' seemed to be mislabeled and tasted like a gingerbread or gingersnap with strong cinnamon taste. There was a Financier cake with pistachio and chocolate on top, and definitely too crumbly to eat in a car. I asked about the cheesecake flavors and was recommended the strawberry. It was sweet, and a uniform red color throughout. On my return I would instead get the blueberry cheesecake, where I can see blue ripples and whole blueberries. I suspect it might be a comparable sweetness but with whole fruit.

They always have a wide variety of donuts to choose from. I was overwhelmed by the many different unique options. I tried their Dubai Biscoff one which had some cream in between. It was glazed on top. The texture when I bit into it was divine. It had the perfect of cream, crunch and softness. It was also the perfect amount of sweetness. I shared one with one other person and we both loved it. Old Ferry is mostly all speciality donuts so they run a little higher in price but you can't get their unique flavors anywhere else so its a nice treat. They make them different everyday. Very Disappointing Experience -- Poor Customer Service…read more A friend of mine came to visit from out of state, and since she had been looking forward to having Korean patbingsu (shaved ice with sweet red beans) while visiting the U.S., we decided to go to Sulbing. We ordered patbingsu, bungeoppang (Korean fish-shaped pastry), and an iced café latte. All three items were placed together on one tray. Before eating, I took a picture to post on Instagram. Then, when I picked up the iced latte to take a sip, the lid came off because it had not been properly secured, and the entire drink spilled all over my clothes. I immediately told the staff that the lid had not been properly closed. Instead of apologizing or offering any help, the employees insisted that they had definitely closed it properly and that they had heard the lid "click." They basically said it was not their fault. What was even more upsetting was that they then walked into the kitchen and left us without offering any assistance at all. We asked for something to clean up the mess, but they told us that the tissues were outside and that it was self-service. They simply handed me a mop and expected me to clean everything myself. I was honestly shocked by the lack of basic courtesy and customer service. I went to the restroom and tried to clean my clothes with water as best I could. When I came back out, I saw the two employees inside the kitchen laughing and chatting together. At that point, I was extremely upset. Despite everything, I stayed because my friend had traveled a long way and had really wanted to try the patbingsu and bungeoppang. We tried to enjoy our food, but the whole experience left a very unpleasant impression. Later, when I looked again at the latte photo I had taken for Instagram before the spill, I could clearly see that the lid was not properly sealed. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I felt I needed to share it. Mistakes can happen, and I would have understood if the staff had simply apologized and tried to help. What was most upsetting was the attitude afterward -- no apology, no assistance, and no basic courtesy. I will not be returning to this location.
