Food - The drinks were good. Boba was nice and firm/chewy and not mushy. The flavors were correct. Service - Good. I didn't have a problem with the staff. They delivered what I asked for, and that's all I really expect. They adjusted the sweetness levels to order. Vibe - Typical boba cafe/shop vibe. There's no where to sit in the shop though. It really is just to grab and go. Coming from Honolulu, boba is a part of pop-culture here. It's a normal thing. I like boba. Problem is on vacations that I've had in the past, for some reason, it was not easy to find a boba spot that had the same flavor profiles that I'm used to. So, first, I was really pleased that there's boba available in Banff. And second, I was glad that the flavors and textures were familiar and very similar to what we have. The review also seemed somewhat promising but I remained hesitant with low expectations. I tried the Jasmine milk tea with boba (less sweet, less ice). It was not bad at all. You could taste the Jasmine tea in it but it was still balanced with the sweetness and creaminess. The boba pearls themselves were surprisingly not bad either - they were not hard. To so generously state that (and it's written on a sign too) makes them even more respectable. We wanted to come here a second time on our trip but unfortunately didn't get to.
