I wanted to give this place 5 stars but I just couldn't move myself to do so . Let's talk about the bad first . I understand this is a vegan establishment. My friend who is not vegan was with me and she had some outside food with her . One of the guys asked her if it was meat she said yes , and he told her you can't bring that in here . It was tasteless . Now if he said no outside food I would understand but he was very abrupt and it just wasn't necessary . If you want others to be vegan then show some kindness . I think I may have went in around lunch time when others were on break because there were many waiters but it took a bit for someone to take my order . My server was a very nice man . The food was very tasty and delicious I enjoyed it but the lemon ginger tea was literally hot lemon water . I hope the next time I visit London and this establishment it's a bit more warmer

Expensive and the food was alright but not great. Looks pretty for a pic but just didn't taste very good. The staff was very nice though and a great ambiance! Maybe other things on the menu taste better?

I have heard so much good things about the brand before I visited it. However, it still outdid its reputation. The variety of food provided was decent and the staff was friendly. My dog was offered water right after we walked in. The avocado toast was normal, however the katsu hot dog was amazing - flavorful but not artificial. We ordered three mains, a starter and three drinks it's was £65 in total.

Back in London.... it's been a while so i obviously had to go to my favorite restaurant Mildred's. Decided to switch it up this time, walk up the canal and drop by Mildreds Camden . Same great service and amazing food, different atmosphere and bonus no lineups. They also have a different menu for people with allergies where allergens are written in bold red letters.

The food was very tasty and the service was very nice. We ordered a table two days before we went there via e-mail. But we didn't get a response. So we went there and it was very full. We had to wait for about 30 minutes until we got a table. The table was next to the door and every time somebody went out or in it was getting very cold. This was propably just bad luck. I recommend therefore to ring them and book a table in advance. In the time we had to wait to get a table we had some drinks in the bar, which were very delicious. I would definetely go back to Mildreds, because their menue was very promissing and I liked the food and the drinks. But next time I'll call and book a table in advance.

I'm a big fan of Mildreds in Soho, but the place always takes ages to get into if you want to eat at regular meal times. So I was excited when I heard that they will be opening another restaurant in Camden, and hey! 50% off during their opening month? What a deal. My partner and I went for lunch and ordered two sides to share, a main each, and shared a dessert. For the sides, we ordered the chips and guacamole and the sweet potato wedges. The guacamole was THE BEST guac I've ever had - fresh and light. We really gobbled it up! The prices are a bit higher than what you'd like to pay for in a vegetarian restaurant, but I must say that the portions are generous. The burrito was delicious, as I'd remembered it, and my partner really enjoyed his curry. For dessert we shared the Bailey's cheesecake, and boy were we glad we did because it was so dense and filling! I liked it a lot, but I think my partner didn't enjoy it as much as I did, so I guess there are mixed reviews there. I agree with him, though, that their creme brulees are special and was a bit disappointed not to find it on the menu. (But it's good to try different things, I guess!) The restaurant is very spacious and open, so it's a great change from the packed Soho location. Definitely recommend for hungry stomachs!

On the edge of the excitement of Camden is this remarkably uninteresting office type building. It's faded windows make it is harder to see in and it's lurid green window frames are perfect for putting people off. However if you are fortunate enough to see the board outside and perceptive enough to see through this shrouded window, you will see this occupant. It is a great example of how to do vegetarian cooking is inside. The recipes show how with a great variety of ingredients, spices, a little bit of oil, gentle cooking so it is both cooked but the flavours are retained. Dishes can be made which are really nice. The stir fries are fantastic, as are most of the dishes. The soup of the day was impressively thick and hearty, but the massive contrasting and conflicting tastes were not for me, others may love it though. The decor is the current trendy designer, artistic, traditional feel with a small slant of shabby chic. The decor is nice, but it does feel like they tacked the minimal amount onto the the boring soulless white walls. However the designer of the decor is evidently perfectly talented nonetheless. Vegetarian food is low calorie, so need to order all 3 courses if you have a high metabolic rate so it can end up at £30 per head excluding alcohol and service. The service is good, although the staff appear busy, they are very open, friendly and personable. They also seem to have an appreciation for what the place does! If you are onto vegetarian food you will be ecstatically happy . For others it is a genuinely pleasant experience and a good way to experience how it should be done.

The space alone is worth the visit--set inside a stunning cathedral with stained glass windows and beautiful woodwork, it's unlike anything else in London. Even the pulpit has been transformed into a gin bar, and there's also a German craft beer bar, which just adds to the uniqueness of the experience. The food options are incredible--basically something for everyone. We saw everything from homemade pasta and Napoli-style pizza to British grass-fed burgers, tacos and margaritas, pad Thai, Indian dishes, gelato, wine, and desserts like baklava and banana pudding. It's almost overwhelming (in a good way), and perfect for a group with different tastes. Seating is a bit of an adventure--main floor is first-come, first-served and fills up fast, the upstairs has limited small tables, and the basement offers more intimate, restaurant-style spaces that looked like they take reservations. My advice: get there early to grab a table, or plan to enjoy a drink while soaking in the lively, energetic atmosphere. Overall, an amazing spot for groups and a must-visit if you're in London and want great food, drinks, and a truly memorable setting. Until next time...

The moment I step in, one of the staff explained the concept of Tibit to me. Items are clearly labelled. It was clean and roomy, and I liked the overall vibe. 4/5 SELECTION: It's all vegetarian (but they have labels for which are vegan, along with some other allergy notifications) and it's like a hot food bar, where you put whatever you want on a plate and then they weigh it, and you pay per 100g. There are 40 different dishes offered daily, including salads, hot dishes, and desserts. They also have drinks and cocktails. 3/5 WHAT I GOT: From what I remember/can see from my picture, I got white rice, mixed greens, bok choy, a grilled veggies mix, a green beans mix, a potatoes and peas mix and some of an artichoke dish. All of the stuff I got was vegan. It was all pretty good and tasted fresh and of good quality -- in fact, it was probably the best buffet/hot food type bar I've ever been to. None of it tasted like it'd been sitting out for a while, and none of it was undercooked or tasted too processed. The only complaint I have is that I wish they refrained from using oil, but it actually could've been much worse, so that's that. 3/5 SERVICE: The employees seemed friendly. I mean, we didn't really need to interact with them much, given the style of eatery, but they seemed nice lol. 4/5

We ordered the Teriyaki Soya VFish (£8.50) to start, which came with 4 smallish pieces of soya fish, grilled nicely, slightly charred -- very tasty but poor value for what you get. For my main, I got the Curry Laksa (about £15), and added tempeh (£2.50), since it comes with no protein by default (which is odd, since you'd expect at least tofu puffs). The broth was heavy on the citrus and not particularly authentic -- missing that turmeric and chili character you expect in a proper laksa -- and the toppings were kind of sparse. The noodles were also medium-thickness, whereas authentic laksa should be thin vermicelli and/or yellow noodles. Oh well. It was decent for what it is, but ultimately unsatisfying and not good value. To drink, you can make a cocktail by adding alcohol to their juice combo. I had the ambrosia (I think!?) with vodka; there were strawberries inside and it was good! Service: The 2 folks there were nice and helpful. They explained how the place works and let us stay long after closing while my friend and I were chatting.
