The squid was super chewy in that clay pot, but otherwise all the other meats we ordered were nicely cooked. I would skip the mapo tofu next time; the flavor depended more on the mala and less actual spicy, there was barely any meet in the dish, and the tofu chunks were small and irregular. But our parents were so happy to have Chinese food that we went twice in 3 days! The service was nice and efficient; they kept our waters full and spoke English, Mandarin Chinese, and Cantonese.
