So great to see a place like this in downtown Canmore. They have great smoothie combinations to choose from and can customize them too. I got a green drink with ginger added and it had such a good flavor. The best kinda treat after a long day of hiking in the area. The employees are friendly and the design inside is beautiful too. Tip, it's within walking distance to most of the Canmore shops, so stop here first and then browse the shops and treats downtown. read more

The smoothies we ordered were excellent! The staff was friendly & service was fast. Bathroom was clean:) Reasonable prices 7.50 I think for a regular & the portions are generous... glad I didn't read some of the reviews before going.. they are a year old though so perhaps they've cleaned house. This cafe was disappointing in many ways. I asked for a smoothie with yogurt in it and asked them if there were live cultures in the yogurt. This simple question was met with utter confusion. One of the servers who seemed to be the owner or manager said she wasn't sure. I have never been to a smoothie bar where they don't know whether or not their yogurt/smoothies contain probiotics. It is essentially the main purpose of consuming yogurt! Highly amateurish for a place that is obviously serving "health" food. The customer service was equally abysmal. Beggars can't be choosers...This is the only real juice bar in town. But truth be told their product is fantastic. Really grateful to find them in such a small town. The fresh juice options were really nice with the ability to add your veg or fruit as you like for just a bit more money. I used one of my staple recipes ( mean green) and was pleasantly surprised!. As someone who juices this was a disappointment. I was glad there was a juice bar in town. That's pretty much the only thing they have going for them. Pros : -Juice was good (not amazing but good) -It is the only juice bar in town - sells both juices and smoothies Cons: - terrible hours with no signs. Apparently they are only open Thursday- Monday from 10-6. No sign on the door, no hours listed on Yelp. - no substitutions. Ordered one of 2 green juices on the menu. Tried to ask that they exclude the cucumber or simply charge me more to switch it with celery. The server responded with complete confusion and attitude. She told me that's not possible. Her exact words were "cucumber juices well we can't switch it with celery". I don't understand how this isn't possible if the juices are made to order - service was greatly lacking. We came in as a party of 4 and were given the cold shoulder/attitude while we ordered. Weren't once greeted with a smile or a thank you. - $10 for a juice that you can't customize.... I have no words for this - the vast majority of the menu is smoothies. This isn't a juice bar. This is a smoothie store that happens to have an industrial juicer. In all, I am glad there was a juice bar in town. However, I wasn't pleased with the service or value.
